Newly renovated. Featuring four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - including a large and soothing master en-suite, two large decks, out-door shower, central AC and private beach rights. The open floor plan is sunny and bright with cool ocean breezes, and underscores the casual and relaxing feel of the house. Glass windows and sliding doors invite you out to one of the two large decks making this an ideal home for outdoor living and entertaining. The outdoor grill is directly fed with propane gas via a dedicated line.

Beautiful Hither-Hills beach is just a few minutes walk away, and less if you take your bike or car to one of the Beach's private parking area. We had the best time and will definitely be back again. Patrick was easy to communicate with and left very detailed instructions which was super helpful. House was gorgeous and only a quick walk to the beach! 10/10 would recommend!

My families stay at this home could not have went better. The host accommodated my request of early arrival AND the house was cleaned spotless. The location and access to the coveted private hither hills beaches was A++. Beds were so comfortable, and the space was great for 7 adults. We hope to return in summers to come!! One of the best stays we’ve had in Montauk in 20+ years

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach. It has so many extra amenities for a great stay (indoor/outdoor space, soaking tub, outdoor shower, wood burning fireplace). We had the best time!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Montauk. The house was even better than the photos! Huge balcony/deck with outdoor couches and tables was perfect for our evening dinners and cocktails. House was very clean and well stocked as well. Will stay again when visiting montauk! Cheers!

Located just minutes away from the town of Montauk, with a neighborhood feel and beach access/parking, making it easy to enjoy everything you would expect from the amazing area. Thank you so much to Patrick for giving us a fantastic home base for our girls weekend. The house was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with serving trays and cooking supplies, and the deck was lovely for dining al fresco. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to other groups!

Perfect for our family of six adults. Renovations were tastefully done with high end appliances. Very comfortable for all with short walk and easy access to the beach. Ideal location with close proximity to town and for weddings held at Gurneys Ocean Resort and/or Gurneys Star Resort.

Everything about staying here was simple and seamless! Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples - loved that the entire inside of the house is brand new and clean. Lovely deck and quiet neighborhood. Easy bike ride to the beach or town, or a fast drive. Owner was communicative and super responsive! Would definitely go back.

Me, mom (Nana), my sisters and their families thoroughly enjoyed some very much needed family down time away in Montauk at this chic home. The house is well designed for families, super clean and organized with no clutter. It is newly renovated and you can tell that it is well cared for by Patrick (the owner). The house is well stocked with everything you would need from kitchen tools to towels and linens to thoughtful touches like family board games to extra blankets to relaxing scented shower gels and shampoos. All of the above clean, well organized and easy to find. We walked to the beach every morning - house comes with private beach access 10 minute walk away. Showered in the outdoor shower. Nothing better in late September. The house was a big hit with all ages. Patrick is super responsive and conscientious. We can’t wait to go back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick's home in Montauk. The house was very clean and seemed recently updated. The bathrooms were clean, bright with nice modern amenities and floor tiling. Access to the private parking lot at the beach was super convenient and kept the beach from getting crowded. The beach was beautiful - we even saw whales! We would be happy to come back to stay at this house again.
