Fantastic accommodation with very special architectural features, with a 20-meter pool, ideal for swimmers.

LOCATION

Located on the outskirts of Coín and with easy access, this fantastic villa will provide you with views of the mountain countryside of the Juntilla area where the Río Grande supplies this entire area with water and makes it have beautiful paths to walk. with the family, go on bicycle routes, watch birds, and enjoy sunrises and sunsets thanks to the orientation of the house.

Its location is just 15 minutes by car from the La Trocha shopping center, service stations and leisure and restaurant venues where you can enjoy the gastronomy and leisure of the area with your family.

To reach attractions such as El Caminito del Rey, Picasso Museum of Malaga or monuments with the Torre de Teba or the Alcazaba of Malaga, you will not have any problem. Access to the roads to go to the Ardales area (which also takes you to Ronda and Teba) or the Malaga area is just 15 minutes away by car. Also on the Ojén Monda road you can reach Marbella in about 35 minutes by car. Leaving along the way natural enclaves such as Barranco Blanco and El Refugio de Juanar.

It is about 40 minutes by car from Malaga airport, with easy access to its departure terminal.

OUTDOORS

With a fenced plot and an extension where the view is lost with citrus plantations, the part of the plot that you can enjoy is very clearly delimited in a natural way. One for the outdoor barbecue and pool area and the other for the construction of the villa itself and its natural delimitation.

An entrance gate will take you along a compact and very well-kept dirt road to a parking area where we clearly see the fantastic barbecue area that houses a beautiful lawn to enjoy the hammocks and sunbathe, and a swimming pool. , which will make you feel like you are in the middle of the sea, with a length of 20 meters and a width of 5 meters you will be able to do some lengths, stay in shape and enjoy a barbecue when you go out to do some sports. It also has an outdoor bathroom with a shower, so you don't have to go to the accommodation to shower or go to the bathroom.

This barbecue area is covered by a pergola that will provide shade in summer and at night it will create a special atmosphere thanks to the lighting that this beautiful and useful outdoor area has.

The remaining exteriors that surround the accommodation are pure countryside, where you can walk around peacefully, bicycle routes and quiet walks with beautiful sunsets and bird watching if you wish.

INSIDE

Although the villa has two entrances, the first time you enter the accommodation if it is daytime, our check-in staff will guide you through the main door so that you can assume the great accommodation you have contracted. An entrance presided over by two replicas of Terracotta warriors will show you when you open the door of the accommodation a glass window that will act as a natural frame with the view of the outside. Quite an experience if you come from the city and are not used to seeing natural places like this one in the Guadalhorce Valley.

You can enjoy this first entry as a reading point when you finish staying and get to know the villa in its entirety. But before we go to the rest of the rooms, we will explain the other access to the villa..Which we leave behind a beautiful interior patio with a tree that will give us natural shade in summer and a charming shelter at night along with its cozy lighting. As we mentioned, leaving behind this patio that we have as soon as we park the vehicle with which we come to the villa, we will then find two accesses to two rooms, one of which is a door to a hall and the kitchen, the other, the access to the exterior room that completes the 7th and 8th place in the accommodation and is sold as extra places and outside the rate with a supplement. This room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The town is divided as follows:

KITCHEN.- With a very studied design, high-end materials and spaces designed so that you and your family do not have to worry about where to store your food. As we mentioned, it is a very well-designed kitchen with very good quality materials, kitchenware and small appliances. You have to take care of them and make responsible use of the furniture. The kitchen has very beautiful lighting, it is cozy and it is where you can have the best conversations and family moments, enjoy it!

LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM WITH TERRACE

One of the things that stands out about this accommodation are the high ceilings, with wooden details and harmonious angles between structures, rooms and decoration. The living room you will enjoy is large, with comfortable sofas, a great television and both natural and artificial lighting that give balance to the room. Following it and near the kitchen we also have a dining room, where the whole family can gather at a beautiful high-quality wooden table. Everything according to your expectations will continue the kitchen conversations with a good wine in the dining room. If the weather permits, you can also have lunch on the outside terrace with views of the river and valley. Through this terrace you will also have access to the 3 interior bedrooms of the accommodation, which have access to this terrace and where the owners have provided each with a set of table and chairs so that they can have greater privacy or moments of concentration within the same family nucleus.

BEDROOMS

The accommodation has three bedrooms, with windows to the outside, without breaking the wooden and rural atmosphere of the accommodation. All with an en-suite bathroom with the only difference being that the two bedrooms, each with a single bed, have a shared bathroom. The other two bedrooms have double beds installed. All rooms have space to leave your luggage safely and orderly.

The accommodation has a guard who lives on the same property, although removed from where you are going to stay, under normal conditions and without helpful requests, he will be attentive to any problem that may arise. The strong points of the villa are its location and its very large swimming pool in the heart of nature. A coffee machine has been added in the kitchen, that’s great ! It was really missing !   However, there are a few problems with the villa itself : A few windows or doors are not closing/opening properly A “no more used fountain-drain” in the outdoor patio filled with still water and stones is crowded with mosquito larvae Mosquito screens are not efficient as they are for the most part scrapped or partly ruined. TV cannot be used as it should be, eg : it is not possible to read videos via an USB device

We highly recommend the villa, it was a lovely place to stay for a week with friends. Pool area and bbq is fantastic and stunning location in the mountains.Peter is a very friendly host and is on hand to help if needed.Clean and tidy with lots of areas to relax.A short drive to local supermarkets in Coín which is handy.

Beautiful place with orange plantation around it. Some parts are outdated but the views do pay it off. Best part of out stay were the 4 doggies that live with the keeper and come around from time to time to say hello.

The house is lovely. The pool is great and the neighbour living downstairs (Peter) will help where he can when you need help. During our stay we had a forest fire quite close. The in between broker did not helpinform us. The neighbour did! He gave us comfort and was right. The broker was in panic.The house is new as a rental and shows signs of use from former owners. Musquito nets in all doors are not really working anymore so better use the airco.Airco's are new and in every room, perfect!Beaches and restaurants at 40 mins drive.Airport really close.I left the next tenants some good knives. If you like cooking, the kitchen is not really convenient ,)Pool and palmtrees make the outside great. Bbq is very pleasant too. Lots of seats and nice interior. Perfect family place.

There is a housekeeper living in the same place but he was really nice and he never disturbed our stay. We had a great time, there are some animal sounds coming from around, just to let you know. )
