Place, room, view, and owners! The place itself is quite and beautiful. Nice view on mountains (from my room 3 at least). Very comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with a shower. But most important is hotel owner Wendy!!! She is so nice, helpful and kind-hearted. I wish to come back next year with my family. Perfect place! And when we got a choco-banana welcome cake, i felt in Love with such service!
Deposit by bank transfer doesn't work fine for Russian travellers. But it's more a question to Russian banks than to the hotel. Anyway - worth to mention.

Friendly, helpful host. Spacious, clean apartment with lovely view from balcony. Peaceful area and only 10 minute walk from centre of Velden and lake. Short walk from train station. Host offered transport from/to station. Beautiful part of Austria.
