Nestled up against the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains, next door to the Historical Waldorf Astoria's La Quinta Resort & Spa is the quaint gated community of Legacy Villas. This highly desirable lower level corner unit looks out to the mountains from two patios over a cascading fountain. Granite counters throughout, plantation shutters, tastefully decorated, 3 flat screen TV & DVD's, stainless steal BBQ, outdoor tables/chairs. Two master suites, both with King sized beds w/high-in bedding. Both bedrooms have their own patios. In-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers & large soaking tubs. Two fireplaces. Fully stocked kitchen Stacked washer/dryer.

The property was very clean and we liked the layout for two couples. The rooms are on each side with the living / kitchen area in the middle. It was well equipped for cooking as needed. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area for stagecoach was a lot of fun! We got lucky with the weather, it was warm but not too hot! The homeowner had excellent communication and was very understanding of our needs. We would definitely recommend this rental.

A standard 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit which Lori has decorated quite nicely. Good location within the villas, close to sweet scented citrus trees and a fountain.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and neat. Well stocked and so nice to have cold Water waiting for us in the fridge. If we ever come back to this area we will for sure reserve this unit again.

The rental worked out well for us and our friends. The location of the property is central for restaurants and golf. The property with the surrounding pools and fitness center worked out well. We would definitely consider staying in the property again in the future.

Two couples stayed for a week at this lovely villa. Communication with the host was great, kitchen has everything you need, comfortable beds and toiletries well stocked. The complex is quiet, a great place to relax. Lots of nice places to eat, shop and golf. This is our second time here and look forward to our next trip. Thanks for sharing this property.

Lovely complex. Conveniences of home, but the property was dusty, pillows needed cleaning, a large cockroach came out of the overflow while I was brushing my teeth. Tried to kill him, only got a leg.

This place is beautiful! The community, pools, and location is just perfect. We had an incredible stay with our family (kids and dog) and cannot wait to come back! This house has everything you need and is very big! There are multiple pools nearby and there is a wonderful main pool a short walk away with a splash pad for the kids. Truly a memorable weekend!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The pools are abundant. Nightly soaks in the hot tub. The condo itself is well maintained. No issues. Since we were traveling with our 1 year old, it was great to have an extra bedroom, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Lori was very responsive when we reached out. Timing check in/out around nap time, she was very accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend this unit and the property at Legacy Villas.

The legacy villas is a nice complex situated next-door to La Quinta resort, so it was nice to be able to walk over for coffee or a quick lunch. They do not offer tennis or pickle ball, but it is also possible to go next-door to the resort and pay for the rental of courts. The unit was nice and offered everything we needed. Lori was very responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that the condominium is extremely dark, and we could not figure out the light situation, there are light switches on the walls but they are not affiliated with the lamps and there were no overhead lights so it was just hard to see. The outdoor sitting area is small and not private so if you plan to sit outside to lounge just know that. The kitchen was nicely equipped for our needs, and the sheets and towels were of good quality. With all of this said, I would most likely come back!

I would rent here again! Perfect property, quiet, relaxing, but close to shops and walkable to next door hotel. Lovely decks looking on to flowered walkway. So pretty and quiet. Two great master bedrooms with bathrooms /Beds comfy./ well equipped supplies / clean/. host replied quicky Go for it!

Great location, close to golfing, restaurants, grocery stores. Grapefruit trees off the back patios for your morning breakfast. Many pools to choose from. We enjoyed our time at Legacy Villas.

We had a great time at this property, it was not only a great location within the complex but we were very impressed with how clean it was! The owner supplied all the major necessities which made things so much easier for us! We definitely would recommend others to stay at this place, as we sure would love to go back!

We had a wonderful stay here while in town for Coachella. The apartment had plenty of room and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing with multiple pools and beautiful views of the mountains. The shuttle stop was within walking distance at the resort next door. Lori was a great host and was very helpful and responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

Updated 2 bed / 2 bath condo in La Quinta. Nice amenities and nicely furnished. We came for the BNP tennis tournament, and Lori added the Tennis Channel for our stay.

This condo is wonderful. It was decorated beautifully, well stocked with everything you might have forgotten to bring. The grounds call you out for a peaceful walk or a spirited swim. We needed a restful few days away and this gave it to us. Thanks.

A great place to stay. Very nice set up, quiet, clean and easy to use facilities. My parents are in their 80's and remarked on how comfortable their stay was. There was 'A place for everything and everything was in its place.' Except for the weather, it was a great stay.

We really loved our time in La Quinta. The condo is well appointed, with lots of space for people to spread out or gather together. The main pool was fabulous and we enjoyed admiring the many citrus trees on the property. Hope to stay here again.

Condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Nice patios to sit at in the mornings and evenings. Very comfortable beds. Location is great. Lots of pools at complex but grille restaurant was closed during the week. Short drive to the La Quinta Golf Resort, old town with lots of great restaurants and hiking trails nearby.

My second time staying at Legacy Villas and both times have been amazing! Home was spotless and bedrooms are on opposite ends so feels more spacious. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this property was perfect for us. Lori has thought of everything for in the condo, so other than groceries we had everything we needed. The property and location are not only super convenient, but so beautiful. The lay out is perfect for couples as it has the two master suites with kitchen and family area in between them. Easy to want to just stay at the property with its many pool options if you wanted.
