Property owners are absolutely amazing! They spoke with us after booking, few days before our trip & on our way there. Wonderful communication! Their cabins are like a piece of Heaven tucked away in the beautiful & breathtaking mountain scenery. Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay & we plan on returning again & again. While at our cabin we enjoyed celebrating Christmas, cooking, playing board games, roasting marshmallows at our fireplace & most of all precious memories with our family. Later we enjoyed downtown Bryson City & our Magical Polar Express train ride. Our children & grandchildren are already looking forward to our next trip back at your beautiful rustic cabin! Thank you for such a memorable time!

Great property; lovely views, roomy and easy access to venues we wanted to visit. Our only issue was that the AC units did not sufficiently cool bedrooms. No central air so it really needs more window units.

Our stay at the cabin was perfect for our needs. Great location, cabin was clean. The owner was great to work with.

The cabin was nasty. The log cabin walls need a thorough vacuuming. Dust was inches thick and cob webs were rampant. We didn’t address with landlord because our stay was brief and this will take some time for the type cleaning it needs. It could be an adorable cabin if some investments were made to remodel bathrooms, and update the kitchen and new beds. Appliances were ancient, but functional but unlevel. The pots and pans were stained. The inside of the cabinets were nasty. The sofa and chairs appear to be newer. The beds were very uncomfortable. Need new mattresses. Bedding smelled of fire smoke and minimal quality. They needed cleaning. Cobwebs in every room, dust, dust, dust! The tub needs replacing. Very stained. Dead bugs in several windowsills. Kitchen furniture was ancient with limited seating.
There is a broken rocking chair on the porch. They were dirty and the surrounding shrubbery needs trimming away from stairway. Lots of bird poop on the deck. The common yard area was okay for the kiddos to play and run. At the current condition I wouldn’t recommend a stay here. I was rather embarrassed to bring my family to such a dirty place. However, With upgrades and a super deep cleaning it could be a nice stay. (We didn’t address any of these with the property owner because of our brief stay and many should have been done prior to our arrival.) We were told that the cabin would be decorated for Christmas, however, it was not. The children were looking forward to the cabin being decorated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We had 6 adults and 8 children in our group. The cabin was very spacious with lots of room for everyone. The appliances were older but functional for our needs. The hot water kept up with all of the baths and dish washing that occurred. The dining area was large enough for all the kids to have their own seat. Overall it was a beautiful location that afforded our family a great get together for our Thanksgiving holiday!!

Cabin was clean, beds clean and comfortable. Maybe a couple more amenities needs. i.e. small trash cans in bedrooms, Kleenex and paper towels in the kitchen. Stove did need to be leveled but everything was clean and worked well. Bushes in front need trimmed so the view is better., but the view was still lovely from the cabin. Linda was responsive to all questions and requests. All in all, a lovely place to stay. All 7 of us agreed that we would stay there again.

This cabin provided a lot of space and sleeping options for our 13 family members ages 4-70. The grounds were very nice and despite the fact that there are other cabins on the property, we had plenty of privacy. If you are ok with a “no frills” cabin then I recommend this one in every other way. Everything inside is dated, but clean.

We will never ever will be staying in this property, we had a very busy agenda to go places, we just stayed for breakfast and sleep: kitchen was very awful and dirt, dust and grease everywhere, grease dripping from the hood over the range, pots full of stains and very worn, drawers full of dirt and dust. Bathrooms not well maintained, the shower in the lower floor full of soap scum and stains. Cockroaches around the laundry area. Stains in the sofas. Tons of dust behind the beds. We just decided to spend the less time possible at the cabin, because obviously if the manager doesn’t take care of the property before we arrive , why they are go to a very complete clean up process with us in the middle. Our advice is to make a little investment a make a very good deep clean of the cabin, change the kitchen ware and fix properly the bathrooms. You can not rent a cabin in those conditions. Not happy at all for what we paid.

The cabin was amazing. Had a great time and will do it again.
The property owner Linda was great and available. The cabin was clean and well taken care of. The view and location was breath taking especially in the evening and night time. Very family oriented and close to the city, making it easy for walks, places to eat, and other activities.
This was a true safe heaven vacation!
Thank you Linda

It was such a sweet and simple place. The craftmanship of the cabin alone was so amazing. The setting was peaceful and the opportunity to have a large group stay in a cozy cabin was so much fun. The front porch and grill were so nice too! We will return for sure.
