Urbanization designed for the enjoyment of our guests, has an infinity pool with a shallow Bar area, surrounded by natural grass with hammocks, a solarium area and community showers. Heated outdoor pool with two swimming lanes, 3 outdoor jacuzzis (2 installed in the hammock and pool area, and 1 installed near the children's pool), Complete gym with views of the gardens and pool, Sauna, Playground outdoor children's playground, children's climbing wall, paddle tennis court, tennis court, ping pong tables, soccer field and basketball court.
It has an elevator, garden furniture, fenced plot, 24 m² terrace, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, garage in the same building, 2 TVs.
The induction island kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

These were the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Better that photo. Present delicious rose wine and sweets. Clean, in perfect condition. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning, hot water. 2 swimming pools and 4 jacuzzis on site. Incredible sea views from the bedroom and from the terrace. Near the sea, 15 minutes walk to the old town. Perfect place, I recommend.

Spacious, clean property with amazing views and a large balcony to enjoy them. In an excellent location being close to the beach, there’s also a pool, hot tub and jacuzzi, with a bar. All the facilities you need, although couldn’t find the hairdryer?
Would highly recommend this place.

Im Moment sind noch starke Bauaktivitäten im Umfeld. Weitere Tower werden gebaut und bringen erheblichen Baulärm mit sich.

Vraiment tout était neuf, une décoration soignée même si c'était minimaliste, aucune faute de goût. Des équipements ultra moderne avec de la domotique dans tout l'appartement, une vue incroyable sur la plage sans aucun vis à vis. La literie de la chambre principale hyper confortable avec un matelas à mémoire de forme, une salle de douche immense et laissant apercevoir la mer au loin lorsque vous prenez votre douche un vrai bonheur. Une terrasse immense permettant de prendre les repas à l'abri. Vous disposez d'une machine à laver bien appréciable Et le plus de la résidence une piscine et 2 jacuzzis chauffés en plein hiver, un réel bonheur et c'est rare que la température des piscines soient aussi élevée dans une résidence, c'est un vrai plus
Il y a trop peu d'assiettes et pratiquement pas de verres à pied, dommage car si vous êtes 6 personnes vous êtes contraints de faire tourner le lave vaisselle à chaque repas, ce qui n'est pas écologique et surtout pas pratique, il serait bon que les propriétaires investissent dans la vaisselle, il s'y retrouveraient financièrement. Pas de parasol sur la terrasse ni store, l'été la terrasse doit être impraticable, dommage car c'est le point fort de l'appartement. Les serviettes de toilettes sont de très mauvaise qualité et trop petite, avec un tel niveau de résidence c'est dommage et cela ne correspond pas au standing Il manque des serviettes de piscines et même des peignoirs, surtout pour les locations en hiver, car descendre pour la piscine ou le jaccuzy sans peignoirs ou grande serviette est impensable, car vous devez reprendre l'acsenceur pour rejoindre l'appartement??? Enfin devoir récupérer les clés à l'autre bout de la ville est inadmissible et surtout il manque cruellement des informations pour trouver l'agence qui gère la location. Pour finir rejoindre le parking de la résidence est compliqué car il n'y a que des sens interdits et l'adresse donnée par l'agence est fausse, cela correspond à l'entrée de la résidence à pied, mais pour le parking il faut faire le tour par en haut et aucune indication n'est fournie

Los edificios y la urbanización muy bonitos, el apartamento precioso y con una terraza fabulosa. Las camas enormes y cómodas. El baño principal muy espacioso, aunque lo de la pared de cristal un tanto absurdo. Las habitaciones bien insonorizadas. Los ascensores muy rápidos.
La gestión es bastante deficiente, el lavavajillas está roto, además de sin abrillantador y sin sal para lavar a mano había un sobresito para dos platos muy poca vajilla y constantemente hay que estar fregandola cubiertos sucios las puertas de los muebles de cocina y del baño con refregones horrorosos (que algunos siguen....) sin instrucciones para poner la calefacción papel higiénico poco y de calidad pésima la mesa de comedor medio rota y con muchas manchas y sin un material que tapara aquella porquería....

Hasta el 1 de Junio no abren las piscina grande ni la infantil. El horno no tiene potencia para calentar nada y hay poco potencia contratada de luz y al encender varias cosas a la vez saltaba el diferencial.
