What a lovely property. Booked the cottage to visit with my parents who live in Rehoboth. It had everything we needed. Spacious, quiet, great location, nicely decorated. We even booked it again for Christmas time.

We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Bring towels (beach, bath, and dish) and linnens. How was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The yard was great for the pup and the outdoor living space was a relaxing place to hang out.

This is a picture perfect house just a mile from the boardwalk! The property was clean and fresh looking and the neighborhood was safe, friendly, and not crowded. Our only suggestions for the owner is to either provide or explicitly ask renters to bring bath mats (bathroom floors were slippery) and to provide a dish rack in the kitchen for hand washing dishes. Only two of the properties bikes were in working order when we came—but it was a wonderful amenity to be able to bike into town! Such a great stay in Rehoboth!

Overall disappointing, with low standards for cleanliness and maintenance. I found a stack of dirty, used dishes on top of a pan in a cabinet. Glasses and silverware were also dirty, so I ended up having to run a load of dishes shortly after our arrival. Shower curtains were grimy and mildewy. The microwave glass plate was missing. Furniture old and worn. One set of rollers on the ladder leading up the loft is off the track. Curtains are sheer in the bedrooms, so street lights are an issue at night, and early sun an issue in the morning.
The space is small (it’s a cottage after all), but the living room is horribly inefficiently decorated. For example, get rid of the old chairs, and you have plenty of space to put a table and chairs for a meal.
I fully understand these sorts of issues occur in non-owner occupied rentals run by property management companies, but for so many to be present at one time represents an unfortunate amount of neglect and a low standard of care.

Had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July with family. Adorable beach cottage. Would definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed. We couldn’t have asked for better

Us girls get away every June for a couple of days at the beach in Rehoboth. This was different as it was an individual house. We usually stayed in hotels, a nice change. Little disappointed as listing said 3 full baths, think they counted outside shower as a full bath??!!

Lovely cottage. Cozy feel but my wife and I stayed with our large dogs and 4 late teen -early twenties children and friends and felt we had plenty of space. ( two people per queen bed ). Short drive to the beach (three minute drive to state park beach which was perfect. Easy walk or drive to Rehoboth boardwalk at night and an amazing breakfast place just around the corner. Perfect for a weekend or week. For the record you could easily access beach by walk or bike but given the gear you need for a day in the sand driving best. Bottom line, would happily choose again

The property fit our needs exactly. The house was great, the yard was perfect for our dog. We will definitely be staying here again.

We've stayed at this rental twice now and plan to come back again and again. The adorable cottage is cozy, clean, fully fenced for our dogs, nicely landscaped and beautiful. It's in a great location for walking to downtown Rehoboth or visiting the restaurants along Rt. 1. The hosts are helpful and communicate well. The house is located on a quiet street.

So Cute! A lovely beach cottage! Our puppies love the huge fenced in lot!! Close to everything we wanted to do! Highly recommended!!

The cottage is nice and exactly as described. It is in a great location with very convenient access to route 1 and Rehoboth Ave. So you can get to the beach, restaurants or shops quickly. It was only 2 of us plus our small dog so we had plenty of room for a long weekend. As others have said, the fenced in yard is great if you're bringing a dog.

We had a very relaxing time at this very clean and wonderful cottage. I’d definitely book again because it was just perfect for what we were looking for—relaxation! Also, took short drives to the Gordon Pond Park with beach to introduce our new dog to sand. She had a blast and the shoreline was GORGEOUS! You won’t regret booking this location!

Nice place to stay ,close to both Rehoboth beach and RT -1. Yet very quiet. Even with construction going on in neighborhood. Nice to have a host who allows big dogs. Fenced in yard was perfect. Very few stairs for our senior post op girl. So many good restaurants within walking, we ate out almost every meal. Hope to stay again soon.

House was as noted and appeared in site, its a wonderful little cottage and had everything we needed. A very short trip to all the shops and restaurants in town. And Robin the property manager was great, smoke detector battery died and detector was chirping upon our arrival. I texted him and he was there within minutes with a new battery. Very nice place and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit despite the colder weather.

