We enjoyed our week in Tahoe. Great location, 25 minutes to Carson City. 10 mins to S. Tahoe. Day trips to Napa and Yosemite. The home accomodated 10 easy!

This rental worked perfectly for our family get together to celebrate mom/grandma/greatgrandma’s 84th birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and our four legged children. Working with Zorka and the local property manager was seamless and both were very easy to get ahold of. Overall I give this place 5 stars and will definitely be back this summer.

Finally had a family vacation! This house was setup very nice for 10 people. Everyone had their own space. It is a few steps from the water which was wonderful! We had a glitch with construction on the street to and from the house which limited us greatly from coming and going. The management office was very understanding of our concerns and proceeded to help us work it out. They answered the phone and texts right away. They were very good at communicating with us. Thank you for a memorable family vacation!!!!

This home was awesome. The 3 story setup worked perfect for our 3 family vacation. Everyone had a great bedroom/bathroom and the main floor was perfect for playing games, etc. Kitchen was large and well equipped. We had a few minor issues (learning curve on how to work the thermostats and coffee pot was really difficult) but the Julios (property managers) were fantastic and addressed every need immediately. I would highly recommend this house to everyone and we will definately be back.

The house is fantastic, well kept, full of everything you need. Loved the garage full of floats, kayaks, paddle board, etc. We loved the isolated location, the views and private beach a few steps away. Road to house is tight but parking was fine for 3 cars. Hot tub worked for us and the back yard was nice but had no furniture which would have been nice. We look forward to returning.

House is big with plenty of room. Beach is very nice and private. Website needs to be updated. It says quiet time is 10pm but then they said 9pm. Also pictures weren't correct. The bunk bed and pull out couch are in the downstairs not in a room. We were told the high chair was in the house and it wasn't and took the next day to be delivered. Hot tub needs to repaired and cleaned. Also we noticed when in the backyard someone was watching us on a security camera. Biggest bummer was dishwasher broke and they couldn't get anyone to come out. Big bummer hand washing dishes for 9 on a family trip. We also had to make a trip to the store to buy all paper products and plastic silverware.

Overall we had a nice stay with plenty of amenities. There are some things that are lacking such as on site cleaning supplies, full size broom & dustpan, or a vacuum, and we kept getting visited by Ants. Although there was Ant spray.
Some of the cabinetry in the kitchen as well as floors are a bit worn. Seams like normal wear.
The access road is tight for large vehicles as well as the driveway is a bit shallow. We were able to fit a Chevy Tahoe in the garage and our Ford F250 in the driveway.

Me and my family stayed at this cabin and it was as described! A Beautiful, clean, and spacious cabin within very close walking distance to beautiful Lake Tahoe, right next to Zephyr cove. The hot tub was great to have in the backyard as well. Highly recommend staying here, the host and property managers were very responsive!!

We stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. The check in/out process was so easy as was the communication with the property manager, the home was very clean and well maintained, the kitchen was stocked with all of your basic needs to cook meals in, the rooms were comfortable and the lake views were stunning. Everyone in our group enjoyed this home, and would come back for another stay in the future.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with our family! The house was beautiful and quiet. It was just a few steps to the perfect spot in the beach. We had such an amazing time taking out the kayaks and paddle board. It was truly wonderful!

Beautiful home with all the amenities provided. Perfect amount of beds and full bathrooms for our large family group. Kitchen was well stocked. All we needed to bring was our food. We created some beautiful memories for our family and are looking forward to returning again. The private beach was a hit for all of us and were provided with kayaks and paddle boards along with beach chairs,and beach toys. The beach was so close and walking distance.I would say the only thing that did not work properly was the hot tub. The temperature was way too hot and were unable to adjust it any lower. They came out once to re-adjust but that did not work so we were unable to use it.They were notified again and hopefully they are able to fix it for the next guest. All in all we had a wonderful time in Lake Tahoe.

The house was large and everyone could find a place to relax (9 of us) The kitchen was particularly well equipped with small appliances. Overall very clean, but getting a bit worn out. The carpet on the stairs was very dirty and the "wood" floors are not in the best shape. The backyard was a real disappointment as it was so neglected that it was hard to sit out and use the hot tub. The kayaks and SUP were both in good shape and much appreciated.

We came to Tahoe for a family reunion 21 ppl total having 2 homes.
The home location was perfect for us being able to enjoy the lake and close to downtown . The issues we had I feel could have been taken care of before we arrived.
I had asked Zorka the property manager if the paddle boards, kayaks and jacuzzi were on thr premises. She ssid yes to all. No kayaks and the jacuzzi jets were broke. Zorka did get us 2 one person kayaks for our stay. We were happy.
The jacuzzi jets werent working I called the maintainence man and he called the ppl who take care of the jacuzzi. They told him the jets were broken. Also told us someone would come out to look at or fix them. Never happened. They told us we were the first people to mention the jacuzzi not working. Well the reviews back in 2021 complained of the jacuzzi not working.
There were maintainence issues in the home which I feel are things that just need to be on top off. Our shower upstairs didnt drain well. I can just image the hair and crap that is in there. The kitchen sink had a leak with a bowl under the sink.
The CARPET definitely needs removed. It maybe cleaned nut is so stained and worn.
Pets are permitted which is a wonderful feature but personally I think tile or any flooring would be better then carpet.
All in all the location was great and it accommodating us and met our needs well. The property description should be updated . We left a written list of the things that needed attention in the home. Hoping they were attended too.

