🥨 Near the Center of Strasbourg, the Quai Koch apartment is very well placed for visits to the city centre, close to everything, you will be delighted to explore the city! ⛪Similarly, the Cathedral is only a few minutes walk away.
🏡 This marvelous 90 m² apartment is composed of 🛏️ three spacious bedrooms, two of which are communicating, each equipped with a double bed, perfect for a trip with family or friends. Calm, design, and comfortable, perfectly equipped, neat decoration with quality French bedding.
On the 5th floor without elevator, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Ill and its greenery 🌳, from the charming old buildings of Strasbourg to seeing 🏔️ the German mountains of the Black Forest from the windows of the rooms and the living room
🛋️ The spacious living room, with its comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, is perfect for a well-deserved rest after a great day of sightseeing between Petite France and Neustadt.
🍽️ You will find everything you need to prepare your meals in the contemporary design, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker) .
🚿🚽 The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom with a double washbasin and a large shower cubicle as well as a toilet. The apartment also has a washer-dryer.

This astonishing post-Haussmann district shows certain architectural extravagances, happily mixing Italian neo-Renaissance, neo-Gothic and Art Nouveau. Following the destruction of the Second World War, it remains one of the last testimonies of German architecture from the end of the 19th century.
Among the must-see places: the Place de la République, the avenue de la Liberté, the Art Nouveau buildings.

If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

This was a 5 star apartment at a great location and easy to check in and out. We would stay there again. Only small thing to mention is that it is on the 5th floor without an elevator but for us it was no issue.
