We love 30A and our other home in Carmel. We stay at all of them, so like you, we want a great stay! Thus we provide great furniture, linens/bedding, well stocked kitchens; coffee makers (k-cups too) and pots/pans, great cutlery, blenders and other stuff needed for your special stay.
We also provide laundry and bath soap.
So as for the CASA:
Three bedroom, three bath newly renovated beach house just steps to 30a's best beach access. Casa Mimosa has everything you want! Enjoy a dip in the pool after a day at the beach.
Have dinner under the pergola by the pool, or walk or bike to Great Southern Cafe, Bud and Alley's, Cafe 30a, Perfect Pig, or Cowgirl Kitchen.
Each bedroom has its own full bath. Two bedrooms on first floor (one King and one with two Queens), another master on second floor, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are flat screen tv's in every bedroom, and of course cable and wi-fi.
Light and beachy kitchen, dining and living spaces are upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve great meals. With granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and an open layout, you can enjoy meal prep and family time. The second floor covered deck is another great place to dine or just relax.
4 adult bikes are included - this saves our guests over $300 in bike rentals! We also provide six newer Tommy Bahama beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and beach mats.
Larger 10'x 10' sunshade for setting up on the beach, no need to spend a fortune on beach chair and umbrella rentals.
New 2023 6 seat golf cart with lithium batteries is avail. for rent. Our rates are 25% less than retail shops.
Things you will love about this beach house are the beach access, the pool, and the proximity to everything Seagrove and Seaside have to offer.
Dogs are allowed with owner approval. Fees do apply PER pet. Limit 2 no dogs over 40lbs. UNLESS approved by owner. We self manage, so please reach out for approval. You'll get a very quick response.

My family and daughter’s two friends stayed at the home. We had 6 adults total. The house was wonderful! It is nicely decorated and had what we needed outside of groceries for the week stay. I would definitely recommend renting the golf cart from them. It was really nice for short trips. The beach is an easy walk from the house and it was really nice to have our own fenced in yard with pool. The property managers are super great! They were very communicative and responsive when we had questions. Restaurants in the area were really good. We couldn’t have booked a better property! Thanks for a great anniversary trip!!!

The house was great and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen - They even had a nice first aid kit that came in handy when we needed a bandaid! The beds were comfortable and the location for us was perfect! We paid extra to heat the pool, which was very nice on a couple of cool windy days. The Owner was very responsive with a few questions we had. Hopefully we will be back again next year!

The owners/ property managers were wonderful to work with. Attentive, prompt, and quickly addressed any problems that we had. (The pool heater had some issues for the larger part of our stay but they refunded days we weren't able to use it with no problems) It's very well stocked with everyday needs, unlike a lot of rentals that we've had in the past. Location was our favorite! The house is located directly across the street from the beach access and it's a beautiful board walk. It was my favorite thing to do in the mornings with coffee.
The only thing that I wish there would have been a little more detail about, being a pet friendly & kid friendly home, is that the backyard & pool area only has one access in the house and it's through one of the bedrooms. There also is no grass in that area for the animals. I ended up having to harness and leash up my two pups early each morning and walk outside to get to the fenced area so that I wouldn't wake up the guests in that bedroom. Not ideal.

Will be going back to stay at this property as well as the other Seaside property that Bill owns. He and Penny are wonderful to work with and provide any support you may need during your stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Mimosa! The location was right across the street from the beach and very walkable for our family of all ages. The setup of the house was perfect for 3 families staying here, each family has their own private full bath. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, cooler, and sun shades were provided for all of us to enjoy the sunny days at the beach. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. We will definitely be back!

We thought this was a really nice house. The location was amazing with a very short walk to a private area on the beach. Walking into Seaside is definitely possible at the right times of the day/year (late morning through early evening is not recommended due to the heat in July), but I recommend renting the golf cart. You can go into Seaside, the Publix or Seacrest in the golf cart.
The pictures in the listing are mostly accurate. There is some
different furniture versus several of the pictures in the listing. The patio furniture is mostly different along with the master bedroom upstairs and front balcony (the wicker couch is there now from picture 2/33). There is a two level condo complex right across the street from the front of the house. We had no issues, but just something to know as the balcony faces the complex.
Some of the appliances and furniture have been used more than others, but you can't expect everything to be brand new.
One Master Bedroom is upstairs off of the kitchen and the other is downstairs and is the access to the pool and patio. You can access the pool by exiting the front door and walking around the house. If you need anything from the kitchen while at the pool, you will get your steps and stairs in. We recommend having a cooler that you can bring down to the pool to save trips back in the house.
The owners were very friendly, helpful and fast to respond to any questions we had.
Overall, I would definitely consider this house again given the location and owners.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just the right size for 3 couples. It was clean and pretty. The pool area was exceptional. The only downfall was access to the pool. You either had to go through a bedroom or around the house. Maybe remove the dining area window and make it a door with steps-might be more convenient. We would stay there again!

