An amazing, cozy home in one of the best locations possible... located North of the secluded Queen Creek wash. The home has a newly redesigned interior with many intricate details that will have you falling in love. An enticing pool, backyard and patio to enjoy during the lovely Arizona weather (majority of the year)!
The single story, split floor plan makes it super easy to enjoy some needed quiet time.
The master bedroom spa retreat will have you relaxed your entire stay! Be sure to take advantage of the Queen Creek wash recreation path just steps outside the front door. Rest assured you will find this property "Just As Cozy" in Queen Creek!

The Space
Our newly redesigned home will have you feeling comfortable the minute you arrive. A light, spacious single level floor plan with plenty of room to breath.
A luxurious backyard with private pool, TV, plenty of shade and grassy area to enjoy those evenings outside.

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house including a double car garage.
A separate single car garage that has been converted into a locked storage room. As well as one of the two walk in master closets will be locked off but still allowing for plenty of space.

Interaction with Guests
We will be available to answer any and all of your questions, we will also have a property manager who will come to your assistance if need be and she can provide weekly, biweekly and monthly house cleaning services for an additional fee.

The Neighborhood
The neighbors in this area are great. If you need a cup of sugar or anything else they will all go out of their way to lend a hand. A safe and quiet neighborhood, please respect the requested quiet times between 10:00pm and 8:00am!

Getting Around
One of the major advantages of this home is the close proximity to the grocery store. There is a walking path that leads directly to Grocery store, Fletchers tire store, a manicure spa, Ups mailing store, a fantastic Italian restaurant called Babbo and that's only naming a few. If you love to Golf you can walk to Triology golf course. Again the Queen Creek Wash is right outside the front door. An asphalt path that spans 11 miles round trip and is being lengthened in the next few years. Such a great way to stay active!

We will consider allowing a small dog to take residence in our home as well. (Additional fee will apply, please contact me for more details). There is a small doggie door already installed as well as a secured backyard, so hopefully no escapees!
Weekly pool service and monthly landscaping included.
Landlord protected thermostats A.C. units go to a comfortable 74 degrees. Heater to a cozy 71 degrees.
Utilities included year round for extended stays.

The house was bright and open and very nice. It happens to be near my sister and her family. It worked out well for the wedding as it is close and convenient. The pool was nice. The location was close to stores and gas stations. It has easy access from a main street making it easy to get around anywhere.

There was a last minute change with our originally booked property, however Kelly was able to accommodate us at her other house! (Same size/floorplan/neighborhood) The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our weekend stay. If our sport schedules bring us back to the area, we would book again! Thanks!

The house and property easily met our needs and exceeded expectations. The house was amazing with a great layout that offered space for 3 adults and 3 teenagers. The pool was a little chilly, but it was in direct sun throughout most of the day. The house was very clean and well kept. You can tell the owner takes pride in the property. It was perfectly located for our vacation. It is generally located in a good spot considering it takes 20-30 minutes to get anywhere you want to go in that area. It could not be more conveniently located next to a strip mall with a grocery/liquor store and a fantastic little Italian restaurant with great pastas and pizzas! This was our first VRBO experience and it was a very positive one. If we ever find ourselves back in the Queen Creek area, we will absolutely look into this property again! Kelly is a great host who was responsive to emails and text questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend getting Just as Cozy in Queen Creek!

We stayed in both homes located back to back in the same neighborhood while visiting for a family member’s wedding. Very convenient to have both homes so close to each no other. Spacious homes with beautiful yards.

Everything about our stay in Queen Creek was perfect. We were there to attend our niece's wedding, and everything went perfectly. Kelly was responsive and available at all times, and the home was immaculate and perfect for the six of us to stay in. Great communication with host! Amazing location for us as we played an event at Bellbank Park/Legacy Sports. Could walk to restaraunt / grocery etc. Super clean lovely property with plenty of room for our group. New appliances and beautifully updated throughout. Sign us up for next year!

The property is well kept and there were only a few drawbacks. The first was the lack of hot water it took running the bathroom faucet and tub at full blast for over 15 minutes to get non frigid water at first I thought this was an issue with how far the master bath is from the heater but the issue continued in the kitchen and the bathroom which are almost next to the water heater. I can't imagine what it would have been like if we had had 8 people there hopefully the host will be able to resolve this for future guests. The second was the strongly scented cleaning products ( I was able to tell that the host made a concerted effort after finding out husband is highly allergic before we arrived) and laundry detergent thankfully the ozone machine I brought with tackled the smells while we were out for dinner and I didn't get a rash from the detergent on one of the extra blankets until the last day. Communication with the property manager prior to our visit was wonderful however texts sent when on site went unanswered. For example it was found that the washing machine had broken components and I wanted to check if it was ok to use but never heard back so I washed clothes by hand and then used the dryer.

This is a lovely home located in Queen Creek, close to walking and biking paths and central to many amenities. The hosts were wonderful to work with and very respectful of our time in their beautiful home. We would love to come back for a stay in the future!

The house was beautiful, plenty of parking, very clean, large kitchen with everything and more that you need. The outside was just as nice. TV on the patio, clean pool and a few pool toys. We had a wonderful stay and we would stay again.

Our stay was mostly comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped for us to prepare and sahre our meals, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. The pool did not have a safety fence so be aware of little ones. Also, the house cooled down very slowly. We arrived at the warmest part of the day and the AC was not turned down and it took several hours for it to do so. The AC was preset so that we could not turn it to a comfortable night time temperature. Even with the ceiling fans, my husband and son had to sleep on the floor to try and get cool. We felt that for the price we paid, we should have been able to choose a more comfortable temperature. The neighborhood was quiet and well-located for our needs that weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and I loved how it was decorated. We felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the bedding. We didn’t utilize the kitchen as much as we should have but everything we needed was available. The neighborhood was quiet and Safeway was within walking distance. We used the trails nearby and saw a lot of the wild life. Only downside was the pool not being heated but we knew that it wouldn’t be when we rented it. Otherwise the house was exactly as listed. We would definitely stay here again and bring some friends.

This property was perfect for our stay! Lots of space, very clean and comfortable, and beautifully decorated! The outdoor space was great to relax by the pool and to sit in the shade when we needed a break from the sun. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. I am so thankful my daughter found this place for us. We were looking for something for my sister and myself and our adult kids to get together in AZ for my mother’s 80th. This house is a dream. The backyard is an absoluteOasis. I honestly wanted to move right in and never leave the house. It is so tastefully decorated and so comfortable. Everything down to the sheets are high quality. Comfortable beds. Everything you need and then some. We will definitely be back.

The check in process was smooth and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was that we weren’t allowed to turn the thermostat below 74 and we didn’t feel comfortable opening windows for breeze due to the incredible amount of dust and dander from outside. We traveled with adults and small children, including infants, and it was hard to keep everyone comfortable. So, if you’re not from the area (like San Diego), you may not be comfortable at night. It was so stuffy it made bedtime uncomfortable. Overall our stay was enjoyable and lovely. Thank you to the host for being available for all our questions!

This property, location and service by property manager exceeded our expectations. Beautiful house with lots of space for everyone. Kelly provides a list of activities and dining options and is like having your own concierge. Proximity to Queen Creek Wash train, San Tain Mountains, golf was perfect and much less traffic compared to other areas of Phoenix. Again, Kelly and team are responsive making the reservation, asking any questions regarding our stay and you will not be disappointed renting this house. Highly recommend and will be back.

Had a great family week! The weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the pool but the yard was super fun for the grand children to play! Owner was very easy to work with!
