My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The location was perfect to both reach some of the most famous tourist sites around town while also being immersed in the modern Roma culture. Tons of amazing bars and restaurants near by as well.

Wonderful spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of Trestavere. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Nice size terrace a bonus although it was not as well kept as it appears in photos with empty planters, etc.

Overall great location and great space in the unit. Amazing patio terrace! You can hear the live music at night out on the patio yet not inside which was perfect for us parents traveling with young babies. NOT a place to stay in August, as the AC cannot keep up with Rome's heat. We slept pretty miserably because of it and there was no fans to keep air circulating. However beds were comfortable and layout was great. The only reason for lower rating the property manager is because she was a little rude when we discovered her mistake when the crib we ordered was missing. She blamed the oversight on us which we should have caught at check in, but we had just traveled 12 hours with 2 babies under 2 and we're running on zero sleep. So we felt the customer service impression we got from her could have definitely been kinder and more understanding. She did aggravatedly remedy the situation pretty quickly though. All in all, we would stay here again just not during Italy's hot months.

This was a lovely flat in the heart of the vibrant Trastevere neighborhood. The team was very accommodating and the flat and location were terrific—especially the veranda overlooking Rome!

Everything about out stay was phenomenal!! We loved it from the moment we arrived! The check-in process was thorough and we were met promptly when we arrived by Annamaria and she was so kind to meet us a little early so we could get to a tour on time. The property manager Raffaella was so easy to communicate with and was always available to answer questions. This apartment was wonderful! It looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and so nice inside. The terrace view was beautiful and we so enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and evenings. The location is close to many fantastic restaurants and the Piazza Trilussa which had fun entertainment in the evening. We just can't say enough about our stay! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This comfortable flat in Trastevere is a perfect spot for your exploration of Rome. The neighborhood is lively and authentic and you can really feel the difference as you walk the various neighborhoods of this ancient city. No more than a 30 min walk to the Vatican (you can see St. Peter's from the terrace), Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps or the Colosseum, it's a perfect home base for a multiple night stay. The housekeeper of the flat was very nice, timely and spoke enough English to make our stay easy. The property was clean, had plenty of room for a family of 4 and has a great outdoor space for a cafe americano in the morning or a glass of wine at night.

Apartment was well equipped and conveniently located in a lively part of Roma not far from the sights. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The building and apartment were both clean and secure. The only issue we had was the slight presence of mold in the bathroom, which is quite common in these older buildings and is usually caused when individuals do not open the window or allow ventilation after showering. I was surprised about how much of a party city Rome is. I loved this location. So fun and in the heart of everything. It's on the 5th floor so the noise did not bother me. There is an elevator, but only fits 2 people. The patio had great views. I highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was fantastic.Rafaella organised transfers to and from the airport and was always contactable if needed. The apartment was superb and in a vibrant, bustling area of Rome.Spacious rooms, great beds and showers and last but not least the amazing terrace.Being on the 5th floor(lift available if you don’t fancy the stairs) the view is breathtaking. We have so many highlights but for me those morning terrace breakfasts overlooking the Rome skyline with St Peter’s Basilica dominating will be hard to beat.
Many thanks Rafaella.

Definitely enjoyed our stay - the apartment is fantastic and spacious. Having a large balcony from which you can see St. Peter's was unreal. This is a block away from Piazza Trilussa, which had live music almost every evening, which you can 100% hear from the balcony...was very nice! Apartment was clean and communication with the owner/operator was quick and flawless. Two negatives about the location -- this apartment is in a VERY busy area full of bars and restaurants, so it is quite loud in the apartment (even 5 stories up) until nearly 4am, especially on weekends. We had to keep the doors and windows closed as we slept, but each sleeping area has its own mini-split air conditioner, so it was comfortable. If you are a night owl and like to go out, I can't imagine you could do better than staying in this neighborhood. The second issue was the trash in the morning -- Rome went to a communal trash system a few years ago and is drowning in trash. The trash collection system is overwhelmed and the trash trucks come through late at night, but more often than not overflow....so....the streets in the neighborhood were completely loaded with trash every morning. The amount of graffiti and trash was absolutely appalling throughout Rome, and very noticeably in this neighborhood. They have started to clean up the graffiti throughout the city, but trash remains a problem. Due to these issues we thought the price for this apartment - as nice and large as it is - was high.

I cannot say enough about this property and how much we loved it. The location is amazing and the property was wonderful. Communication with owner was great and he went out of his way to be of any help. If you are a light sleeper the nights can get loud but the windows block all that out. This is a must stay!

The location is great for dining out. It is popular in the evening but the apartment has good soundproofing when the windows are closed.

We loved the location of this apartment. It was convenient to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are many restaurants and other conveniences surrounding it. While it was in a bustling location, which is wonderful, it was quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed it. Raffaella went above and beyond with answering questions and helping to arrange transportation and was incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend!!

Lovely, cozy flat, perfect location for my husband and I and our teenage boys, the area was buzzing, full of welcoming small restaurants and also a nice short walk accross the bridge to visit the sights and other parts of Rome. There was a small issue with the heating but Raffaella was very quick to respond and fix it for us which was great. Overall very happy with our stay, we will be back!