The location was great. Such a short walk to beach. The beach area is just beautiful. Cooking utensils were great. Bedrooms awesome. Roll out couch mattress was wonderful just not on the frame but on the floor. The kids loved the foosball table. Deck was nice. We all enjoyed our stay! No problems encountered. Would highly recommend!

It was the perfect home for family to gather, share meals and laughs. Lake view from front bedrooms and nestled in trees just across from hiking paths made a magical stay. Zephyr Cove and Heaven Village is just a short drive away and Carson city was down the hill for additional needs and adventures. Some will enjoy TVs in their rooms while others can enjoy the outdoors.

Beautiful home just a couple minute walk across the street from the lake. Big beautiful bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for a big group. Only thing to keep in mind is that the neighborhood is quite dense since it's so close to the lake so keep that in mind if you want more privacy or are a louder group. Fortunately, the house seemed to be pretty sound proof so we couldn't hear our neighbors and our neighbors couldn't hear us when we had a midnight indoor dance party.

Everything was great at the property and it was in a wonderful location for summer as it is walking distance to the lake. In the winter you can't get to the lake because of the snow on the footpath. I thought that I had read somewhere on the listing that you had to bring your own firewood. We hauled a bunch of wood up there only to find out the fireplace was gas.
Parking is no more than 4 cars and there isn't anywhere nearby to park. The main thing that I want to mention is the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs and an open den area that has no door but does have a bunkbed and a foldout couch. I stayed in the Master Bedroom and the bed was very comfortable with super soft sheets. I believe the other beds were comfy as well. The property manager, Julio, was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place and may come back in the summer.

The house was fantastic. The price truly cannot be beat. The location was amazing, the amenities were great and the home was beautiful. We did have issues with the outlets being tripped in the upstairs bathrooms prior to our arrival but the property manager was there in 10 minutes to fix the issue. The rating of 4 is only due to the down stairs pull out couch that was consider a bed. The mattress is not usable as a bed unfortunately. The springs are essentially pushing through the mattress, it's paper thin and some springs are even missing. It is awful and should not be considered a bed unless they replace the mattress. Also be cognizant of the quiet time for the hot tub was changed from 10 to 9 and you cannot even be in it after 9. The neighbors threatened to call the sheriff according to the property manager. The home was very nice though and we would definitely stay again.

Overall our stay was amazing! It was a great place to reconnect with family and celebrate a variety of things. We did wish there were more bowls/plates/cups/glasses for a large party like ours. We found ourselves having to be constantly running the dishwasher and or handwashing for everyone to have something to drink or eat out of. Other than that it was great! Good communication when we needed it, would definitely stay again.

Overall, the house met expectations for the location and price range. Was a block from a fairly quiet beach with a nice cove. Loved that there were 2 paddle boards available for us to use. The house itself does show some wear and tear that you would expect from a rental. One of the upstairs queen beds is very worn out and should be replaced. Carpet (which is not on the main level) was very dirty. Looks like it needs to be replaced. Backyard is not great, there is turf which is pieced together, it was overgrown with weeds that stuck to my dog, but they were really responsive and came out the next day and took care of it. The hot tub jets do not work, but apparently that is due to a parts shortage, Despite the wear. It was a nice house in a good location. We had a great week and I would stay again.

Location was perfect for the price. 3 minute walk to the water. Slight lake view from the balcony and master bedroom. The inside is absolutely beautiful. Had a kayak in the garage and 2 paddle boards. NO AC on this unit at all just FYI. No ceiling fans either. Only floor fans are provided. Gets hot in the evening in late June. Master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub with jets which was awesome. There were some maintenance issues, 1. lock to upstairs backyard door was missing the lever 2. a few flickering lights 3. dryer took a long time to dry clothing and was very weak 4. master bed had wood slats that were not properly secured or placed on the bed frame causing the mattress to sag which made my back hurt for 3 days till i figured it out. Again the place is beautiful the location is great and for $3200 I felt it was worth it.

OVERALL: I would highly recommend this property and the property manager Julio. I'd love to give a 5 star review but there were a few minor things I listed below that forced me to score the way I did.
First off, the house was sparkling clean. I mean sparkling. Kitchen was amazing fully loaded with cooking utensils. The home is absolutely beautiful. Has a slight view of the lake, kayak and 2 paddle boards in the garage with life preservers which we loved. Julio was very responsive and amazing. The propane tank was empty upon arrival and he refilled it within the hour. Master bedroom jacuzzi was amazing. Outdoor jacuzzi was awesome.
If I could I'd give 4.5 stars. Minus .5 for some minor issues. Dryer was very poor slow to dry clothing, Master bed wood slats were off the frame causing mattress to sag and poor sleep. Upstairs backyard door was missing lock handle, a sliding door for the washer/dryer was unhinged. Backyard electric grill and gas grill were both very dirty upon arrival. Propane tank was empty we notified Julio and he brought a new one within the hour. Amazing service. There was a broken beach chair in the garage.

ON THE TOP FLOOR; The Master bedroom has huge bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub, TV, and shared balcony. The 2nd largest bedroom has a private bathroom with access to shared balcony NO TV in this room. The 3rd bedroom has no TV, bathroom is across stairways hall.
ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR there is a bunk bed and sofa sleeper in an unenclosed room(no door)with TV and FOOZBALL TABLE and Faucet/sink, past that room there is a bedroom and hallway bathroom.
