Fortune Inn Heritage Walk Amritsar

It was an excellent stay at FHWA. Staff is extremely helpful at ready at your service for any help. Shubham in house keeping was always on his toes for any sort of assistance. Even Anoop at the restaurant area served us with more than available dishes at the buffet. Rooms were delightful to stay in, beautifully clean - spick & span. I can go on and on but words would probably fail me. Full 10 points.

The service from the Staff was good. The size of the room was good.

The cleanliness of the room could be better looked into. The maintenance of the room and bathroom could be better taken into consideration. The beds are really old and could do with a change. The room was really dusty.

Great Location

It’s located very close to the Golden Temple. You can walk to the temple, Jallianwala bagh, partition museums and lot of good eating joints either on foot or by e-rickshaw.

The property is under maintenance and needs an upgrade. Used to me much better when we visited 4 yrs back.

Location is the only PLUSS !!!

The best part about this hotel is its location if you are visiting The Golden Temple. Thats about it.

Visited The property on 21st March 2022. Room no 108 on first floor. Here are my experiences. Cleanliness was not upto the mark as there was dust in the room on the floor and table. The landline phone kept ringing without any reason for which i complained to the reception and got a reply its a technical issue please remove the wire. The mattresses on bed were over soft and uncomfortable and the pillows were hard and appeared damaged. The flush was continuously leaking and shower panel curtain was also damaged. I visited the place after about 4 years and i assume no maintainance efforts are being taken since.

I loved the location it is walking distance from the Golden temple. the staff is very polite and helpful.

the location, the service and the cleanliness.

There was no kitchen service, only tea and coffee was available. even if just breakfast arrangement was available it would’ve helped to just kick start the day comfortably.

The room was full of dirt when we entered. We had to call for a house help to clean it. The room window was broken with no safety or privacy. Did not even provide breakfast.

Overall stay was good but the area outside the hotel was not good.

Inside the hotel, no complaints. The staff were helpful. But no view from any room.

The location of the hotel is close to Golden Temple and Jalianwala Bagh. But the location is in a small lane and we took circles to find the property. During rains, the area is quite bad.
