About this house rental

This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in nature sitting on 15 wooded acres with 825' of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Hamilton's main channel. Inside the home you will find lots of light and views from every window. Enjoy the LED fireplace, stainless steel appliances and 60” TV. There is a king bedroom and ensuite bath downstairs and a queen bed in the upstairs loft. The loft upstairs provides the ultimate views and gives you the feeling of looking out from a treehouse. The loft is made private by closing sliding barn door panels.

Outside the house you will find a large, wraparound deck, bonfire area, sunken hot tub, mountainside tiki bar and a stationary single slip boat house with swim platform. Relax and enjoy the commanding views of the lake, nature, and boaters.

The property is on a steep slope with wooden stairs leading down to the lake. There are several landings along the way to make the walk as enjoyable as possible, however, the walk is not advised for young children or the elderly. Located off Timberlake Road between highways 70w and 270w, approximately 12 minutes from Lake Hamilton School. Perfect for small families, a romantic getaway, or even a girl's weekend. If you're looking for ultimate privacy, beautiful scenery and wildlife with acreage on Lake Hamilton, this is your place!

**Please note that the dock is located about 200 feet downhill from the house. Although there are stairs the entire way, they are steep and extreme caution should be taken to ensure safety.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, peaceful place to get away and just relax. We spent most of our time on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. The home itself is beautifully appointed and recently remodeled. It is nestled into the trees and truly a special setting. I would highly recommend. The photos and description are on point.

There aren't enough good things I can say about this cabin or experience in renting it. Owners were very quick to respond to the few questions I had. They had left us tips and restaurant suggestions before we even arrived. The weather was absolutely perfect which just added that much ambience to being at the lake in the woods. We sat by the fire outside every night, enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the lake, fished off the dock every day, and just relaxed in the peaceful surroundings. Even though the house is located in a lake community, you can only kinda see one other house near you. I heard no traffic and certainly no city noise. Sitting outside, all I heard were the sounds of nature and the occasional boat on the water. The house was immaculate when we got there. The owners really pay attention to every detail of their property. We had no issues or problems with anything. We did bring our own household staples like dish washer detergent and laundry soap, but even those would not have been needed as the owners supplied even those conveniences. Trips into Hot Springs were fun and easy to get around. If you are looking for a place to escape and unwind from the daily grind...if you are looking for peace and serenity...if you want a chance to just slow down...then you should book this rental !!!

If you’re looking for a quiet place with an amazing view of the Ouachita River, then this is the place. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The house was super clean, cozy, and felt like a second home. The owners were very hospitable, and easy to communicate with. The drive to Hot Springs was a short enjoyable scenic drive. Highly recommend for a couple’s getaway.

We had an amazing, relaxing weekend for my husbands birthday. The cabin was beautiful with so many amenities. The outdoor living spaces were awesome. We spent most of our time around the fire pit and in the hot tub enjoying the amazing views! Highly recommend!

We rented this property for a long weekend away as a family. It was everything we wanted and more! The house was clean, fully stocked, and nothing was overlooked. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved hanging on the dock, soaking in the hot tub, and sitting around the fire! We filled our days with exploring all around the area, and this lake house was the perfect spot to come back to after a long day and relax! We will return here again, and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

This cabin is the cutest and the coziest! We had the best time and enjoyed this place and everything it offers, wonderful lake views from the cabin and the hot tub. The hot tub was our favorite and we enjoyed it everyday! I highly recommend this beautiful place for couples, a girls trip or a friends getaway!

We had a fantastic stay! The setting was absolutely stunning with the hot tub on the second floor offering picturesque views of the lake. The addition of two fire pits, electric and fire burning, adds to the charm and ambiance of the property! The beautiful living area that overlooks the property creates a serene atmosphere for relaxation! The main bedroom and the gorgeous loft area is so comforting and elegant! We found the place so peaceful that we chose to cancel some plans in Hot Springs to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of this home! This was a perfect getaway to reconnect with nature and rejuvenate the mind and body! Thank you so much for the lovely home!

A nice, secluded cabin for a weekend visit to Hot Springs National Park. Drive time from cabin to the park was approximately 30 minutes each way. Cabin exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the hot tub and gas fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Plenty of towels, paper products, and soaps. Very clean! Only thing I would point out is that the couple in the upper loft can hear every word spoken downstairs. Not a complaint just something to note. There is a partition to close upstairs for privacy but not at the bottom of steps.

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend get-a-away and highly recommend this location. The house was very clean, super cute and welcoming. Lots of little details made us feel special and like at home. They have thought of every detail and have so much to do on-site. Stairs are steep down to the water, but doable. Just don’t forget anything at the top. ;) I would absolutely come back here again.

Just far enough away but close enough to get things. A beautiful place on top of a bluff looking down on the Lake. Home has plenty of amenities to use but the outside decks are just wonderful. Perfect spot for adults wanting some R&R or a girls weekend. Thank you for sharing your little peace of heaven!

We love this beautiful house! My wife and I have stayed here in the winter and the summer. This time, we spent multiple hours a day swimming in the lake each afternoon, grilling hot dogs, and taking in the beautiful scenery. (It's actually more stunning in person than in the photographs, if you can believe it). Before we left the house, we booked another trip for next summer! We are already counting down the days!

The home had all that we needed to stay in or go out! Close enough to enjoy the area, but far enough away maintain our privacy. The heat didn't allow us to use the Hot Tub(Highs of 98 every day). The 192 steps to the water gave use some much needed exercise!

Perfect opportunity for a recharge. The property was exactly as described and to be honest even better! It was super peaceful lots of wildlife to be spotted. Everything was in working order and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Mattress was very comfortable and I’m picky! We chose not to go down to the water because it was a hike but we enjoyed the views from the balcony! We spotted a fox, deer, a family or armadillos and many different birds. Wonderful place. Our favorite restaurant while we are here is Luna Bella (try the pineapple martini) and we did a float trip on the caddo.

The worst part of our stay was leaving. A week certainly wasn't long enough. This is the only place we stay when visiting Hot Springs! As for helpful reviews, when considering this location it is good to know that the host has thought about everything you may need during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is an abundance of extra towels and blankets on hand, as well as a first aid kit with bandaids. The housekeeping and grounds keeping is impeccable! Should there be something that goes wrong or isn't right, communication with the host is timely and helpful. Note this location is not just a quick drive into town, but that is a part of its charm. We particularly enjoy watching the local wildlife. This trip a bald eagle perched multiple times on the pines just in front of the deck.

My sister and I stayed 4 nights for her birthday and it was absolutely perfect. The views of the lake are enchanting and it was nice to have a choice of the small gas fire pit and a full bonfire. We also loved the hot tub and seeing hawks soar overhead while soaking. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I really appreciated Kim’s kindness, responsiveness and flexibility in regards to our communications. I would absolutely stay here again.
