Respecting their clients and conforming to the regulations concerning public health in regards to Covid-19, the owners and staff of the Villa Bella Vista (Celadon Corfu) have ensured that all the necessary measures will be met and upheld in order to insure that the premises will be safe and healthy so that you may enjoy your vacation and relax following the admittedly difficult period that we all experienced.

As you know, Greece has dealt with the spread of the virus very successfully with its timely and efficient approach. Corfu, in particular, was one of the areas to have experienced the least problems.

In view of this, and prior to the arrival of its visitors, a specialized and certified company will undertake the sanitization and cleaning of all the areas of the villa and will provide a certificate confirming such task has been completed. Our staff, taking care of the villa and its swimming pool, use gloves and masks throughout the duration of the cleaning of the areas. At the entrance of the villa, hand sanitizer will be provided in addition to gloves and masks for whoever may feel the need for this extra protection. It is without say that we believe in and encourage regular and meticulous hand washing as the most important method of protection against Covid-19.

Villa Bella Vista (Celadon Corfu) is located in a stunning position, Just off the edge of the hamlet of Kremithas above Kassiopi, offers stunning views across the countryside and over Kassiopi to the sea beyond. These views are especially impressive from the large partially shaded terrace leading of the living area which is ideal for a fresco dining.
Bella Vista, A spacious and comfortable villa attractively furnished, with private pool. The pool surrounded by a 100sqm wooden deck and its terrace offers a built-in BBQ.

During winter 2018 we have continued the villa improvements and the upper floor have been remodelled with two bedrooms (one twin and one double) with en suite bathrooms The new bathroom is really luxurious with calacatta marble on the wall and loads of modern lighting. We are really pleased with the results.

All the bedrooms are equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioning.

The villa provided the perfect setting for Our holiday with three grown up Children plus their friends. Good seating area to Accommodate all 8 of us. Perhaps could benefit from more direct route to pool area and bbq as long walk carrying food!

Elavated position with breathtaking views. Villa is spacious and comfortably furnished. Large outdoor dining offering options for shade. Owners were very responsive and helpful in all our communications. Can thoroughly recommend.

This is a lovely little villa that comfortably suited the 8 of us. The views are beautiful from the large terrace as well as from the pool deck. The outside space is small but excellently arranged with two options for outdoor dining and BBQs. Several bedrooms have been recently refurbished and in general they are all in good condition. The living, dinning, kitchen area is large and well equiped. There is still a little work being done and a neighbouring construction, but neither interfered with our holiday. It is set on a steep slope, so not at all suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Secure car parking for two cars. Easy access to several lovely beaches and towns. You do need a car though. Karolos was excellent throughout, from his warm welcome through to his recommendations for restaurants and boat hire. We would definitely recommend.

The Villa exceeded our expectations and was very well suited to our week together as two families with teenage kids. The sleeping arrangements with ensuite bathrooms and balconies provided good private areas as well as the great entertaining spaces both at pool level with the outdoor barbeque and dining table as well as the very large main outdoor area. The views out to the sea and across to Albania are truly unforgettable and we spent many nights watching the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped and all the bed rooms have air conditioning if required. Karolos was a great host, very responsive and as an architect he has made a number of thoughtful renovations with some nice design touches. And the green egg was a delight for a number of barbeque evenings. The larger town of Casiopia is less than 15 minutes drive and has a nice harbour, tavernas, bars for a fun night out. Local supermarkets are just down the hill and we had some great days at the local beaches. Katie's Boats is also recommended at Agios Stefanos harbour for boat hire. No complaints - which is rare. A highly recommended villa for a visit to Corfu.

We have just returned from 10 days in Corfu, staying at Villa Bella Vista. Everything about our trip was perfect - the villa is just beautiful as well as extremely comfortable and we will never forget the amazing views across the sea towards Albania. Karolos and Mariliz could not have been more helpful with everything we needed. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for everything!

We enjoyed this beautiful villa with friends for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. The villa's location is perfect with a stunning view over the sea, excellent pool area and terrace. The lovely town of Kassiopi is nearby where you find everything you need. The standard of the villa was excellent. Karolos and Julie took really good care of us. It felt like home away from home. We will definitely come back in the future!

The villa was perfect. The scenery and the house itself were the highlights of our trip. It had everything we needed and we were really able to enjoy the wonderful offers of the north east island from there. Conveniently close to the nearest town Kassiopi and a lot of taverns shops and night life. Lovely quiet location with gorgeous views, very comfortable furniture and spacious bedrooms with en - suite bathroom and air conditioning. The villa was very clean. The pool was ideal. It was cleaned and looked after well. Nice Barbecue area!! The owner was very friendly and helpful. He recommended us taverns, shops beaches, day boat hire. He also allowed us to keep the villa until the afternoon on the day we left. That was very good for us. Our stay was unforgettable!!!!

My wife and I enjoyed this beautiful villa with friends for a week of absolutely idyllic luxury and privacy. The villa's location could not be better, with fabulous easterly views out over the sea (perfect for Sunrisers), very easy to get into Kassiopi and lovely countryside to explore all around. The standard of the villa was excellent and little touches such as fresh towels and bedding every few days made the stay so relaxed. Karolos is the most helpful person you could want to rent a villa from and always on hand if you need anything. We will definitely be back in the future.

The property is beautiful and wonderfully maintained and equipped. The view is just something else. There were only 3 of us staying there but there is so much room for many more. Karalos is a wonderful host. If we needed anything he was always on the other end of the phone helping. The pool is beautiful and lights up at night. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Thank you Karalos :-)

Would definitely recommend this villa. Fabulous views over the sea and Albanian mountains from all rooms (except one bedroom). Well worth the fairly steep, narrow 800m off the main road. Kremythas is a tiny, ancient village with no other villas we could see, quaint but with no facilities at all. Quiet and untouristy, you feel you are off the beaten track. Area superb - both Kassiopi and San Stefano gorgeous, within 10 mins drive and with every facility you could want. Villa is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Both the owner and the housekeeper were super-helpful. This is not a modern, newly built villa (and the reasonable price does reflect this) so, whilst some areas have been modernised, there are parts which are in need of TLC: only 2 of the 5 shower units is wall-mounted, the wooden pool deck needs some knocking in of loose screws and some new furniture, as well as a bit of weed-killer. Villa is also not suitable for the very young or old - there are 35 stone steps down the outside of the building to access the pool deck and only the last few have a hand rail.

We were a group of 7 adults and we all enjoyed our stay at Villa Bellavista. The property is spacious and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the pool is perfect, the view is stunning and the owners are so kind and nice, ready to help you whenever you need. We really enjoyed our holiday!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The villa is lovely, spacious (we were 2 families), the welcome basket was a nice touch. The views were beautiful, such a relaxing & quiet place. Karolos was friendly & very helpful, quick to respond to any queries. We highly recommend Villa Bella Vista.

Our family had the most memorable of stays at this wonderful villa.Villa Bella vista is set in a great location with stunning views of the sea and the hills above Kassiopi.Bella Vista was very well equipped and Karolos gave us a lot of useful information about places to visit. There was a basket of groceries waiting for us when we arrived and all the things that you need in a villa (olive oil, spices, espresso tablets, bath shower, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc) were all provided.The villa is very clean, spacious and very well maintained.We would definitely recommend this property, and only wish we could have stayed longer.
