About this apartment rental
Located at Gulf Boulevard and 20th Ave., directly on the beautiful white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, within walking distance of everything you need. Short walk to several wonderful restaurants, including one of the best restaurants in the area, Guppies on the Beach. Just past that is a small convenience store and food market for all of your basic shopping needs. For more heavy-duty shopping needs, there is a Publix grocery store 1.7 miles away, but you would need to drive to that because it is across the causeway. You can hop aboard the Suncoast Beach Trolley with many stops in Indian Rocks Beach, including a stop at 21st Avenue, one block from your vacation paradise. Use the trolley to tour the Gulf Beaches stretching from Clearwater Beach south to Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Redington Shores, North Redington Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach, St. Pete Beach, and Pass-a-Grille. Focus on the shores and attractions near one stop or several -- you'll find them easily accessible. Or, travel the entire route to get a truly comprehensive view of the coastal communities and sample their many offerings. Locals take the trolley too and they'll likely recommend some of their favorite shopping and dining spots that you may not otherwise find. Up to three children, five years old or younger ride for free with an adult, and affordable full-day unlimited ride passes are available. With trolleys arriving every 20 to 30 minutes between approximately 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. (midnight on Fridays and Saturdays), it's easy to cover the whole coastline in a full day of fun. Clearwater Beach and Sand Key to the North: The north end of the Suncoast Trolley route begins at the white sandy beaches near Pier 60 in Clearwater Beach. By day the soft white sand is the perfect spot to play volleyball and build sandcastles. You can also dine directly on the beach at Frenchy's Rockaway Grill, a Clearwater Beach tradition (you must try the grouper sandwich!) and daredevils have their pick of parasailing and WaveRunner rentals to play above or in the blue waters. Two hours before sunset, the park at Pier 60 comes to life with street performers, artists, and musicians for the free nightly sunset celebration. Just before the sun dips into the Gulf of Mexico, pay one dollar to walk out to the very end of the 1,250-foot-long pier for a picture-perfect sunset. The trolley also stops near Clearwater Marine Aquarium, long-time home of Winter and Hope, the Dolphins of "Dolphin Tale" movie fame. The research aquarium has an ever-changing guest list of otters, turtles, dolphins and stingrays that they rescue and rehabilitate. Aquarium staff also manages the sea turtle nests at nearby Sand Key State Park, a 95-acre park and beach that overlooks Clearwater Pass. On the eastern side of Sand Key, the Clearwater Community Sailing Center offers instruction programs as well as kayak and catamaran rentals. A bit farther south on the trolley route is Madeira Beach's popular John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, featuring more than 130 shops, restaurants, and attractions. Families will find water activities for all ages, from WaveRunner rentals and parasailing lessons for older kids to the dolphin sightseeing cruises on The Pirate Ship at John's Pass. St. Pete Beach & Pass-a-Grille to the South: The four miles of white, sandy beaches aren't the only reason to ring the trolley bell in St. Pete Beach, voted TripAdvisor's No. 1 Beach in America for 2012. Historic Corey Avenue is the place to get your shopping fix. You'll find art galleries, restaurants, gift stores, and swimwear outlets, and the historic Beach Theatre. Almost every week there is some sort of craft or art fair or parade happening along Corey Avenue, including winter wine tastings and gallery walks, sidewalk sales and the popular juried art show held every February. A "must-see" at the southern end of St. Pete Beach is the Loews Don CeSar Hotel. The opulent pink palace, as the building is known to locals, opened in 1928. At the southern end of the trolley line is the beach town of Pass-a-Grille, which is a National Historic District. In Pass-a-Grille's Gulf Beaches Historical Museum, you can explore the county's barrier islands' past. The museum itself is a piece of history. It was the first church constructed on one of the barrier islands. Exhibits display artifacts from the 16th century to the present day. Finally, don't forget to check out the quaint shops and restaurants along Eighth Avenue, the town's main shopping district before making a return trip north on the trolley.

