About this villa rental
Beautiful views from the center model of a small three home resort like complex, with the river running by it! The old Golf course is currently closed and turned back to natural wilderness with a lot of trees and home to wild life.
Guest love this floor plan with two bedrooms on opposite sides of house, with two bathrooms. An artistically designed Santa Barbara style home, looking out on large vistas surrounded by hills and wildlife. It is usual to see deer, wild turkey, quail, hawks, red winged black birds, owls, wild boar the occasional bears and much more. See photos for views.
This home is secluded at the end of a private cement lane, just a short walk to the shopping center, with two restaurants, thrift store, grocery store, and post office.
You will secure your vehicle in a private two car garage, and come to the front door through a private courtyard.
You are about ten minutes from the Sequoia National Park Entry.
The floor plan is open, with complete kitchen, living room and dining room. There is an outdoor bbq and patio just off the dining room for relaxing with spectacular views.
This property has a full size washer and dryer along with soap at your service indoors.
Comfortable patio furniture on the patio for relaxing with coffee or as you bbq in the evenings. A great comfortable base camp for exploring the National Parks. The Kaweah River runs by the property.

We had a wonderful stay! Easy drive into the park each day from this location (once you adjust to the mountain roadways). We were so close to great restaurants, shops, a small grocery market and the entrance to SEKI! Our friends stayed in the adjoining triplex and it made traveling a friends so easy! The house was perfect for family. The turkey family living nearby was cute to see in the early mornings strutting around and we loved the fast little porch lizards too!! Great stay thank you!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Location is great.

This was a perfect location for all Venues. The house was comfortable and met all our needs.
Except...the television. Not remembering our passwords we could not watch any sports channels. And, being Dodger Fans we suffered with drawls for no sports TV.
Maybe a heads up in the list of amenities about the TV would help.
Thanks for a great place to stay.

This property boasts excellent proximity to Sequoia National Park and convenient access to amenities in Three Rivers town. With restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby, everything you need is within reach. Although there's no river view, it's just a quick 2-minute walk to the river. This accommodation is ideal for small families of 4-5 people.

Perfect launch pad for exploring Sequoia National Park. The river access was a balm in the heat and my family made unforgettable memories here. The host was lovely and generous with tips for exploring the area.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Short walk to river which was powerfully rushing. Everything was very clean and comfortable. One complaint was that garbage disposal and drain weren’t working. We weren’t cooking so didn’t bother to call management. I’m sure it will be fixed.
Pam, the owner was lovely and accommodating. Would stay again. Perfect for two adult couples.

The property was just as listed. I will definitely stay again. Things I liked: clean, quiet, and no spiders or bugs lingering around the inside of house. Easy walk to a market for supplies and several eateries. Thank You!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 3yrs old and 8 yrs old) stayed for 4 nights and 5 days.
The property is close to the Sequoia Foothills Visitor Entrance. The house is a bit dated but the essential things are great which I think it is the most important of all. Both bedrooms are nicely separated and master bedroom come with a bathroom.
1. Air condition- centralized and powerful
2 Beds- both bedrooms with king size beds. Perfect thickness not too soft or too hard. Pillows are alright and I brought a few of my own. We enjoyed sleeping in the beds.
3 Shower and bath- 1 shower and 1 bathtub. Both has strong shower head even when both bathrooms are in use. Temperature control works well.
4. Cable- Comes with Netflix and Prime. Many other options if you already have a separate membership, I guess you can log into your acct as well.
5. Minimal usage of the kitchen but it has most of the important things- Cookware can use some update. Random mismatched plates and cups sizes or cracked plates still there. But, didn't bother us too much. I like they included garbage bags, cooking sheets, aluminum foil, paper towels and toilet papers :) Tips: Bring your own ziplock bags, storage container or some plastic utensil if you have small kids. Unless the host decided to include some of these kids friendly utensils. Also, if you do cook, please bring cooking oil, ketchup, soy sauce or anything you may need or go to the near by supermarket to get it.
6. Detergent included, shower gel/ shampoo/ conditional dispenser included for each bathroom. This is awesome to have if you travel with family and no need to bring or buy these separately.
Owner is very responsive. We had a great experience and would come back again.

The house was super clean and well stocked with towels, soaps, full kitchen, cleaning equipment, spare blankets, which made it feel almost like home. Our car broke down in the national park so we had to spend a day at home, yet we managed to walk a few minutes to get groceries from the surprisingly well stocked Village Market and cook a full meal. Nice touches like Netflix, books, board games, outdoor hearth and bbq set, which we would have used if weather was a little cooler.
Pam was super responsive and helpful. Will stay again if we’re back in Sequoia!

This rental is in a unitl of 3 or 4. It's situated behind stores and restaurants in central Three Rivers. We found the location greart for visiting the park. House was clean and quite.

My family and I stayed here since it was so close to Sequoia and it did not disappoint, easy to find, close to the park and big enough for our family of 4. We enjoyed Pam’s recommendations for food and she had a great book of activities around the area. Casa Mendoza was so yummy! The house was quiet and well stocked so we could cook meals.
Would definitely stay again if we’re back in town!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though we never did find the path to the river. It would be nice to include in property description about limited cellphone coverage, though ours worked.

First of all, the property is larger than we expected - the photos don't really do it justice. Extremely clean, plenty of towels and blankets and well-stocked kitchen. We cooked in a few meals and ate out a few. Market, within walking distance, has everything you could need. (and a deer accompanied me on my walk there one morning) We enjoyed the fire pit and board games. I traveled with 3 adult children, but think any age range would be happy here. Hope to return often!

Great location to visit the park. Wish river was flowing.
