Lovely quality with very pleasant staff.
It was very dark walking out at night and a light would have been helpful in the car park area.

Delightful and welcoming staff. Great breakfast too. Charming room and very comfortable bed.
I know it is an old building but the en-suite to the Miller’s room was a great disappointment. There was mould around the bath and the electric shower’s head was very low and it was uncomfortable taking a shower. For the price of the room I did expect bathrobes and a box of tissues which I desperately needed as the wind from the sea gave me the sniffles! We arrived at 3.00pm and our room was ready and very warm ,but then after 4.00pm the heating went off and it became very cold. The staff did put the heating on but needed to be asked. Great to have fresh milk in our room and a fridge if needed. They do not offer evening meals and there is a good pub nearby however walking back was difficult because the drive to the property is not lit and quite uneven in parts. I hope that is rectified soon.

I liked everything with no faults at all.

Amazing place. The stone room was gorgeous, including a private balcony.

Was totally surprised that rooms were available at the windmill. So splashed out and booked the Stone Room only the day before travelling.
They have bigger rooms, but this one incorporates the tower, original beams and private balcony. The bed was so comfy and they even supply flannels (alongside hand and bath towels) and the balcony was lit up with fairy lights at night ... It's the little things!
Breakfast was exceptional and served to a leisurely 10.15am. Help yourself to the usual cereals, pastries, juices, then order cooked items. I had the most delicious porridge whilst the chef accommodated my boyfriend's request for smoked salmon muffin with a side of sausages and plenty of toast to share. We didn't need lunch, nor dinner!
After check out, we walked to Cley beach via the raised salt marsh path which also gave some beautiful views of the windmill.
It was truly a stunningly quirky place to stay and I loved every minute!
Wifi was really good however TV signal was woeful ... so we just signed into streaming.

Very quirky and charming. Great situation. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Most of the staff very helpful.
Attention to detail poor. Wrong catering information given prior to arrival. Minimal toiletries in the room on arrival.
Dangerous glass shelf over the basin and no hanging hooks for clothes in the bathroom
Small issues but important to guests. This property is not cheap and should be more attentive to small details. It makes a difference. The member of staff on duty at checkout questioned my judgement and eyesight re the lack of toiletries. Not impressed.

What a fantastic property. First time we have stopped her. In the river room located on the ground floor adjacent to the tower which you walk through the ground floor to get to. A large comfortable room with access to sit outside with fantastic views
Nothing it was perfect

Great location
Patches of black mould on shower wall. For £250 per night, you don't really expect this.

View, windmill, staff, location.. all brilliant and made for excellent weekend.
Loved having a a drink on an evening and breakfast was fab.
Wasn’t clear we wouldn’t be in the actual windmill rather than an outbuilding. But the outbuildings were so good and near enough attached to the windmill it didn’t matter.
