This cottage is beautiful, immaculate and well appointed. Just what we needed for our stay near relatives in Kennebunkport. Communication with Dee was fantastic and charming welcoming note and local treats. Would absolutely stay again, highly recommend!

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic vacation at Dee and Tim’s lovely little cottage. The cottage was exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the water, where we launched our kayaks and just paddled around the beautiful inlet. The cottage was clean and beautifully appointed, and was surprisingly spacious—generally the word “cozy” in a listing denotes “small” but we felt they designed the space wonderfully and it was perfect for our needs. Dee was prompt to respond to my many questions and was delightful to chat with. We loved being away from the bustle of Dock Square, but close enough that we could hop in the car and be there in minutes.
Thank you so much Dee and Tim for your hospitality! We will definitely be back to this gem. 💙

This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The kitchen was well equipped with quality items to make full meals. The whole place felt clean and airy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful yard so it’s a great view out of every window. It’s a short neighborhood walk to the water and near restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The driveway was big enough for our large suv. Our toddler had plenty of room to run around and play indoor and outdoor. The location and house was a good home base for exploring.

We loved this little cottage in Kennebunkport for our get away weekend. It was perfect for the two of us. Clean, conveniently located and right near the water. Dee and Tim were amazing hosts and did such a great job communicating with us and offered amazing suggestions for food and activities. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved staying at this cute little cottage perfect for two. It was clean, well equipped and in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood within a 2 minute walk down to the water's edge. Stopped in at Bradbury Brothers Market to pick up a few items. Took pictures of the famous fish houses on stilts on Langford Road and saw a JCREW photo shoot going on there. We had an upscale dinner at Ultramar on Pier Road. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the cottage. This rental is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Kennebunkport and Cape Porpoise. I was pleasantly surprised to find we had peek ocean views from the property and that access to water was just a little stroll down the lane. Such a charming location and lovely cottage. We hope to come back some day soon.

This cottage was the perfect size for the two of us and was found very clean and ready to go for our stay.
Communications with Dee was great... we were able to text back and forth and she very nicely checked on us after a few days to see if we had any issues or questions.
The cottage is in a private community and while there are several houses nearby, this is a very quiet neighborhood. There was construction on a new house next door, but that did not cause any issues for us. We enjoyed waving "hello" to the Goat Island Lighthouse each time we drove into the neighborhood as it could be seen coming down the hill toward the cottage. It was located close to amenities in Cape Porpoise and an easy drive into Kennebunkport.

This property is absolutely outstanding! Beautifully decorated and maintained, close to everything you need, quiet, and cozy. The owners, Dee and Tim, have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. From the dishes to the pots and pans, to the extremely comfortable bedding, I would rate everything a TEN! When I first arrived, I thought to myself, "if there were just a firepit, everything would be perfect", and sure enough.....inside the outdoor shed, there was a solo stove firepit. They even provided wood and matches! We enjoyed this property and Kennebunkport very much. Dee graciously sent recommendations for restaurants and activities, in which we were able to enjoy some of. Goose Rocks Beach was beautiful and serene. We fished on the Liberti Rose with Captain Bruce (from Wicked Tuna show), and had a blast! The weather couldn't have been any nicer throughout our stay. If you're looking for a perfect week in a perfect home, this is your place! We will definitely return!

The cottage was adorable and so clean. Dee and Tim left a sweet welcome for us. They thought of everything to ensure guests enjoy their stay - beach chairs and bicycles were so great to have. We enjoyed sitting on the shady front porch and drinking our morning coffee. The view at the end of the street is beautiful. I can’t wait to return.

Our hosts were friendly, helpful and made certain we had everything we needed. The charming little cottage was clean, fresh and well equipped for our week in Maine. A romantic little getaway for two. We would definitely stay here again. A big thank you to our hosts, Dionne and Tim!

Perfect in every way EXCEPT for the fact that there was a house being built about 20 feet away- neighborhood with very small lots- so we were subjected to construction activity and noise the whole time we were there. We were given no warning about the situation. The owner, I will say, was very gracious and apologetic- offering to compensate us in some way for the situation.

I reiterate everything already mentioned about this property, with this being the perfect bungalow getaway for an adult couple and thoughtful gift by owners on arrival. Very responsive owners (and Dionne was so patient when we were not as responsive just prior to check-in due to some work challenges). The available bikes were perfect for our needs, and when we discovered the tires needed a little air, Tim came by during an intense storm to ensure they were ready for riding the next day. One other big bonus; when same storm knocked out power overnight, the generator for this property kicked in right away. Would definitely love to come back.

This was by far our best Vrbo/Bnb experience AND best trip to Maine yet. We go to Cape Porpoise a few times a year but have never felt so at peace or home until now. Dee is incredibly responsive but I am more impressed with her attention detail within the cottage. We cooked, we biked, we beached, we walked, oh and we slept deep sleep. When the weather was bad, Dee had books, tv, and games to keep us busy. Neighbors were all friendly as well. We left the cottage after our 2 week stay with no desires or wants except to come back immediately. Thank you for sharing your home and making us feel so welcome.

Such a lovely find in a very quiet and pretty place. The house itself is immaculate with all the necessary amenities. Short walk to the water with a beautiful sunrise. Far enough from the busy town center to enjoy the peacefulness of this place but a quick ride to many places of interest. We loved this place.

We adored our time at the cottage! It was the perfect location…serene yet not too isolated! We felt immediately at home and so enjoyed our quiet time at the cottage! We will absolutely visit again!

We stopped here on the way back from Acadia National Park to relax and unwind. We were able to do just that. The cottage was clean and inviting. Dionne the owner was great. She also recommended restaurants and was available when needed. The bed was super comfortable and the cottage was so clean. Would love to return sometime.

Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. The cottage was immaculate, just right for two. The mattress - firm with a topper for soft comfort. Great shower. Huge French door fridge. Washer/dryer we didn’t need. TVs we didn’t watch. 2 porches with tables - we DID use for lunch and dinner. Singing birds, lovely weather, hiking, walking excellent. Quiet and peaceful but not isolated. A perfect getaway.

The cottage was beautiful and well equipped. Dee and Tim are awesome hosts! Their response time to questions and requests is phenomenal. When we told them we were thinking of having an April picnic lunch at the beach, they were right there with beach chairs and a cooler. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and can't wait to go back!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The location was perfect, close to town, yet tucked away in a quiet location with beautiful sunset views. The home was very clean, all brand new furniture and appliances and tastefully decorated. Dee was great to work with to make sure my families stay was a success!

This is the perfect house for a Maine getaway. The house itself is pristine - everything seems brand new, it is exceptionally clean, full of light from the many windows, and has a picturesque beachy aesthetic. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils (all items are in great condition and will make you want to cook). The house is tucked away on a quiet street less than 10 minutes from the downtown Kennebunkport area. We visited during the first week of December and while it was a bit quieter than it is in the summer months, the town was just as charming. Dionne was the most amazing and attentive host. We texted prior to my arrival and she provided me all of the details for my stay. When we got to the house, we were greeted with the sweetest welcome note, a bottle of wine and a chocolate treat. Her attention to detail and responsiveness truly made her and this house stand out to me as being among my best house rentals. If you are contemplating renting this house, you should. As the title of my review says, this really is the perfect house.
