This cosy luxury chalet is the result of the renovation of an old farmhouse with typical Savoyard architecture undertaken in 2018. The renovation left behind the discovery of over 2,000 letters from 4 brothers from La Clusaz, all of whom went to the front during the Great War. Its ideal location, off the beaten track yet relatively close to the village shops, offers an unrivalled view of the Aravis mountain range and the Balme massif. The south-facing aspect of this unusual property is a natural invitation to contemplate its natural surroundings.
Located halfway between the village of La Clusaz and the Confins valley (3km from the slopes and the village), this chalet is a subtle blend of tradition and modernism, a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
The chalet consists of two separate apartments that can be rented together or independently. This apartment is located on the upper part of the chalet, spread over two levels (Duplex).
Le Cocon des Confins is composed as follow:
Level –1 (shared with the lower part)
- 4 underground parking spaces (2 if the lower apartment is rented)
- Ski room with boot dryer
- Staircase to access the apartment

Décoration soignée, douceur, calme, de grands espaces, la cheminée.
le réfrigérateur du grand appartement est déjà trop petit pour 14 personnes, d'autant plus pour 20.

Tout etait bien sauf le chauffage...il ne marchait pas a notre arrivée mais réparé dans la foulée ...Bravo et merci