Great location for an off-season visit to the beach. Right off of Rehoboth Ave, the property was comfortable, cozy, and everything we were looking for to have a quiet Christmas getaway. The fenced in yard was wonderful for our dog.

We thouroughly enjoyed our four day stay! The location is convenient for walking to everything: dining, shopping, with plenty of dog friendly spaced for dog walking. The property itself is fenced all around, which made for a nice border for the dogs, even though there are some gaps at the back for our curious smaller dog! We had a little trouble with the key getting stuck in the door lock on our final night, and the owners were swift to respond and remedy the situation. Our favorite nearby restaurant was Stop N Go Taco.

The house is as described in the listing. Three of us (and small dogs) really enjoyed our short stay. I think the house is perfect for couples or small groups (4-5). Everything was clean, the house is well maintained and in a good section of Rehoboth. We'd stay here again!

The good: The location is excellent. Quick walk to beach and boardwalk. If you're wanting to do local things, you don't have to drive. Layout of the house is nice. Teenager enjoyed the loft above the kitchen. Nice decor. Nice fenced yard for pets (though if you have a small dog, there are some gaps in the ground (in which a small dog could sneak out).
The bad: The house was very dirty. Inside kitchen drawers and cabinets, there were caked on food. Inside one of the showers, there was a big, highly-visible wad of hair (not my family's). Dusty. I found it misleading to say there is a washer and dryer. Technically, there is. But you have to go outside and then into a cellar basement, which was dirty, smelled like an old basement, and we saw spiders. It was creepy so we did not do our wash (if that doesn't bother you then, indeed, there is a washer and dryer). The backyard had a bucket of standing water and there were branches and other debris. Mentioning this because there were a ton of mosquitoes and cleaning such things could help minimize mosquito problem.
Amenities are very sparse. We ran out of hand soap and toilet paper and couldn't find extra so we had to run out last-minute and get it. Anything you might need, you should bring.
Not the property owner's fault, but construction workers are building a house next door and work started early in the morning.

The overall stay at the property was wonderful. We enjoyed the grill, open concept, and location. Be ready for check out before the stated check out time. The property manager and maids were at the door steps ready to clean even before the stated check out time. Also, bring eye masks as there are very thin blinds in the bedrooms.

The property was really clean and cozy. Our 15-year old loved the loft, and our 11-year old loved having her own queen bed. The yard was great for our two corgis to play and zoom around. The walk to the beach and boardwalk is lovely (about a mile). This was our first time in Rehoboth Beach, and I would love to stay at the property again sometime! Definitely recommend!

Super cleaned and relaxing. It’s February so we didn’t have the kahunas to try the outdoor shower but it looked very inviting. The place is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside and is located very close to all the bars and restaurants. Our shepherd loved the BIG fenced in front yard. Will definitely be back…

The location of the property is perfect. It takes about 2 minutes to drive to downtown Rehoboth or 2 minutes to Dewey. The fenced in yard was great for our 2 dogs who loved running around in it. The layout of the house is great, the bedrooms are a decent size and there is plenty of room to move around without being on top of each other. The loft is super cool.
There were 2 downsides:
1. For the rate & having to bring linens/towels, I would have expected more amenities, such as extra toilet paper or sugar for coffee. It is minimally stocked with essentials outside of plates, glasses, silverware.
2. It was not as clean as we hoped. We found socks and a pair of men's underwear in one of the drawers when we attempted to put our clothes there and the vent in that bedroom is covered in dust. The handle to the fridge had food all over the back of it and the counter was sticky.
Overall - a beautiful house with a fenced in yard in a great downtown location. We would rent again if a little more attention to detail was paid to cleanliness.

Our dogs LOVED the large, fenced yard. So of course WE loved it too😊

Really enjoyed this little house and all of the attention to detail the owners put in. It is worth noting to pay attention to the property manager emails. I had missed the check-in details and the fact that I needed to bring towels and sheets, even though the VRBO posting indicates that towels and linens are washed in hot water.
