THE HOST IS TERRIBLE WITH COMMUNICATION! MAKE SURE AMENITIES ARE CORRECTLY LISTED.
We stayed at this residence from August 15-18. When we booked the property Air Conditioning was listed as one of the amenities. This was a primary draw not only for comfort but also because of allergies. We absolutely would have stayed somewhere else if we knew this was not the case. Upon arrival I discovered there was in fact no air conditioning. I messaged the host and got a response to turn on the "heat pump". There is no heat pump. Further messaging was left unanswered. I reached out to the support team at Vrbo. They also could not reach the host. 2 days later after sending additional unanswered messages to the host I received a reply that a Technician was being sent to the house. I asked for an alert so I could meet them there. No response and no technician arrived. The morning of our last day, during a conversation with the Vrbo support team, I was told the website had just been updated and air conditioning was removed. Still no response from the host, either to me or the Vrbo support team. 2 weeks of no contact with the host and Vrbo has refunded their service fee. Vrbo, who still can't reach the host, told me to contact the host and stopped helping me.
In addition, the property needs attention, it's showing signs of wear unlike the photos. The light in the small bedroom does not work. Light bulbs need to be replaced. The toilet paper holder in the primary bath falls off the wall. The

The property was nice & clean. My biggest complaint is that the BEFORE tenant left a banana in one of the cabinets in the kitchen and fruit flies were everywhere! Other than that everything was fine. Only 1 tv in house, downstairs in living room. I did want to lounge in the master room & watch. This house is close to food & shopping. However, you must use your GPS to locate! As there are lots of hills, streets, and homeless in the surrounding community.

This house is so close to the interchange and the downtown area. The neighborhood is newer homes mixed in with smaller older homes, it’s adjacent to a more industrial area. The house is cute and has a good layout to comfortably accommodate four or five adults. We enjoyed the yards. The house was very quiet and feels private despite having close neighbors.
The kitchen is kitted out to serve five adults, except for the tiny coffee maker.
The owner responded right away when we needed help getting in and everything was really clearly explained in the house.

Property was okay. Check in was a struggle. Lots of trash left in outside garbage cans during the whole week stay despite requesting it be removed. Sketchy area.

This was the perfect home for our stay. It was near the airport and not far from Seattle. We stayed mostly in Tacoma and it was in a convenient location. I also loved the home, I kept gushing about the layout and what a perfectly spacious place it is. The neighbors were nice as well. This is through a property management so I didn’t hear back when I reached out about extending our check out time but it was okay, we got out in time anyway. I’d definitely stay here again :)

Cute house had everything we needed for our stay. Location worked really well for us - Being so close to the freeway made our mornings easy and our 3-year old loved our walks to the store for candy and slurpies. Dogs loved the fenced yard. Parking was easy. Would highly recommend!

First impression was that it was going to work just fine for a long term (10 weeks) stay. As I settled in several issues popped up: Smoke alarm in the desk drawer not on ceiling, box springs broken on Master bed, toilet paper roll holder broken, dishes in cupboard stuck together when I tried to use them. However, I did get more wine glasses as requested…. Biggest issue was communication with the property manager. Never a reply in less than 24 hours, and did not answer phone. In fact, my last communication on Oct. 12th regarding the box springs and the 2nd smoke alarm going dead was never answered. I was offered money back to leave, but I had no where to go for the rest of my stay and everything could have been easily rectified. The neighbors were quiet but the neighborhood is basically on top of a freeway interchange. Last night there someone went through my car. I also had very little support from VRBO customer service, just transferred from one call center person to the next with no resolution. But then, they had my money, why bother? I cancelled the remaining 4 weeks in Nov. and 2 weeks in Dec. Out all of Novembers rent.

A last minute construction project made this stay necessary - worked out perfectly. Thanks!

There were many lovely things about this house. It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable in it.
The negatives were there as well, though. There’s no way to contact the property managers. They say you can email them but we emailed twice and they never responded. We wanted to check in early but they never got back to us. Same on another issue we had once there. I don’t know what you would do if a real problem came up, as there was no phone number to call. This is a real concern they need to fix.
Secondly, the mattress in the master bedroom was sagging and impossible to sleep on. Really bad considering what we paid to stay here. In the kitchen was a Keurig we didn’t realize was broken until we tried to use it. There was a regular coffee maker, but why would you leave a broken appliance out? Either replace it or remove it.
So when I compare my experience here to other VRBOs, I have to say it was just okay. If the managers fix these concerns, that would be a big plus.

Nice clean house with pretty yard. No A/C only complaint.

This house was perfect for our group and it is in a friendly neighborhood that is convenient to the places we went in Tacoma. We really appreciated the fact that dogs are allowed and that both the front and back yards are fenced (although, if you have a tiny dog, escape would be possible under the fence). It was nice to see the recycling receptacle outside, but it would have been convenient if there had been a bin in the house, too, with a list of what Tacoma allows in recycling.

This is a very roomy property but with limited parking and lots of stairs.
The great room arrangement of the main floor is good and the bed rooms and bath rooms are nice size. Half bath down and two baths up.
If climbing stairs is a problem for you be aware there a steps from the front gate to the porch and steps to the bed rooms. Was not a problem for us just a caution.
On street parking fits 2 cars.
Kitchen is equipped for basic cooking with very nice appliances. The only television is a smart TV on the main floor none in bedrooms. WiFi worked well.
This property worked for us visiting family and friends in the Tacoma area for Thanksgiving.
I would have rated it higher with another TV upstairs and a better selection of pots and pans to match the good appliances.
