poco distante dal centro

Dalla reception, per andare in camera, bisogna scendere 15/20 gradini quindi parte dei muri si trova in seminterrato con umidità annessa. Non si capisce dove si possono appendere i teli bagno se non ci sono i ganci .... a parte che non si sarebbero asciugati neanche stesi! In sala colazione l'odore di muffa è densa ...i muri parlano, la struttura necessita di intervento "ordinario" La colazione è tristissima, no brioche, filone di pane decongelato, torte da supermercato...come frutta mele golden e arance da spremuta, ma da non poter spremere visto che non c'è lo spremiagrumi. Sicuramente non ci tornerei.

Good location. 5 minute walk and you’re in the middle of the main attractions.

WiFi wasn’t working during my stay. I get this can happen but inconvenient.

Świetna lokalizacja w sercu starego miasta; wszędzie blisko na piechotę; w pobliżu mnóstwo sklepów (w tym supermarket), kafejek, i innych lokali gastronomicznych, a także dworzec autobusowy (Piazza Antonio Gramsci), skąd autobusem w 5 minut można dostać się na dworzec kolejowy, czy pojechać poza miasto (np. do San Gimignano). Hotelik przytulny, klimatyczny, pokój z widokiem na ogród i dachy Sieny, bardzo przyjemnie nowocześnie urządzony i dobrze wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba (lodówka, ekspress do kawy, czajnik, suszarka do włosów, telewizor). Czyściutko. Bardzo miły, przyjazny, personel. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu się. Dziękuję bardzo! Było pięknie! 😊

Great location and service!

They let us store our bags when we arrived in the morning, then when our room was ready in the afternoon carried our bags up for us! The location was excellent. We came back multiple times as we enjoyed the sites. Also very close to the bus station which we took after we checked out. We arrived by train which we walked from and was glad there was an escalator for most of the climb. Easier to take the bus from the train station.

A good stay

Close to the town center. Within 5min walking from the city bus terminal. A good breakfast place is near the entrance of the street, only 3min walking. Quiet and clean spacious room. It has a small refrigerator and a big wardrobe with many hangers. It also has a microwave in the hallway. Nice responsible staffs. At our first night, we found the heater didn’t work in one room. It was around 9pm so no staff was at the front desk. After contacting Booking’s customer service, a staff showed up within a hour and fixed the issue quickly. I really appreciate the quick response!

The setting point of the heater seemed not reliable. The heater seemed starting to work after 9pm, making the room less comfortable at early night. But the temperature was fine when heater had worked for a while.

The property is well situated and within walking distance from the main tourist attractions.

Our room was very small. We had no place to put our luggage. It was next to the bed and made the room very crowded. The room was also cold. The heating did not seem to work and there were no extra blankets or pillows. Not the most comfortable bed either. Not a bad stay, but not the best value for money.

Nice experience for an afordable price.

Very good location, central. The room was cozy and warm. The bedroom and the bathroom spacious and clean. The bed was confortable.

There were no blackout courtains, meaning that there was too much light from outside. The wifi was not so good. I would suggest to put sensor for the hall lights to avoid them to be on 24/24 hours.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Siena

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Siena. Very clean comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is terrific, a short walk from all the key sites in the centre of the city. Recommended

While this B&B is in a great location and has a good price point, it’s adequate, not exceptional.

The location is good, right in the old town center area. The balcony view was really great, overlooking all the many roofs and a good view of the duomo and tower. Also, close to the taxi stand, restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space in a full wall armoire for clothing. Great to have air conditioning!

The room could use updating! It was very sparse, plain and dated. There is a small desk, but not much counter space as it also has the coffee machine and houses the small fridge. The fridge leaked and the desk door was broken. Same for the bathroom, we had to put our toiletries bag on the floor. The bedroom floor was gritty; I saw the staff mop other floors, but not sure about vacuuming. The staff speaks some English, but they don’t go out of their way to offer service. Some times we came in or left and they didn’t even say hello or good bye. Skip the breakfast- it’s only continental and you can buy your own ! This COULD be a GREAT establishment with some improvements!

The decor was a bit sparse but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Very close to the main bus station, in the walled city, easy to walk to the campo, but also far enough to be quiet. Great stay.

Location was superb. Quiet after people settled in f or the night.

Breakfast was mediocre. For price of room, it should be included, not an extra charge. Could be moist from other guests. I use a white noise machine when traveling.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Sienna

We were late due to a train issue, it was an extremely hot day, but the lady receptionist sorted out check-in details for us over the phone. The B&B is located in a pedestrian street close to bus stops and easy to find. The room was large and airy with good air conditioning and soundproof windows, very necessary as our view was magnificent, out over the fabulous duomo! The bed was large and comfortable. There was a coffee making machine, kettle and small fridge, with coffee and tea provided. The bathroom was fine, with a shower with good water power. Plenty of clean towels too. The location was excellent for exploring the centre of Sienna, with all the sights within walking distance and plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes. Central Sienna at night was quiet and beautiful and felt very safe to wander around. Would love to come back.

The receptionist during the day was rather offhand and busy on his computer, but this wasn't a huge problem. Other than that no issues.
