We had a mix of adults and kiddos who were there for a surprise party weekend for my wife. We loved the open concept and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The pool was a terrific feature and the kids had hours of fun. Nathan was great to work with too and made sure we had all the facts before checking in. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

We stayed at Nathan’s place over Memorial Day weekend for my husbands 30th birthday. There were 16 of us total and the house fit us all comfortably. The house is beautiful and completely updated- the backyard was such a great space as well. Super close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee and most importantly the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved being able to walk to so many things, including the beach, market and CHEG. The house was clean (except for some of the pots and pans obviously put back unclean by other guests). We enjoyed lots of space to spread out, and plenty if places to hang out or watch Tv.
