It’s an easy walk to the beach, and the home is equipped with lots of sand toys, buckets, and shovels. The foosball set was a huge hit with kids of all ages. It’s a very comfortable space, inside and out.

This house was a great fit for our extended family beach trip! Walking distance from a beautiful beach that wasn't crowded at all and close to multiple cute beach towns. The house had a good layout, the only reason I'm giving a 4 on cleanliness is the need for renovations throughout the house made it feel like it needs a good scrub down.

Our large family had a wonderful time staying here. The majority of the home is dated like other comments say, but it was clean and comfortable. The shower downstairs only ever had about 5 minutes worth of hot water at a time, so we just showered upstairs instead. The yard was so cute, and a joy to spend time in. No complaints about the home itself, but the Internet didn't work the entire 8 day stay. We let the Vacasa property management know on day 2, but after confirming it was a service provider problem and not a hardware issue, they never had anyone out to fix it. We had multiple people who were unable to work remotely as planned because of it.

Our poker group loves coming to Manzanita but often struggles to find a place with enough adult-sized beds in separate bedrooms, but this house excelled in that area and we each had a large bed and BR to ourselves without having to utilize any of the many bunkbeds. Would also be ideal for several families staying together as there are ample beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed the distant ocean views as well as the more proximate, lovely landscaping and stream right in the backyard. The kitchen was very well-appointed and everything functional in the house. Living areas were mostly updated but bathrooms less so and it has some original, quirky wiring/outlets that could use updating but overall quite comfortable and lovely. We'd stay again and recommend it to other groups.

We enjoyed the gorgeous view, the short walk to the beach, the ample room for our group, and the deck in the sunshine overlooking the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. Having 2 fridges was a big help for groceries for our group. The property has lovely grounds. We liked the big table where we could eat together. The sink in the bathroom closest to the kitchen has minimal water coming out for handwashing. Water pressure for flushing toilets was low in downstairs bathroom. But these were little things that just come with home use and probably just need a little attention. Overall, great spot!

We had a family reunion for my husband’s birthday celebration and this was a perfect rental for our family of 20. There is plenty of sleeping, playing, relaxing and eating room. Beach access is a couple of blocks away and ocean view from the deck and upstairs windows. Downtown is close by. Comfortable beds. Clean. Well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

This house worked very well for our large family, with plenty of room to be together or be apart, as we chose. We were very fortunate to have good weather and we enjoyed sitting outside on the large deck to view the sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Many of our family members are sensitive to fragrances, so we really appreciated the low-fragrance products that were used in cleaning --- no dryer sheet smells! The yard was very nicely maintained and it was pleasant to hear the sounds of the nearby creek.

It was a wonderful weekend. Lots of extras in the house amenities board games, movies, extra towels. Has a great view of the ocean from the front deck. Has a beautiful back yard with a stream and a bridge going over it. The house is older but very charming. The only complaints were it doesn’t have AC and it was one of the very few hot weekends on the Oregon coast. There were also ants in the kitchen upon the arrival but someone had left an open bag of sugar in the cupboard. Other than that it was a great weekend the house was very spacious and fit all 16 of us comfortably.

What a great place! Gorgeous backyard with a stream running through it. Three houses from the beach and amazing views.
This is an older beach house, so it had a few quirks, but…..it’s an older beach house! You have to expect that.
So much room to spread out, well equipped kitchens (yes - one up and one down), lots of seating areas inside and out, toys, scooters, beach misc, games!
We will be back for sure!!

It was very comortable and offered individual privacy/space and group visiting. It had plenty of bathroom space and a wonderful deck large enough for group gathering, and it looked out over the ocean beautifully. We sat out and watched the sunset in the evenings and stars at night. It was an easy 5 min walk from the beach and I would absolutely recommend this EXCELLENT Accommodation. Thank you

The house is clean and well-maintained. There are lots of rooms and beds to accomodate a big family/group.
The beach is just few minutes walk and we had a great time playing on the beach, flying kite and throwing pebbles on the stream.
It’s a great property and we’ll come back again!

