Great location , room was clean, bed was comfortable

We arrived at 1400 so had to wait for staff to arrive to let us in, this might be different in the full season?

Perfect location to visit the beach or town just 15 minutes walk in opposite directions. The hotel overlooks the marina so a lovely location. Everything clean, simple and fresh, great for our one night visit

The door locks were a little difficult to work (a little old) and my daughter, husband & toddler spent a good 5 minutes ´locked’ in their room till they managed to get out. This was relayed to the owners.

I was disappointed the room didn’t have aircon. I know I should have checked when I booked, but at that price, I didn’t even think about the option it had no aircon

wasn’t as close as I thought it would be from Hossegor plage centrale, it was my first time visiting the town and didn’t consider that you have to walk around the marina and cross 3 bridges to get to the other side of the river mouth however you can find nice beach spots nearby

Very good value, friendly welcome, easy parking nearby, very decent breakfast. It's located one kilometre from the magnificent beach.

Everything was very good.

I liked the room, it was big enough, i liked the bathroom. the room was very clean , we opted for a balcony, small but lovely. the check in process was smooth - we had pre-registered on the hotel website.

i dont think they shouls say they have parking available as it is only on street parking, and i think this would be very difficult in summer. we weer very tired so we slept soundly but our room was on the corner of the building which is on a junction and was not quiet.

Breakfast was classic French buffet, every thing was fresh and presented nice ,easy to use coffee machine with nice coffee ,we liked everything

Confusion with payment, I had already paid booking. Com ,but I was expected to pay again because of poor communication between the hotel and booking. com , was embarrassed because it looked like I was refusing to pay for my room in front of the other guests waiting to check out

The location of the Hotel du Cap, overlooking masses of boats, was perfect. The small establishment has a quiet charm and was very clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with bread and viennoiseries, cereal, ham and cheese, etc. The shower, once we learned how to work it, was excellent. We were pleased to be able to take our well-behaved dog with us.

The room and bathroom were very small, though well equipped. We knew in advance that this would be the case, though, and we were glad that it hadn't deterred us.

Lovely location on the marina with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants close by.

Room was a little small but tidy and functional, would have liked coffee and tea making facilities in the room.
