Our two families that shared the home very much enjoyed our stay. The four kids shared the third bedroom and the two couples each had sufficient space in the other two rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped so that we could bring our k-cups for coffee, bread for toast (toaster), microwave leftovers, pan fry eggs, even bake a frozen pizza!! Everything and everywhere was clean and tidy. Loved the ability to use the washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Great location with the pool right next door. Never got to use the hot tub but there is always next time. Private beach access that we got a beach pass for. Only problem was that the shower handle in guest bathroom wasn’t working so we couldn’t have hot water on day 3 and 4 till we realized what the issue was. Management company was quick to respond. We would definitely come back!

From the moment we moved in until our checkout 2 weeks later, Steve and Tracy’s house was the perfect Hilton Head vacation spot. Walking distance to the beach and to the Shipyard golf clubhouse made it very easy to enjoy the area. The layout of the house was perfect for large families. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the screened in back porch. Highly recommend this place!

This was our first time staying at 14 Kingston Cove though we have stayed at a condo in Shipyard Plantation many times. We love where it is located on the island. Everything is a convenient bike ride away and the private beach access is fantastic. With 14 KC, we were in a more private area of Shipyard near the golf club and the house was located right next door to the pool. There is a beautiful, large screened back deck that overlooks the lagoon and pool. So. location was even better than what we have experienced in the past.
The house itself was...I'm just gonna say it...expensive. It was definitely at the top end of our search but it was spacious and in a prime location so I get the price. There were five of us. Me, my wife, my mom and my son and his girlfriend. So private bedrooms was important to us. The house was spacious and accommodated our needs very well. It was clean, for the most part, and decorated nicely. Each room had a smart TV as well as the deck and we did spend some time streaming some movies. The kitchen had pots, pans, dishes and silverware. For what we paid, I would have liked to have seen some more of the basics provided. There were no trash bags other than what was in the can. There were four rolls of toilet paper--not enough for five people for a week. There were no napkins and one roll of paper towels. Yes, those are fairly minor and inexpensive things but things we would have appreciated, especially given what we paid for the place. It isn't much of an expense to mgmt to throw in a few more trash bags. The hot tub was full of bugs when we got there. We called and someone came out, drained it and refilled it around mid-week. They came while we were gone and were in the driveway. There were two guys. The younger of the two moved their truck so we could park. As I was walking past, I heard the older one tell him "when they ask me to move, I never move. They'll just want back out again in a half hour." He was loud and rude. There is nowhere else to park (Shipyard doesn't allow parking on the road) and I have an 87 year-old mother. Saying he would have refused to move was definitely NOT appreciated and, if they hadn't moved, we would have had a real problem.
But overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The weather was much better than predicted and we truly love spending time on that island. The house did enhance the experience. We would love to go back and maybe spend two weeks the next time but I don't know that we could afford to do it in that particular house.

Our family traveled to Hilton Head from the Charleston area for a long weekend getaway. We traveled with a five year old, three year old and a newborn and it could not have been better! The kids absolutely loved having the choice of pool or beach everyday and both were so convenient. We loved spending each night having drinks, snacks and watching tv on the patio while the kids watched movies in bed! Each room has a tv which is great when traveling with a group. We ate out every night but the kitchen was well equipped and perfectly set up for meals in, as well. We would all recommend this rental to any family looking for a relaxing, laid back stay in Hilton Head!

This house was very nice and conveniently located near the community pool. An added plus was the onsite hot tub. We used the grill a couple of times and it was nice that they had a spare propane tank available.
The interior was well appointed and they had all the necessary items to cook meals. They also had 2 coffee makers; one for coffee pods and the other for conventional coffee brewing.
The screened-in patio was nice with a dining table and tv area for morning or evening meals and movie watching.
I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and stay here again.

This home was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. There is plenty of porch seating, fans, and towels. The kitchen looked new, decorations were pretty. The pool is right beside the house so very convenient. We loved bike riding to the beach and plaza but if driving is your thing we never had trouble finding parking. We saw beautiful herons right outside the home every day. We would definitely visit again.

Location on HHI was great--beach, shopping, and restaurants are all close by. The rental was in good condition, could use some deep cleaning (carpet, rugs, etc.) but surface cleaning was good. NOTE: perfect location if you have kids interested in the pool...the pool is located directly beside the condo. If you want a relaxing atmosphere during peak season, maybe not the best choice. Luckily we were there in October and the pool was empty. Overall it was a good place to stay.

We had a few issues with garbage not collected from the prior guests and the drain in a sink was slow to empty but the email communication was
fast and attentive to our concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the villa was comfortable and spacious!

