About this house rental
A fabulous 3-bedroom split-level home with private rear garden and free parking, ideal for couples, families or friends looking to explore London. Modern and nicely decorated, the house comes fully equipped with all the amenities you might need for an unforgettable and perfect stay. Excellent transport links and lively yet quiet location to ensure a good night sleep after a long day outside + free street parking available.

The space
A modern and well presented home laid over 3 floors and ready to accommodate up to 5 guests in the wonderful city of London.
Situated in the beautiful and charming South-West London and just 10 minutes on foot from Tooting train station, the house boasts a naturally bright kitchen fully equipped with pans, pots and crockery for those of you looking to cook and spend a chilled night in. From there, you have direct access to the stunning private rear garden where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast or al-fresco dinner over the summer.
The luminous living room offers a comfy sofa, a Samsung smart TV with Netflix and stove for the cold days. Generous sized top-floor master bedroom with king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and cot. An additional modern family bathroom with shower is also available.
The second bedroom comprises a single bed and built-in wardrobe. If you need to work from home, you will find the peaceful studio room with desk and chair. Last but not least, the third bedroom where you can put the air bed for 2 extra guests.
My property is professionally cleaned before your arrival and fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible. Linen and towels are removed after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped toiletries.
Self check-in via lockbox to ensure there is no direct contact with anyone.

- Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
- Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
- My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