Loved everything about the condo. It was a huge inconvenience, not having the elevator working. I understand things break, but it was very difficult for us senior citizens, especially me with the rebuilt foot to unload our car with luggage coolers groceries, etc. and when it was time to leave to load it all back up. I realize this has nothing to do with the performance of the condo , But it did prevent my 87-year-old uncle from And spending time with him, which was a huge disappointment. Another thing I wasn’t completely happy about where the mattresses I personally did not think they were very comfortable. Other than that, I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed in more well stocked. Condo before. The towels, the linens, the dishes, pots, and pans glassware. Everything was top-notch and to have extras like spices, cooking oil, flour, Ziploc, saran wrap, garbage bags, cascade dishwashing, pod tide, pods, dish soap, bathrooms, very well stocked with body wash, shampoo, lotions, etc. very impressive. I would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact, I would like to book another vacation at this condo. Perhaps they would give me money off for the inconvenience of not having an operable elevator. 🌺

Beautiful condo!

Great location & exactly as we expected. It was well stocked with everything you needed for your stay plus more. The beach storage has two chairs & one broken lounge. I believe there were also umbrellas, but we did not use them. I would rent lounges & umbrellas from IRB.

I’ve stayed at a few places in the vicinity and this place was the best by far. Walking distance to several good restaurants. Nice pool area. Great views. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the location, view, the condo had everything we needed. The unit could use a little updating. The beach accessories need replace, pool lounge chairs are in bad shape many straps are broken & very uncomfortable.

Everything you need is provided except food. The surprise of the bidets in both bathrooms was most welcome.
We love this location. It is in a quiet area of IRB yet there are many restaurants and a small grocery within easy walking distance.
We had one problem with a shower handle and the owner saw that it was fixed immediately. I can’t say anything negative about their care.

It was our second time at this condo. It was a great location. The condo had everything we needed for two couples. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants near by. We will be back I'm sure.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable. And all of the furniture in the unit was very nice and up to date. We usually stay at a different building, when we come every year. But would like to switch to this unit for our future stays. The non smoking policy made it very enjoyable for us, since we are non smokers as well. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us, for our week in paradise.

Overall impression very nice place, location was great for us. Walks to the local restaurants and retail without the large crowds. Definitely safe area and quiet in the evening.
The condo was clean, beds were really good. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The property owners were helpful. Sunsets on IRB are breathtaking. Would book again.

This is the second time we've rented this property for my parents to join us on our yearly beach vacation, and once again, this property deserves five stars. The condo is comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. The owners are friendly and communicative. The location in IRB truly cannot be beat with the gorgeous beach mere steps away and lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Our vacation was way too short. The condo was just as it was presented online, , fully stocked with towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, paper products, all you have to do is move in. The patio is perfect, coffee in the morning & cocktails at night watching the amazing sunsets. The other renters were so friendly, we even meet people from our hometown.
The owners were very helpful with so many tips for dining and places to go.
We will definitely be returning.

First and foremost, this was an amazing place to vacation! I don't typically leave reviews , but it was a much needed vacation and I fell in love with IRB and the rental! The space was wonderful and exactly as the pictures showed which I appreciate when I am picking a location.
I enjoyed both the local amenities, amazing shops and nearby local spots including Guppy's and BaitHouse. The nearby beaches in Clearwater and Treasure Island were great spots to drive to for activities outside IRB.
Hosts were also great and very helpful throughout my entire trip. I can't wait to rent from them again and visit in 2023! You will love it truly ... Thanks Evan & Jeannie! ☺️

It’s rare that you find a place that is actually nicer in real life than the pictures on the listing, and we experienced exactly that with this condo!! We felt right at home, everything you need is available for use. We could cook full meals, hang out comfortably, go down to the pool, or pack up the wagon to head to the beach with toys, taller chairs for our older family members, beach chairs and umbrellas. It’s a 30 second walk to the beach, 15 to the pool. We had the most relaxing time and it was perfect for our parents in their 70’s and our 19 month old. Everyone was very kind. Everything you could need or want is in walking distance. So many good places to eat and drink. We hope to be back regularly!

This is our 4th time renting from Evan and Jeannie in different units, each of which have been tremendous. Simply stated, are incredible hosts! They think of everything and are easy to contact. The facility is well maintained. Each year we discuss where we want to vacation and each year we continually come back to IRB and Ocean Way. Thank you for a tremendous week and see you in 2023!

This is a wonderful property! It was clean and very well equipped with anything you might need for cooking or for the beach. Most of all, it has an amazing view. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and perfect for families. Indian Rocks Beach has wonderful restaurants and it is a very short drive to the supermarket if you need anything. The owner was wonderful to work worth and had excellent communication.

