This house is located in the neighbourhood of El Terreno in Palma, a quiet and privileged place due to its location near the sea and places of interest such as the Bellver Castle. Moreover, the island's capital is a great treasure to be discovered. If you approach the centre, which is very close, you will find not only exclusive shops and luxury boutiques, but also a wide variety of museums and art galleries, including Es Baluard, located in the Santa Catalina district and with impressive views of the old Lonja, the Almudaina palace and, of course, the cathedral. We also encourage you to wander through the streets of the historic centre and the old Jewish quarter, full of charming little corners and typical Mallorcan houses. If you fancy a swim, the area of Es Molinar and the beach of Can Pere Antoni are close to your accommodation.

Amazing spacious historical villa, only 20 min walk to Palma city center and 15 min from the cozy Santa Catalina. The house has plenty of indoor space and terrace area and we enjoyed having possibility for cooking and barbeque during our stay. We definitely will come back

I liked: the hosts of the house are very welcoming and nice. This villa is great, is located in a great place, has several common spaces and bathrooms. and amazing terrace with views! :) Walking distance to the center of Palma, and to the beaches!

The rating of the house on booking does not correspond to reality. in reality, the object deserves the maximum rating. And , believe me , these are not emotions . they were enough for us when Maria returned with two bottles of the most expensive cava, when she found out that we were celebrating a birthday, and arrived at the airport with forgotten things. The house is old, but it does not look dilapidated. crockery , furniture , bed linen , pans to which food does not stick , water pressure . it's all in excellent condition .ideal location - quiet area but close to all important tourist places .I highly recommend this place without a single reservation !

A very good accommodation to enjoy Palma de Mallorca. Very spacious house for a group of friends. I highly recommend the house. But, having gone in the summer, the only thing I missed was air conditioning in the house. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Nice old style Spanish house, plenty of space, pity the access door did not work properly.