The house got new owners in April. The house was tastefully decorated, the kitchen well stocked and beds comfy with very nice linens. Some of the website pictures show a different view of the house. We had issues with lights, lamps and beach equipment but the owners took care of this. The upstairs balcony’s table and chairs were replaced when we were there. Other cushions were stained and need replacing. The pool and deck were very nice and our grandsons enjoyed this daily. To get to this area one must either go through the first floor master bedroom or go outside and go around to the gate. The covered patio was welcomed at the end of the day-with shade!. The front balcony on the second floor looks over a parking lot of the motel next door and of 30A and traffic. The house was one building away from 30A. The walk to the beach was quick, the boardwalk being very nice. Be aware that private vendors aren’t permitted to set up umbrellas and chairs. On the beach area we were permitted to stay.The house has an umbrella or canopy (new one had not come before we left) and a nice big wagon to carry all your stuff to the beach. The beach area for this house is private which was very nice. On either side of this small beach were many set ups from other rentals., it looked crowded. We didn’t use the golf cart or any of the 4 bikes-six are listed on the amenities but 2 had been stolen. They were very rusted. I see that our rental has increased about 400 a night since we booked! This house is beautiful; the pool was fantastic for our kids to hang out after coming from the beach. The Beach access also was super close to the house. The best thing was that the house has, beach chair, towels, tent, wagon, and other beach accessories for the kids to play. We also rent the golf cart, and it was so much fun to go to seaside and around!. We have some issue with the cleaning, but as soon we contact the management they immediately took action and solved it. They have fantastic customer service. We love to spend the whole week at Casa Mimosa.

I don’t ever write reviews. Ever. But I feel this place and the new owners need a shout out. The property/house itself are a little older but very well maintained with some really nice updates. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms clean. The pool was perfect and we grilled and enjoyed the outdoor seating immensely. There was a nice shaded portion which was perfect for morning workouts. That said, the kitchen itself and some of the upstairs furniture needs some TLC. It wasn’t as organized/clean/updated as one would hope however that did not deter us one bit. The location of this property can only be beat by actually being directly on the beach. We were right across the street abs the nature path leading to the water was so pretty and easy. The owner was super easy to deal with and corrected any issues we had (they were minor and she inherited them as they just purchased this property) with speed and proficiency. Some of the beach chairs need replacing as did a wagon that was done immediately. It is possible to fly down to the beach with nothing but your suitcase and have every single need met in this home without needing a car for the length of your stay. Everyone in our group agreed that we would go back simply based on the location of this gem.

Our week in Sea Grove at Casa Mimosa was everything we had hoped it would be for Spring Break. The home was very clean and organized. It was well stocked with bath and beach towels, beach chairs, and all the kitchen tools you would need for cooking, etc. We opted to heat the pool for the week, which was an awesome option on some of the chillier beach days. The outdoor space was delightful out by the pool and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the upstairs porch each day! The homeowners were very responsive with any questions we had throughout the week. Beach access was so easy and convenient and walks to Seaside or the local Donut Shop were a great way to get exercise each day! We loved our visit and hope to stay at this home again soon!!

Laura and Paul are thoughtful hosts, and their property is conveniently located to the beach and nearby towns. The house is less than 1 block from 30A which makes the beach via a boardwalk path access so easy. The pool (which we opted to heat) and the golf cart are nice amenities. The coffee/health food store around the corner is delicious, and restaurants and shops in Seagrove and towns westward are minutes by golf cart or a longer walk. The home is clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking options. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning!

Great property, with easy beach access and many amenities. House was clean and as described in the listing. Hosts were responsive and made good suggestions when we had to scramble to find contact lens replacements quickly. WiFi made it easy to do work and remote schooling throughout the house and by the pool. The pool was clean and warm, which was great for relaxing. Note that there is an additional fee to have the pool heated or to use the golf cart, which we did not recall seeing in the VRBO listing. We used the provided bikes, which were older but did the trick to get us to and from a couple of ice cream shops during the week. We also enjoyed grilling outside. Overall, a wonderfully relaxing stay. We would love to come back again!

The house was perfect for our family of 5! We spent most of our time at the beach, swimming in the pool, and riding bikes. We loved the the proximity to the beach and availability of beach equipment (chairs, canopy, sand toys). Our kids were also very pleased that Hokulia Shaved Ice was just a 5 minute bike ride away (visited this place 4 out of 7 days). Laura is a very attentive host and made sure everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this property!

We had the best time. Casa mimosa was just as described. The house was spacious and exactly what we needed. The pool was beautiful. Laura was extremely helpful and great at communicating with us. My only gripe is that we didn’t stay longer! We are looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay! Laura was an awesome communicator, the house was the perfect set up for traveling with a 1 and 3 year old. The house had everything we needed and the convenience of our own pool was an added bonus. Quick walk to the beach, short stroll to dining, and a smoothie place just opened up next a few steps from the house. Bikes, Beach Wagon, Beach Necessities, Baby Gate at the top of the stairs - we loved our stay!

Cafe Mimosa covered all the grounds for us. The rooms were more spacious than we expected, and included more supplies than we could have imagined. Appliances were reliable and clean: the refrigerator has a water filter which saved us money from purchasing bottled water all week. Cafe Mimosa also provides a charcoal AND gas grill! We enjoyed almost every dinner at the table by the pool because it was so dreamy. The privacy fence makes you feel miles away! There was never a dull moment between the short walk to the private beach, hanging by the private pool, and riding bikes around town. The front deck was great for when you needed a quiet place to unwind and recover from all the day’s adventures. Don’t forget to check the shed for extra beach/pool goodies! The owners were very responsive, but we fortunately didn’t have to reach out much due to the great level of thought and attention to the home! Thanks guys!

I’m an experienced VRBO booker and a huge thing I take into consideration before I book is what the reviews have to say because they’re mostly accurate. This place is exactly like every review! I came with my husband, my sister, her three kids (ages 2-6) and my parents. It was so clean and spacious! Our favorite parts were the private pool and the very short walk (5 min) to the beach. It’s even right next door to a yoga studio and new organic cafe that is set to open in mid-August. Laura and Paul were so accessible to us via text or phone call if we had any questions pop up during our five-day stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. Check in and check out is easy! We will be back!