The experience started off with the owner and Turnkey representatives responding to questions asked about COVID cleanliness but upon arrival things went down hill quickly. It all began as we opened the door to our supposedly enhanced COVID cleaned home, a odor of dirty carpet hit us along with nasty stains in the dining room carpet, the floors had not been swept or vacuumed, dust through out the house on furniture, kitchen had spiders and webs around the walls and corners, to add dead bugs on the kitchen blinds, and dining room blinds, 2nd bathroom had spiders and webs all around it like the kitchen. Two of the bedrooms sheets and mattress covers had several yellow stains on them big and small circles, along with what appeared to be dog hair. The 2 beds in the 3rd bedroom (full & twin)need to be thrown out, the frame is railing not iron and it was so unstable, squeaky, loose and every time you touched the bed it moved and squeaked, you could feel the railings through the broke down mattress as you sat or laid on the bed. The sofa couch mattress is excessively worn as well and you can feel the frame as you laid on the bed, they didn’t even leave sheets for that bed, we put comforters on top of it which didn’t help much at all. The towels and wash cloths were not bright white and they were hard. The large screened patio was totally disgusting, it too was dusty, the 2 tables had grape jelly on them and ketchup, the seat cushions were full of white long hairs, 2 of them had spots in them that looked like poop, the flooring was full of dirt, leaves, spider webs, candy paper and a nasty bandaid. The TV on the patio and it’s remote and stand was filthy as well, along with the outside ceiling fans. I called Turnkey to inform them of all these issues about 10 minutes after check in, of course they apologized and told me someone would be there to clean in the morning bring that it was after 5:00. I informed them that we do not live like this on a re

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything in the home was exactly as described. This property is directly next to the swimming pool -- very convenient. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The home is modern, clean, and was actually more spacious than it appeared in photos.
It is a short drive to the beach in Shipyard. (The beach is too far to walk.) The rental comes with a beach parking pass. We went to the beach each day we stayed and only had to park in the overflow parking once when arriving at 2 PM (peak time). When we arrived earlier in the day or later in the day, parking up close was no problem. There is a golf cart to bring you to the beach from overflow parking if you time it right. The beach itself is perfect. Couldn't ask for a better beach!
We loved walking the paths around the ponds in Shipyard spotting alligators. We were safe and kept our distance, of course. Not being from this area, we found this a treat to view these beautiful creatures. Shipyard itself is very peaceful and quiet. Many families and bicycles. There is a gate with a staff member who will check your parking pass each time you enter the property. It did take some time to learn our way around as it all looked the same at first. By the third day, we had the streets figured out.
This is a five star property for us. We would not hesitate to book it again. There are a few things I will mention just to state it so future guests can make the best choice for their family.
*The sunroom is fantastic, and we loved it. We had all of our meals out there, and the kids would curl up on the couch at night and watch movies. However, do be aware that it is not air conditioned.
*The third bedroom with the double bed and twin bed have very thin mattresses. You can feel the bed frame through the mattress. Kids sleep well anywhere, so it wasn't an issue for them. I wouldn't have wanted to sleep there as an adult.
*You can hear pool noise from the home during the day. Again, we have kids and sometimes, it was our kids making the pool noise, so it wasn't an issue. Be aware of the close pool proximity if you are a daytime napper or don't want to hear kids.
*The house is stocked only with starter supplies (as it does say in the description). If you are here for 3+ days, you'll need to pick up tp, shampoo, etc. The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies. Nothing beyond that. There are no beach toys or other beach supplies.
*The dining room chairs are bar height.

A beautiful, recently updated home with a private hot tub and gas fireplace on a huge screened in porch featuring a giant, smart TV. Perfect location, quiet, next to the pool... I could go on and on... just perfect! The check in and out process was a breeze and the management company was a pleasure to deal with. Exceptionally nice property and very good proximity to the beach and other activities. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub was awesome. We did have an issue with the heat that was immediately addressed. When we originally arrived a work crew was changing out fans and asked if they could stay another 3-4 hours to finish. This was a bit weird because, had we agreed, we would have been sharing the place with them past 8 p.m. We declined and they cleaned up and politely left. Overall this was a very good experience and we all agreed we would rent this property again in the future.

Nice place, but poorly stocked with consumables. One roll of paper towel, 4 rolls of toilet paper and two small garbage bags is not sufficient for their “starter package”. It is a pandemic and we have a family of four there for a week. When we contacted management they advised it was our responsibility. I get that if we were stocked properly to begin with, but poor decision on their part to not supply better inventory to begin. Hot tub was great, but sits underneath the master bedroom and you hear the heater go on and off ALL night. It can only be turned down to 90 degrees, so it continually cycles no matter what. Too bad, otherwise bedroom was comfortable. Guest room one with queen was great. Guest room 2 with double bed and single was COLD and the beds are uncomfortable. Kitchen was poorly stocked with cookware. Needs more pots, pans and cookie sheets. No ingredients, seasoning or even salt and pepper in the kitchen. Ice maker did not work. We just purchased ice. The washing machine was incredibly loud. Do not run it at night.Location was GREAT and management was very responsive when contacted. House was clean upon arrival.

This rental home was even more beautiful in person. The layout was ideal. The biggest attraction for us was the huge screened in porch that included both a dining area, and a sitting area with couch and chairs. The recent remodel lives up to the hype - bathrooms and kitchen were top notch. Small improvements include having a dish pan to wash pans in, and replace all the cheap plastic glassware with regular glass for drinking beverages and wine. The fire table was out of propane. Some of the ceiling fans/lights did not work. It is one of the most attractive places we have stayed at in Shipyard and we loved the location. Would definitely return!
