Nice Location. Generally Clean. Nice Shower pressure and hot water.
No Wifi, No plugpoints in bedrooms. No hot water at washbasin, Extremely uncomfortable couches and beds. Prehistoric furnishings. Dim ancient lighting. No extraction fan in toilet. Still has Covid Check in notice on the fridge.

very well located, walking distance to everything we needed and right across the road from the beach :)
The beds were comfortable and with the reverse cycle aircon it was great for the cold nights.
Just a little bit old, needs a freshen up which (I think is happening soon?)

very close to beach & shops
No electric outlets in main bedroom to charge phones or to plug any device in you may need during night time or switch the fan on.

Handy location next to the park, beach and walking tracks. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Reasonably clean sufficient cooking facilities for a longer term stay for a family.Quiet at night.
Older 1960s style fibro fishing shack with pretty dated fittings looking very tired. $180 per night for a single person seemed a bit steep considering what was on offer.Satisfactory level of cleanliness, but a good SPRING CLEAN would enhance the situation. Front porch, lights and doormat covered with sand and cobwebs.

Place over priced
dirty old uncomfortable beds lounge was an outdoor setting mould in shower laundry toilet
Pictures done very very strategically to make it looks newer and larger dining setting looked Seperate than lounge but it was against the wall unable to use 1/2 of it.
Only that we had 2 young man with autism we would not have stayed but they changed would have been too much for them. Fridge leaked water kitchen sink dripped flooring in 2nd bed ripped . it was disgusting after looking a pics on web nothing like it. I have pics of you wanted to contact me.

location and size,
Didn’t mind the property but certainly needed a bit of a modern lift, very 60s
had put a board under seating on the couch, walls 2 different shades of colour on same wall, just touch up gone wrong

Fantastic location, so convenient to be able to walk everywhere.
5.0 / 10.0
Good location
Plumbing, lack of hot water, wash basin doesn’t have hot water, laundry hot water comes in bursts, not continuously, mixer doesn’t work, cold water for the mixer is permanently connected to the washing machine

Great location
Easy booking
Relaxed informal place
Dated units with a slight musty odour
7.0 / 10.0
Proximity to beach and park. Cooking and eating equipment was more than expected, it was not fancy but perfectly adequate for a family holiday at the beach.
It was fine, as expected.

The location was excellent, right across the road from a quiet (empty) beach.
Check-in with a lockbox was perfect.
Communication from the owner was excellent.
The accommodation had almost everything you need when on holiday, even though it was very dated.
The seating indoors was uncomfortable, with a hard board under the cushions on rattan furniture.
Limited power points, so no bedside lamps.

No breakfast but easy wqlking to bakery and restaurant
We enjoyed our stay very much. Was a beach cottage like we expected. Had everything we needed. Within walking distance to everything

We enjoyed that the beach was a 1 min walk away! The beds were really comfortable..we also really appreciated the extra blankets thay were available.
May need to look at the floors in the shower, clogged up easily( all the sand from the beach) understandable.

Older style units but with everything you need. Excellent location. Short walk to beach and shops. We would certainly recommend
Hot water was a bit hit and miss as it was shared with next door unit

Location. Walking distance to beach, jetty, all shopping and eateries. Parking and access.
Lack of power points. TV is high up on the wall and you get a kink in your neck when watching it.
Lounge is old and not comfortable.
6.0 / 10.0
Location was good, an easy walk to the beach, shopping area and cafes.
Accommodation is very dated, the main bed was comfortable but the beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable with poor quality mattresses -suitable only for children but not for a second adult.