We are a beach loving family. This is our second time staying in Indian Rocks, and I will continue to come back here. The location is everything you could ever want. Spectacular oceanfront view, walking distance to awesome places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The condo felt like a second home to us. There is so much there to use for your beach enjoyment. Chairs, wagon, towels and beach umbrella. Fully stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies. We didn't want to leave. The owners are quick to respond to questions and so nice. You won't regret staying here. It's paradise 😊

We had such a great time. The condo had everything we needed and we felt right at home. We all slept great on the comfortable beds. The view was amazing and we saw dolphins swim by in the mornings. Parking was great, loved the assigned spot. Pool was nice to jump into after being out at the beach all day. It was never crowded. Communication with owners was easy and they responded
Quickly… first time staying in Indian rock and we love it. Can’t wait to come back next summer!

We enjoyed our stay on IRB! The condo is well stocked with everything you need; all your kitchen needs and plenty of towels. The walls are very thin in this condo & the people above us were extremely noisy at all times morning, noon and night, even on our last night from about 2-3:30am, so this was the only negative but we know not something in anyone’s control. It would be nice if the pool was lighted at night as we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night as we do by our own patio at home with the pool lit up at night. We walked to Guppy’s, Keegan’s and Groupers for dinner. Groupers gets 5 stars and so does the ice cream shop in the same plaza. Nekton is also a great surf shop! It was a really nice week,

This is our second time at IRB with the same owner. Different condo but just as nice or better. Everything we needed right there, comfortable, convenient and easily accessible to local restaurants. Beautiful beaches and sunsets!

Condo was even better than the pictures. More than we could have imagined. Everything was included - even the wagon to take your stuff to the beach

This property is in an ideal location for those wishing to have a more peaceful vacation in the Clearwater area. Beach, pool and spa are right there. Restaurants, shops, tennis courts all in walking distance. Unit is well-stocked and comfortable. The owners are extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

We rented this property for my parents so they could join us on our yearly trip to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, and they were thrilled with the accommodations. My mom reported that the space was clean, comfortable, and had everything they needed to cook several meals. When I personally visited the property, I couldn’t get enough of the spacious balcony (which had more room than my own in my unit in a nearby building). The property owners were friendly and prompt with their communication as well! Overall, this property earns five stars all around!

Beautiful, very clean condo. We have stayed in many rental condos and this one had the best stocked kitchen! Everything we needed! Beautiful sunsets right off the deck. And great restaurants in walking distance. Evan was very helpful, friendly and responded quickly with answering questions. Our time away was just what we needed. Thank you!

My family of four had a wonderful week at the condo! We can’t wait to return!

Everything about the condo and location was absolutely fantastic. They provided a lot of items and comforts to make the stay easy and enjoyable. The only complaint I have is that footsteps from the floor above could be heard. The family above us had an active 2 year old which they chose to let run up and down the hallway all day and night. Clearly not the owner's fault, but it put a damper on our vacation. Any respectful upstairs neighbors wouldn't have been a problem.
I loved this location and I would still highly recommend it!

This could have been the perfect vacation, unfortunately it fell short. Allow me to list the pros and cons.
Pros-
Location, location, location- this condo is right on the beach and centrally located to everything you need/want
Outstanding sunset view- we spent every evening on the patio watching the sunset. BEAUTIFUL
Condo- the condo is well appointed with everything that you need
Cons-
The pool- we chose this condo because it was advertised as having a heated pool. We arrived on Saturday, November 6th. We were looking forward to lounging by the pool and enjoying a dip in the warm waters. Unfortunately, the pool was ice cold. When we reached out to the owner of the condo they told us that they we aware of the problem. They explained that the heat pump was trying to catch up because the previous week was unusually hot (we look at the previous weeks forecast and it was actually not a lot different than the weather that we were experiencing). We met and spoke to other’s staying at the condo, including a board member/owner, who also expressed disappointment in the cold pool.
On Wednesday the 10th of November the building maintenance man finally showed up to look at the problem. He made arrangements for a repair man to come and replace a capacitor in the heat pump. This work was done on Thursday. The pool was finally usable on Friday. Unfortunately, we had to leave Saturday morning, so we were only able to take advantage of the heated pool one day.
Owners- we feel like we were deceived by the owner of this condo. They were aware of the problem with the pool and did nothing about it. The other owner/ board member that we met took the lead and had the heat pump repaired. The owner of our condo never admitted that the pump needed repaired, sticking to the story that the pump just needed time to catch up to the weather as per the email that we received from them on November 9th. Very disappointing.
