Unit needs to be updated. Light bulbs need to be changed. Overall a good condo, just needs some updating and TLC. Exterior construction is complete on the other side of the condo building. Hopefully unit is updated once same side is completed.

Nice place to enjoy the view of the beach and feel the breeze

We were in the unit from 5/5/23 – 5/10/23. The condo unit overall is very nice, the beach front views were awesome, and it was very enjoyable to sit on the deck and listen to the ocean waves. However, there is an active construction project that is renovating 1/2 of the property. When you are outside on the deck, you can hear the construction going on, but it was tolerable. We arrived after 9PM, and the parking lot was pitch black. The parking lot lights never came on during our stay. Also the exterior lights for the external passage ways to the rooms also never came on. So we needed to use our cell phone flashlights to walk around at night. Then during the first night, the toilet water line in the unit above one of the bathrooms developed a serious leak and dripped all over the toilet in the bathroom. Our rental agency was very responsive and determined that it was the above unit, but needed to coordinate with another rental agency to actually resolve the leak. The leak was resolved by the next day, but then I did need to request to have the bathroom cleaned up. I assumed that would have been an automatically triggered task, but was not. However, when they did clean it up, they actually clean the whole condo, which was a nice touch. Then the next day, there was a lot of construction going on in the unit above us. It made it unbearable to stay in our unit with the drilling, banging and other construction noises. Again, no notice from our rental company that this

The pictures on the website don’t do this property justice. The room was very nice and views are gorgeous !!! The room has everything you need. The only thing I wish is that I stayed longer!!!

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at Seascape! Condo was clean, spacious for our family of 5, kitchen well stocked, miles of quiet and well maintained beach area steps out the door. Great proximity to Charleston. Had a wonderful time on Isle of Palms.

Location of condo was excellent. Seascape unit was terrible. From flooded balcony to mold in vents this unit needs a major Reno. Photos on VRBO are deceiving. Stained furniture and threadbare bedding, I would not recommend rental of this unit.

What a perfect place to spend our first trip to Isle Of Palms! Spacious, clean, and right on the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked.

320 Seascape was amazing. Beautiful interiors and oceanfront views! Fully equipped with all the conveniences. Unit was very clean. We especially liked the coffee machines... lots of options! We loved our stay here! Highly recommend.

The condo we stayed in was very nice with wonderful views of the beach and ocean. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We all enjoyed the stay and the grandkids absolutely loved it. The only drawback was construction on our balcony and we couldn’t use it for the entire week. Great area, condo and of course, the beach and ocean were awesome.

We had a fantastic time in IOP. The condo was impeccably clean and modern. Loved the pool and proximity to the beach!

The experience was generally very good but there were a few issues with the property. The blinds on the east side of the Master bedroom were broken so the sun would burst through at 5:30 am. It took three days for the maintenance person to come fix them. There was also a leak under the master bathroom sink which they repaired. Of biggest concern was the fact that the balcony was closed due to structural maintenance. We were not informed of this and disappointed we couldn’t sit outside in the evening. To their credit management accepted responsibility and refunded a portion of the weekly cost.

Our family had a great time in IOP. Rental property was perfect for our party of 6. The property is located in a quiet area on the island. Easy access to beach. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen to cook many meals. We enjoyed the many games available in the unit during the evening . I recommend renting bikes to enjoy the paths in Wild Dunes.

You can't beat the views from this condo! Nor can you beat the location. Near the point in Wild Dunes, it feels very private. The beach is at your footsteps. The unit is updated and well equipped from TVs to the kitchen to plenty of games.Like any vacation rental, there were a few issues with the unit and building. Management responded to all quickly. Our one disappointment was the broken chair on the balcony - the bolts had rusted out. Maintenance tried to fix it but couldn't get it stable enough. We ended up grabbing a beach chair from the laundry room. No biggie.