Fantastic location near Piazza Trilussa. The apartment is clean. The beds are comfortable. The master bath shower is quite large, which is wonderful!
Raffaella is super responsive to issues (there was a small issue with the water heater). It was a quick easy fix.
The deck is gorgeous. The next time we are in Rome, I’ll definitely stay here!
Just an FYI, the elevator in the building is tiny. One person with bags at a time or two with no bags.

A lovely spacious apartment, perfectly located adjacent to the Ponte Sisto, a plethora of great small restaurants and a view from the living room and huge terrace and smaller one of the dome of St. Peter’s.
Apartment is perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. We stayed two weeks and had a midway housekeeping arranged through the host. We were met on arrival by the personable housekeeper, Anna Maria, who familiarized us with the features of the apartment. We also spoke with the owner, Raffaela via phone and she was immediately available for any concerns.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again!
The restaurant next door, Enoteca Ferrara, with its divine food, extensive wine list and overseen by expert sommelier, Maria, was wonderful surprise and dined there three times during our stay.

We enjoyed the stay. The location was great. The furnishings were adequate. The master bedroom and bath were much nicer then the 2nd bed and bath. We had very good communications with the owner. Altogether, it was a good stay. Thaank you.

Our group of 3 adults had plenty of room in this apartment. It’s about a block from Piazza Trilussa which is partially visible from the terrace. The place was adequately clean but a bit worn. The beds comfortable. We received 4 hand towels and 4 bath towels ( 2 sets in each bath) & two rolls of TP For our 3 night stay. The elevator is very small But worked every time. Two people at a time, max. The neighborhood is party central at night with lots of litter in the AM. With the windows closed noise wasn’t an issue. Some good restaurants are very close, lots of bars, some Mini markets but we didn’t find a real grocery nearby. Check in was okay but felt rushed and she didn’t speak much English. Over all a good place to stay and very convenient to catch a taxi or Uber.

Beautiful property in the heart of Trastevere with great transport links and easy walking distance to Rome sights. Lovely terrace with views of Rome to sit and relax and soak up the atmosphere. We were 4 people and it was an ideal size. Excellent stay.

We were so happy to stay here for 8 days this summer. We chose this flat because of its location and the outdoor terrace. The apartment exceeded our expectations and the hostess was so warm and welcoming. Thank you!

Summary: excellent two-bedroom flat to use as a base to explore Rome.
Who Should Stay Here: small'ish families who want to be at the center of a bustling neighborhood while also having enough space to spread out and enjoy the home when not out touring.
What We Enjoyed Most: the patio! It is large and has a table that can seat ~6. It has an amazing view of the bustling street below as well as St. Peter's off in the distance.
Why Stay Here?: it's in the heart of a busy neighborhood and there are so many things a 10-15 minute walk away. There are literally dozens of restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk so you don't have to go far to enjoy the city. Also, the host is great and made the check-in process very simple. It couldn't have been easier to get settled.
Things to Consider:
- the flat is on the 5th floor, so there are lots of stairs to take if you choose not to ride the elevator. However, it is quite an old/small elevator that can fit 2 at most, so plan accordingly.
- I wouldn't call this a "local's" neighborhood as there were lots of tourists like ourselves the summer we visited (2023). It might be different during the non-peak season.
- It is a very active neighborhood, especially at night (which we loved!) but that might not suit everyone's tastes

We had more space than we needed, which was much appreciated at the end of a 3.5 week European journey. The rooftop patio was particularly wonderful, as we watched the sunset over St Patrick’s basilica while drinking Italian wine. Lots of yummy restaurants close by. This area of town is popular with young adults who definitely were partying until the early morning, but we couldn’t hear a thing with the windows closed. The metro is nowhere near, but cabs were easy when needed and we were able to easily walk to the Vatican and to the Forum, Colosseum, etc. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Rome!

We had a lovely week, staying in Raffaella’s flat in Trastevere. The flat is clean and spacious, and quiet when the windows are closed. We enjoyed the large terrace for coffee in the morning and wine at night. In a very lively area, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Check in and communication were seamless. Highly recommend!

Our family of four including two teenagers had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very spacious and has fantastic views of the surrounding neighborhood and St Peters Basilica, being on the top floor. The apartment is nicely renovated and modern. The outdoor terraces are amongst the largest that we saw. And it’s a short walk to all of the major sites in Rome! It might be a bit more expensive but it’s worth every penny!

I don't often focus this much on the quality of the showers in a rental, but these were beyond great. So much water pressure, such hot water... I will miss those showers!
Also, the apartment itself is light and airy and totally easy to be in. Jawdropping views from the living room windows and terrace. A welcome oasis of serenity in the middle of pulsing, rambunctious, grafiti-filled Trastevere. If this location is what you're after, you'll love this apartment!

The flat looked perfect on the photos but when arrived the walls were heavily streaked and there were traces of suspected mold. We were told a few days later that there had been a flood in the flat and that repairs were planned. After our stay!
Make sure the repairs have been made prior to rental. Ask for up-to-date photographs.
