Holyrood Skyline Apartment seems the ideal home away from home for light sleepers, too!

Other details to note

Getting around
The property is perfectly positioned to experience the best of Edinburgh. Just moments from the apartment's doorstep you will find Edinburgh's Old Town, the historic Royal Mile and the world famous Princes Street. The Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile are only 15 minutes' walk away.
Even though the flat is within walking distance to the majority of the city centre attractions, sometimes the hills can be daunting! There are all the usual options available in the city: taxis, Uber, buses and tram.
The buses are clean and reliable and if you use the Lothian bus app, its journey planner will get you round the city.
Parking in the city centre locations is payable. There are on-street metered parking spaces nearby, but this can get expensive.
The closest multi-storey car park is NCP Holyrood Road and our guests are welcome to use it free of charge for the duration of their stay with us. We provide 1 Space Season Ticket for the parking.

American visiting. Great and safe location. I did not get a SIM card as I was using WhatsApp on Wi-Fi the whole time. Upon arriving the power to the hot water and the Wi-Fi router was off. Had no Wi-Fi to contact the landlord for help. After an hour of searching for and trying to figure out a foreign, to me, electrical box, I was able to turn the power back on and get things working . Also we had to google instructions for things like the dishwasher as the symbols were worn off the front of the machine and couldn’t figure out how to operate it. The hall bathroom shower is ridiculous, just get rid of the glass door and put a shower curtain all the way across. Users should not need to be warned about getting water on the floor.

This was a bit of a college feel location off the main path which worked great for us. Would rent again
