Enjoy being "Seaquestered" in this beautiful home with an island flair, water views, covered decks, and even an elevator. The top floor has a large living/dining area open to a fabulous kitchen fully equipped sure to please the cook. The top level also has a queen bedroom and a shower bath. The first level features a king master suite with a private bath, another queen bedroom, and the fourth bedroom has a pyramid bunk with a trundle bed. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water on the ground level with parking underneath the home. Beach access is located nearby and a kayak launch area at the end of the street.

*OPTIONAL Closet Rental w/$250 Fee incl.: 2 paddle boards w/paddles, 4 life vests, 10 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 4 boogie boards, 2 beach cruiser bikes, 1 canopy tent, 1 cooler w/wheels.

Topsail Island: Topsail Island (pronounced “Topsail”) is one of the best-kept secrets among East Coast beaches. Located along North Carolina’s southern outer banks, Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier island of spacious sandy beaches and tranquil maritime forests. It’s hard to discover such a place today as friendly and casual, with such pristine sand and surf, water sports, recreation, fine dining and shopping adventures. This is Topsail Island located midway between Wilmington, to the south and Jacksonville, to the north.

The island consists of three towns, North Topsail Beach, Surf City, and Topsail Beach. The two mainland towns of Sneads Ferry and Holly Ridge complete the section known as the Greater Topsail Area. Two bridges allow access to the island, a new high rise bridge on NC Route 50 to Surf City, or by NC Route 210 over another high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach.

Climate: The climate in the area is typically seasonal and generally mild. Summers are warm with lots of bright sunny days that are great for all outdoor activities. Winters are short and mild. Spring averages a temperature in the 60’s with scattered showers ending as quickly as they start. Fall brings cool sea breezes and an average temperature of 65 degrees.

Activities: Activities are abundant on and off the island. Swimming, sun bathing, surfing, shells and sharks tooth hunting, dolphin watching, golf, deep sea charter fishing, fishing piers, surf fishing, jet skis, parasailing, miniature golf, go carts, water slides, kayaking, scenic boat tours, scuba and snorkeling, sailing and motor boating in the sound, Intracoastal Waterway, or the ocean.

The Topsail Island area is a special place to enjoy a wide range of recreational activities or to just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, star-filled nights and bountiful native birds and other wildlife in a serene atmosphere. Come for a visit or a lifetime!

This was a great place to stay and a close walk to the beach. The “beach closet” was a bit disorganized but the beach chairs were very helpful to have available. A couple picnic tables would be beneficial on one of the decks and out by the place to park. The linens were shrink wrapped and there were some stains on some of the sheets. The cooking pots and pans were not in good shape. We had to go buy a skillet. The elevator was so helpful for moving in and out! The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had a great time staying at this beach house!

What a fabulous stay we had except I couldn’t do all the steps to get down to the beach. The elevator in the home was an absolute blessing. We really appreciate the cleanliness & comfort of the home!!!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property! The home was very clean. It was as nice as the pictures and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. It was a short walk to the beach access and a close drive to stores and restaurants in Surf City. It had a lot of space for our adult family to spread out with many outside areas to sit and enjoy the views. The outside shower was nice and great for when you come off the beach. The elevator was great for unloading and loading our cars. The only thing I would change would be maybe some more furniture on the many decks. I am not sure if previous renters moved chairs to the other decks but some didn’t have any chairs to sit outside. We had a wonderful vacation for our first time on Topsail and cannot wait to come stay here again!

There were only a few minor issues. Otherwise, the place was excellent and right near the beach access. If you're looking for a quite and comfortable place to put your feet up after a long day in the sand and surf, Seaquestored is the place for you.

Better in person than online. Super clean, large space, kitchen is amazing, the view of the ocean was so much better than expected. I was also surprised how much I loved seeing the intercoastal as well. The house is on a dead end, first house. The trees offered a lot of great bird watching and extra privacy. Beautiful short walk to both the ocean and inter coastal. I could go on and on. This house was delightful. What a great week!

We love staying at this house. The setup is great for larger families and can accommodate several people. It’s a very quiet area and it’s awesome to be able to walk back to the Bay Area.

I had a wonderful 2 weeks at this beautiful house. The beach access is across the street and down 2 houses. The decks have views of both the ocean and sound. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was very comfortable with lots of sitting room. Each bedroom has its own deck. The place was very clean. This is a great rental!

We stayed the whole month of March. Everyone we met on the island was just wonderful and so friendly and helpful. The neighbors were pleasant and quiet. The house itself was just what we needed with plenty of room for all. Our favorite spot was the living room watching the waves come in- we saw dolphins and boats and flocks of birds that were just awe-inspiring. The only complaint I would say worth mentioning is there were a lot of the small prickly balls embedded in the carpets, so we learned quickly to use the turtle on our shoes before coming in and switch to slippers (I also used a small pair of tweezers to gently pull out as many as I could so hopefully it’s better for the next person). But to us that didn’t hamper the relaxation and beauty of our surroundings! The rental company was always professional and courteous as well as timely in answering messages and questions. Just a great experience from start to finish!

The purpose of our beach vacations is to spend time on the beach and explore the local areas around it. There's a public access about 100 meters from this house to a very wide stretch of beach with local and some rental houses around that limit the amount of other tourist congestion. The times we weren't on the beach at the end of the day or because of weather were saved by this nice, well-kept home. Our kids played and we watched a movie in the cozy living room, had dinner at the dining room table, we enjoyed the views from the decks. We used to live on Topsail and this house made us feel right back at home.

We came as a multi-generational family. The house was a nice size and had 4 comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The condition of the home was really nice. The sports closet was nice and we fully utilized it for the extra fee. There were a few minor issues but nothing that was a deal breaker. The grill was out of propane and didn't seem to work, the dishwasher had to be run twice to get everything clean and one of the toilets weren't super clean when we got there. Other than that, just make sure you get the linen package for the extra fee as well, otherwise, you'll have to pack your own towels and sheets. It's kind of DIY in that sense. I would recommend this property and the location, neighborhood and Topsail Island were awesome! Thanks again!
