Condo was great for our family of 5. You could definitely stay there with bigger families. Property was very clean. Not having AC was a little rough because we were there during a heat wave but with all the fans provided we were able to cool it down enough to be comfortable. If storyland is on your list of things to do this location is perfect only 3 min down the road . Beautiful Jackson falls is also just a short drive. Great communication from owner. Overall great experience.

Wonderful, especially for the price! One thought, though it might be difficult to implement, is that the spiral staircase to the second floor is in head-banging range, though nothing like that happened to any of our group. And to answer a question that often gets asked -- Yes, we would stay there again!

Great location for us to hike Mt. Washington. Place was a bit dated but it was very clean. Two windows didn’t open but there were a lot of windows so it was no issue. The unit was large and easily accommodated the 5 of us. Also close to North Conway and a local town for any required amenities.

This is one of the nicer rentals, and definitely the cleanest, we have stayed in. I used to visit this neighborhood growing up when they were time shares, and the owner of this one has kept some of that charm (breakfast nook), but made great upgrades as well. The kitchen was really well stocked, the house rules were logical and easy to follow. It was super clean and comfortable, like staying at a friend’s house, not a rental. You can’t beat the space, the location and beauty of this one.

It was a perfect location, close enough to easily join our family for dinner. Was a fun place to take walks. We definitely enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the unit. Grant’s is a nice grocery store and close by. Liked the views and quiet and convenience. We would readily plan another visit.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend with our adult son and his partner. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. The big sofa was comfy and roomy. There is no AC but with window and ceiling fans running it was very comfortable. I don't have AC at home so this was not new anyway for me. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from here. There were instructions on the fridge, but some only seemed to apply during winter. We figured it out pretty quick. Ronnie was quick to answer any questions we had.

Ronnie is a wonderful host. This is our second year staying at his home. It is perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. So much space, it’s cozy and the location is perfect. Less than 5 minutes from Attitash, Story Land, living shores aquarium, great restaurants and minutes from the center of North Conway and ZEDS. We will be back next year!!

Enjoyed our time there. The owner was very quick with communication for the check in and it very easy. The place stayed warm in the coldest of temps. We were there during the polar vortex of -20 Fahrenheit. We were toasty. Close to Black Mountain and North Conway.

I would recommend this condo and host to anyone. The condo is very spacious and well laid out. The host is very good at communicating and fast to respond. He went above and beyond making my booking process easy. This condo had more then enough room for my spouse myself and my partners we could have had three or more people there with us and still been comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Our condo was well-equipped and close to nearby amenities. We were in NH to attend a wedding nearby, and it was convenient to get to the wedding venue (Cathedral Ledge), the reception at the Bernerhof Inn, and other activities in North Conway. The owner was very responsive and overall we enjoyed our stay (4 seniors and 2 middle-aged adults).

Everything was fine except the no AC which I knew about. We had a heat wave so the 1st night was a bit uncomfortable even with all the fans. Not a good arrangement for any cross breeze. The next 2 days were very warm but ok. And finally cooled down by 3 AM or so … then it was comfortable!

Ronnie made everything extremely easy from check in to leaving. After the snowstorm the night before, we had great snow for our ski trip. Great location in between multiple mountains and 15 minutes to shops and restaurants. Could not have been a better weekend.

Larger than expected based on pictures, the massive couch in the living room was great for watching movies (I also got a kick out of the retro blue bathroom)! Ronnie was communicative and pleasant --- would love to rent again in the future!

We stayed here for a short ski midweek trip. It was perfect for our family of 6. Kids room in the loft had 3 twin beds- but kids need to be careful on spiral staircase. Generally speaking, the condo is not updated and is outdated. However, it was clean… and the brand new Gas wood stove fireplace was a really nice!!!

It was a very nice, cozy three bedroom condo at Christmas Mountain in Bartlett, NH. We love to ski and always go to the North Conway area with friends to celebrate and ski over New Years. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway in the White Mountains and feel it is one of the nicest places you can stay. Excellent experience.

place is great place to stay while skiing at Attitash. Only problem was trying to get in late at night-- code didn't work for door and had to call and reset the code in subzero temps. Place has tvs with netflix, nice kitchen and three bedrooms. And I really liked the stacked washer and dryer-- good for skiiing!

Great central location with easy access to the White Mountain National Forest including 20 minutes to key trails, attractions and other points of interest and towns. Ample room for sleeping and guests, lots of parking, good table room for working and eating, great communication. Unit is dated but comfortable, good sleeping materials and reasonably equipped kitchen. Would stay again.
