About this apartment rental
From soft carpet and cathedral ceilings to ambient furnishings and sumptuous beds, our penthouse emits pure luxury right in the midst of Belfast's most famous area - Cathedral Quarter. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two balconies that overlook the cityscape and St Anne's Piazza and dine out at some of Belfast's best restaurants that are mere steps from the front door.

The space
Location
Our apartment is located in what is without doubt the most amazing part of an amazing city. It is in the city centre and specifically the Cathedral Quarter so benefits from its very close proximity to Belfast's most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres (we recommend Coppi which is just downstairs!) For all major attractions in Belfast such as Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Jail it is very much possible (and recommended!) to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops very close by to the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city.
The Space
This truly is one of the best apartments available to rent in Belfast. The penthouse apartment is located on the top floor and been refurbished with new and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with VERY comfy sofa and flatscreen TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, take a long hot shower in the new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the soft and cosy double beds. Cathedral High ceilings and large bedrooms throughout add to the very spacious feel of the apartment and the balconies that lead out to your private terrace provide stunning views around the city, especially at sunset.
Check in
For your convenience, entry is via lockbox so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), there is free secured parking and there is a free-to-use washing machine in case you are in the midst of a longer trip.
Cleaning
And also, rest easy – we conform to cleaning protocols and our place is professionally cleaned and laundered after each stay. We will always leave a buffer of at least 24 hours between stays.
Flexible
Finally, we want to be as accommodating as possible so although check in is after 3pm and check out is prior to 11am, if you do need leeway on this we will be happy to provide it if possible! Just ask us closer to the time :)

We stayed 3 nights. Great location to explore the area. The Cathedral District is full of fun shops/pubs. Easy to rideshare in/out, but walking is easy, too. Place was very clean/spacious/quiet. A little difficult to find given layout of St. Anne’s Square, but no issue at all once you do it first. Directions were perfect. Definitely would recommend.

Nicely equipped and spacious apartment in a really good location. The check-in process was a bit bizarre and very messy and I suggest the owners find a better way of handling this.

Comfortable property and very quiet. Location could not be beat. Communication with “pass the keys” property management very challenging….location of key not communicated in timely manner nor where to place when leaving. After hours emergency # tried to assist. Email with instructions sent after I needed to depart.

Property was clean except for some mildew in bathroom but the sofa is in need of a good cleaning. Location is convenient to good restaurants and some of the sights. Check in was a nightmare as keybox is in a public park and well out of sight. Further complicating, streets were closed and it was hard to get to the park.

We had a wonderful week exploring Belfast from this location. Most everything was an easy walk, even all the way to the Peace Wall is doable. Was a very comfortable stay for us. The only feedback is that perhaps it’s time for investment in lighting in the bathroom as it was a bit dark and the apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and some other upkeep.

We were in Belfast 4 days for a wedding. These accommodations were spacious and sufficiently private with separate bedrooms. It was well stocked and centrally located. Quick and easy communication with property management. One small issue with the key was quickly resolved. We arrived in Belfast earlier than anticipated. A quick email to Pass the Keys was quickly returned and early check in arranged. Highly recommend and would return!!
