Centrally located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach, enjoy ocean views or take a short walk to the beach. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, where you can relax and watch your favorite programs on the brand new high definition flat screen TV. With a queen bed in the second bedroom and a comfy sofa in the living room, this home away from home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room provides another high def. TV. After a long day at the beach, come home and watch a Blu Ray DVD, or listen to music on the Sonos stereo system. This is a single level condo with elevator access to the front door.

The property was great. It had everything you would need such as towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, zip lock bags, etc. It is great proximity to the beach. My only complaint was that I was not aware that you check in and get your keys at a different location.

This unit is managed by Beach Bum Properties. I found them to not be very responsive through VRBO but if you contact them directly they are very responsive and helpful with any needs. The unit I was given was different than what was pictured, but I was not disappointed by this. It was a very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked place. They even had spices and cooking spray, which came in very handy. The only down side was the bed in the master bedroom. It was not comfortable at all. The owner should invest in a nice memory foam topper to help or just buy a new mattress. The landscaping in the courtyard was just beautiful. Even being so close to downtown, it was fairly quiet.