We had a great time at this house. The main floor is open with an updated kitchen. The downstairs had additional room with a TV and foosball table to entertain the kids. The bedrooms are more dated than the kitchen and main room and it was a little disappointing to not have TVs with roku/fire remotes. Location is spot on.

House was wonderfully sized, fit five families comfortably. Easy, short, block-and-a-half walk to the beach. Amazing views. Downstairs was more "rustic" than upstairs, both were very comfortable. Loved the back yard, the huge couch in the living room, and watching the sunset over the ocean out the windows. Great trip!

Things had not changed. Things we felt needed some up dating werep the sheets and mattress covers. They sort of slid around on the mattresses. Also greatly needed was a bread knife. It's beginning to show wear & tear. Fixed what we could; then reported the rest. Management is very professional. Limited laundry facilities to meet necessary laundry requirements. Timing is vital on final day! Are already booked for next year; on hold week for NEXT!

There was a JOINT AGAIN A JOINT left in the cupboards, carpenter ants or extremely LARGE black ants in downstairs bathroom, dirty mildewie shower curtains, no screens on windows to keep bugs out and the downstairs stinks of mildew. Very unpleasant condition. Never again

downstairs bedrooms only with double beds ( too small for 2 grown adults to share)& bedrooms had no curtains on windows. With long days in Oregon in the summer this disturbed sleep. Headboard in one of downstairs bedrooms loose and noisy..also disrupting sleep.I did not sleep well in this house but guests in upstairs bedrooms did not complain. OK for the price but would have paid more for better sleep in a different house

The home was a wonderful getaway. The bedrooms in the basement were a little less quality than the two rooms upstairs (We rented both units) so some people felt a little slighted. The home was wonderfully stocked with movies, games and books. The foosball table was a big hit with the kids. Wonderful view of the ocean was breathtaking from the dining room, living room. The parking was a problem with only space for 4 cars, since we had 5 families. It was a pain to leave a car parked in an unfamiliar parking lot and so far from the home.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Treasure Rock. The house was huge and easily fit our group of 12. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach. We would have liked to be able to park more cars in the general area. Our group had 5 cars. The agreement stated that we could have 4, but the county said we could have 7. Also, some of the information emailed to us on what we needed to do did not match the information listed at the house, for example the internet listed the house as pet friendly, the house information said no pets.

In general good place for big group. We liked the amount of separate sleeping room options and proximity to beach for cost! Traditional beach house and beach house decor. Pluses:- Great size for big groups(4 families - 8 adults & 8 kids)- Great location - a block or so to beach and view from dining and living room of the ocean.- Ability to park 4 cars - important for house that accommodates large groups.- Well stocked kitchen- Back yard and patio area good for hanging out - firepit for smores- Bunkbed room was great for boys to all be togetherMinuses:- Kitchen cut off from living and dining room - we are used to having more open concept so this wasn't as the good for the size of our group.- Some pans are getting pretty bad and non-stick is coming off so rotating in newer items here and there would be good.

Treausre Rock was a lovely house. It met and exceeded our expectations in terms of size, up to date furnishings and comfort. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs which meant we had enough bedrooms for six couples~. Only thing we would change a larger strucutural issue, the kitchen and dining room could have been larger, but for a weekend it was fine.

When we arrived, we could not get the front door to open and had to call the office for help. The lock was not in good condition and needed to be replaced. One of the bedrooms in the downstairs had a curtain instead of a wall and it was partially missing, compromising privacy. In one of the other bedrooms the TV did not work. Other than that, we loved it. There were lots of dishes and cookware to meet our needs, a fantastic fire pit in the back patio, decks off several of the bedrooms, lots of comfortable seating, close to the beach. If they fix what needs to be fixed, we would stay there again.
