With plenty of living space and comfortable furnishings, the amenities will make you feel right at home. Floor-to-ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, and a southern exposure ensure abundant natural light throughout the open living space. Gather beside the wood-burning fireplace with hot cocoa and enjoy the warm ambiance. Entertain and whip up home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, grab a seat at the breakfast bar, rustic dining table, or out on the deck, with an additional dining area and a gas grill for easy family cookouts.
Spend the evening soaking in your private hot tub or chatting beneath the stars around the firepit. Living rooms on each level of the home offer plenty of space to relax at the end of the day, with 70-inch TVs on both the middle and top level and a 55-inch TV and huge velvet sectional on the bottom floor. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
