The Villa Watersong, Welcome to the newest member of our family! The Villa Watersong is an upmarket 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house located in the Watersong Resort with an oversized pool, deck and spa, where space is not an issue.

This Villa was an ex model home that has A LOT of upgrades that most villas won’t have, along with the interior to match where attention to detail can be seen in every room you enter.

The Villa is perfect for relaxing, unwinding and enjoying with a beautiful nautical feel that flows through the whole villa.

The villa in whole was excellent, very comfortable with beautifully furnished rooms. The games room was also an added benefit which was also equipped to a high standard. The pool deck was exquisitely designed and was large private and spacious, possibly the best pool deck we have used. We did have an issue with the pool heat, which caused issues with the hot tub and never did get to proper levels of temperature. At best it was lukewarm. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and did make efforts to resolve, however, there appeared to be a fault with the pump, that could not be fixed. The property owner was very considerate and did refund us the pool heat payment and an additional fee, which was very kind. My only other issues with the villa, which were very minor, were that there was still rubbish in the kitchen bin when we arrived, that had been left by the cleaners and the games room had not been vacuumed as there was still a good amount of crisps and muck on the carpet. Saying that, a 5 minute vacuum by us sorted that out. My only other gripe, which to be fair was my fault, was that I felt the villa was just a bit too far away from the main attractions, (we did have tickets for Universal) which meant, long periods stuck in traffic. Other than that, wonderful villa, a pleasure to stay there and would highly recommend it. Colin (Scotland)

We have absolutely nothing bad to say about this property or the owner. Everything was clean, it was extremely well equipped from kitchen utensils to towels and the games room and pool were perfect!!! Thomas was always quick to respond leading up to our stay and during it and made us feel so welcome. The Christmas decorations were a lovely added touch and our 8 year old was thrilled. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out. Our party consisted of 2 children, 8 years and 16 months, my parents, my brother and sister-inlaw and my husband and I. We all had our own rooms and the adult couples had their own ensuites and king sized beds. We paid for pool heat and it was worth every penny!!! The home was close to Disney, approximatley 30 minutes away, close to shopping and other attractions. Grocery store, liquor store and gas station nearby. The little playground was a nice bonus and the clubhouse pool looked lovely however we didn't find the time to try it out. If anyone here has given a bad review the only possible reason for that was because they didn't take the time to reach out to Thomas while they were there. Unfortunate that they then took the time to write a bad review. If you choose to stay here you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you Thomas for your exceptional hosting and beautiful home. We would love to visit again if the stars ever align.

We rented this house for a week while on family vacation. We were shocked at how large it was when we finally got there ! All open areas , 5 bathrooms so our kids always had one to choose from (with little ones that was big, the pool was EXCELLENT. We bought floaties for the kids as some of the ones that were there had holes , but we were surprised they even had any ! The kitchen had every possible thing we could need. We all thought all beds and linen were very comfortable ! Plenty of towels included and washer/dryer worked great to clean them when we ran out. Over all we had a great trip and the house was exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back !

Truly enjoyed our stay. Owner responded to our needs almost immediately. Gated community peaceful and quiet just perfect after a busy day at the parks. Clean and fully supplied house. Pool was awsome too.

This property was amazing. Thomas was always responsive in a timely manner, the house had everything our family of ten could want. Pool was great. We did add on the heat and rented a propane BBQ. Beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. House was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

This property was amazing. The house was clean and beautifully furnished. It had everything we could ask for. We were traveling with a Girl Scout troop and the teenage girls loved the pool and the game room. The hot tub and pool heating did not seem to work even though we paid extra for it but the girls didn't seem to mind. We would love to book this property for our trip next year but it is not available so we will look for a property in the same area.

We had a group of 9 including two children. We all enjoyed the property. Very clean and spacious and any questions were answered quickly. I strongly recommend to add the heated pool fee if going any time other than summer months. We went in December and were able to enjoy night swims due to this Big thanks to the host!

House was gorgeous. Plenty of room for everyone. Pool and spa was very nice to relax in when not running from park to park, and even though the temperature outside was only between low 70s to high 70s during our stay, the pool got warm enough to enjoy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. It's a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood, away from the action of the park area, yet near enough where it's s short drive to all the attractions we went to. The house had everything to fulfill our family's needs, from relaxation to entertainment. The game room and pool were fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped (pots,pans, dinnerware etc. ). Also, the rooms were so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Thought was definitely put into every facet of this rental and customer service from the owner was phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The house is wonderful The bedroom on the first floor makes staying with two families a breeze There are plenty of big wonderful towels and makes Swiming and pool/shower use a pleasure. The electronics and game room make your kids practically non existent if you want to relax Overall all was great

This was the perfect location for a family vacation. It was just as described on VRBO, spacious and close enough to the parks for those who wants to go. The property owner provided everything needed for a smooth checkin. We had one small item that needed to be addressed and the owner immediately responded. He was attentive and made sure we were pleased with the accommodations. The property is clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. We look forward to renting again!

Let me start by saying the house was amazing. This encompassed everything that my Framily needed for out 9 night stay at the venue. The home was extremely spacious from the front door to the pool deck. We literally never had to leave the property for entertainment if we chose. Thomas was extremely responsive and accommodating to all request instantaneously. All minor request where immediately responded to which made our time spent at the home that much better. We WILL be back tonwhat we now refer to as our vacation home :-) Thomas I appreciate your hospitality and will be returning with my family next year. This home never seemed too small for the 10 staying, sometimes 15 people we had in the home at any given point. I will conclude with this home is everything you could ask for, it was an amazing vacation for us. We are still talking about the home days after returning home.

An overall very nice home that the whole family can enjoy. Some nice included amenities just be sure to look in all drawers.The property is basically clean however I do recommend applying your own TLC for greater comfort. FYI..The pool is cleaned once a week and trash is collected on Tuesday however I did need the pool cleaned on my arrival and some trash removed before scheduled day and my issues were addressed promptly by Thomas and the Property Management. Also be sure to read the house manual and parking for multiple vehicles at front gate..Enjoy your stay!!!

Great property! Me and my family had a blast! My daughter 12th Birthday was definitely rememberable We visited for 7 days late June She loved the house , especially the pool area / rock waterfalls and game room My impression of the house is that it was a lot of space , beautiful rooms, 5 bathrooms, clean , huge back area , gated community and nice kitchen space I will definitely visit again!

The house was overall really nice. Lots of rooms and beds, huge pool. One thing that attracted us to the house was the spa (hot tub) and it was a disappointment to know that it didn’t work eight of the 9 days that we booked. I was told that since we didn’t book pool heat it would not work. The last day we were there it was on and the pool was still freezing so that made no sense that I was told that. One other thing is that there was hair and soap scum in every bathroom tub which made us feel like the cleaning was not thorough. We had to buy Clorox spray to clean them before we showered. I would suggest replacing the inner lining of the shower curtains, those were stained and yellow. Every bedroom was nicely furnished and clean. The kitchen is beautiful. The dishes that were in the cabinet were mostly dirty, i rewashed what we used because there was food stuck on it. We had a good time and despite the little things mentioned above we were happy with our stay. Thank you.

The house is packed full of family entertainment, from the pool to the pool table/air hockey/foosball game room and PS4's. Our family had everything we needed for a full week of fun and relaxation. Thomas responded promptly to each of our requests. We will absolutely rent this house again!
