About this house rental

28 E 25th Street is a new (2022) oceanside home about a block and a half off the beach and about 15 blocks to Bay Village. This home was designed for family fun with 6 bedrooms, 3 separate living areas, multiple decking levels and a heated, in-ground gunite swimming pool. We also have a second refrigerator in the garage for storage. Pets are permitted with an additional deposit and please note that tenants are responsible for bringing sheets and towels.

Our multigenerational crew had a wonderful week at this home in LBI. Location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach and town close by, surrounded by other lovely homes in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of space to cook dinners and grill outside. Kids enjoyed the pool. We'd love to go back!

We had a great stay with a group of families with young babies/toddlers. Nathan was very responsive, and check in was easy. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of space for families to spread out.

We had a great family Christmas little vacay with our grown kids and grandkids this past week. House was just as listed. Plenty big, we had 15 sleeping there each night. Nathan was great with communication from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful Home. Great setup for our multigenerational family. Beachside with short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool! Would definitely stay again.

Our group of 6 40-something ladies had a wonderful autumn getaway at Gooseberry Cottage! The home was more than enough space and was well-equipped for our group. Since it was a little chilly, we enjoyed the gas fireplace from inside and on the back deck. We also appreciated the gorgeous sunrise and sunset views from the roof deck. The host and management were very responsive to my questions and one repair request, which was handled promptly. The location was perfect -- we walked to Bay Village for shopping and to Yoga Bohemian and the beach for exercise, both just a block or two away. We would stay here again!

The home is spacious and beautifully appointed. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room to congregate together as well as multiple options for finding quiet spaces to chill. The owner was gracious and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this home.

This was the perfect place to hang out, have fun, and do anything. It’s a block and a half away from the beautiful beach, and the town. The pool was perfect, and more than enough space.

The house is even better than expected! We had a large group with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool area was perfect. There was plenty of parking and quick access to the beach. We had a wonderful time and hope to make it a yearly trip!

We had a very enjoyable stay. We celebrated the life of my dad and visited all his favorite spots on LBI. The house is beautiful and very easy to clean and maintain. Great parking and location to everything. The heated pool was an awesome added bonus and we used it everyday! We also were so happy it was pet friendly! Awesome communication with the owners as needed. My only suggestion would be naming the properties. The addresses and houses are very similar so that would help! I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house! Clean, new, and had pretty finishes. It was a great house for our multi-generation family to stay! Great location and accommodations, and we were so grateful it was pet-friendly! Would definitely stay again!

This is a true 6 bedroom, which slept our group of 10 easily. The outer living spaces are bright, comfortable and plentiful. From the decks and pool area, you can sit in either the sun or shade, and the pool itself was a good temperature, and relaxing. The beach is two short blocks away and there are some good places to eat nearby. We had a wonderful vacation!
