Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, this home was built in June 2022 and is ready to host your next family vacation. Make a splash in your brand-new private pool, rejuvenate in the hot tub, then grill out beside the pool on the patio. End each vacation day gathered around the flickering firepit.

Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully appointed interior with all the comforts of home - including central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a sparkling full kitchen.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool and hot tub are open from April 1 to November 1.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great family reunion. We really enjoyed going to the beach near by and enjoyed the pool on warmer days. It was great to have the outdoor sitting room by the pool for those wanting to participate without the sun. Comfortable rooms.

The location of this house is perfect if you want to be a bit tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main Rehoboth Avenue. There is a restaurant and liquor store at the end of the block. It is also mid-way between Dewey and Rehoboth which made both walkable for us. Plenty of parking in the driveway and beach equipment in the garage for use. The laundry dryers took a bit to work fully, but there was a repairman there upon our check in working on them. Big kitchen with plenty of storage and room to cook a family size dinner. The pool was great and there were floats to use in the house as well.

We booked this family vacation with multiple families, that included a baby, dog + mother + teenagers ,etc. There was enough space and everyone was entertained. We spent most days in the backyard at the pool, whirlpool and outdoor tv room, and dining/grill area. The pool and whirlpool worked just fine. You just have to follow the directions. The whole space was fine for 10 family members. Washer and dryer on both floors made it convenient. The location was perfect actually to get to either Dewey Beach (.5 miles) or Rehobeth Boardwalk (1.5 miles). We would book here again.

The house is very comfortable, new, clean. Kitchen is great and well stocked. Bathrooms are nice and plenty. Perfect for our girls weekend! We lived the walk to the beach, the neighborhood and being close to town for dinner and shopping.

Had a great stay in a beautiful home for the Rehoboth Marathon. House is perfect for a large group. Home is well equipped . Could not of been better !

This property is large, clean, convenient and beautiful in a nice, quiet area. The hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. We were able to bike to the boardwalk, bars and restaurants. It was a really great stay.

We had a great off-season stay! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked! My son and brother ran the Rehoboth marathon so our only wish was the hot tub had been on for the weekend for a post-race soak!

Beautiful house, great location, close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained. All items necessary for a great stay is present in the house. The only downside to the house is the main entrance, if someone in your party has mobility issues there are about 14 steps to the front entrance.

This house is incredible and honestly I want to give it 5 stars. I would stay here again and again. Beds super comfy…gorgeous furniture and nice and clean (except for the fan blades). The only thing is the pool heater would not stay on and the pool was COLD. It was not usable. Lots of instructions on how to get it going and we did. Like 10 times. It disconnects or just does not work. It didn’t ruin our stay but for the extra fee of heating the pool, it should have worked.

House is beautiful. About a 15 minute walk to all the popular bars. 10 minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend if you’re coming with friends or family.

My family spent 5 days there. The house is newly built this year. Super spacious and cozy. Swimming pool is still under construction. Everyone was impressed by how comfortable the beds are and how good it feels in shower. The location is supreme, 5-min drive to all the reataurants, grocery stores and outlets. The management sent texts before for the code to the door and also after we got there to ensure the cleaning crew did a great job(they did). Can't wait to return when the pool is done.

Great property with everything you could want. Clean, neat, & decorated just enough. High ceilings, ceiling fans, & quality appliances. Great wifi, all smart TVs, plenty of outlets. What a fantastic property and it looks like they are continuing to make it even better. There’s even a separate living room for the kids to keep them occupied close but at a distance. Really a wonderful property with nice large showers too. Book this place, it’s wonderful.

The house is brand new and beautiful. We stayed here with three families including 7 young kids. It's in a great location - a short walk to Dewey Beach and about a mile to Rehoboth beach and boardwalk. The house had lots of space, and was bright and airy. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen is adequately stocked but if you are really cooking for 13 people, the pots and pans are a little small. The house had a high chair and a pack in play which is great when traveling with young ones. They also had a wagon, beach toys, and a couple of beach chairs in the garage that were nice to use. The kids in our group loved the TV area downstairs next to the garage - it was their own hang out space away from the grown ups. Be warned - the back deck gets blistering hot in the sun. You literally had to wear shoes walking on the deck or the stairs or you could burn your feet. Overall, we would stay here again.
