the hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. friendly staff always ready to help. the room has 2 air conditioners, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a set of shower products with pleasant smells. the room was clean and large. at night there is no noise from the street at all.
one of the air conditioners was quite noisy, but overall it didn't bother me. there were holes in the curtains, and I did not understand if this was an element of the interior or just old curtains. and the hallways are very dark at night.

Staff and breakfast was very good. They have a good bar.
Room not very clean, it was a big flying cockroach in the room.

Decor is fabulous and we were upgraded to the top floor suites with terrace overlooking Tel Aviv which was gorgeous.

Comfortable clean room, really great breakfast with lots of choice. Great location.
Sefi at the front desk was lovely, and helped us check into our room quickly even though we booked the room last minute. Many thanks!

nothing it was horrible sorry!
everything was so disturbing the hallway had one of the worst smells ever I thought I entered hell I was almost convinced he’ll was a real place when I entered the breakfast room. I stay an average of 100 hotels per year this was the worst I’ve seen. this is a place that if a child enters he will horror nightmares

Comfy bed, unique hotel, very cool dining areas, love this place!

The staff is very good and helpful. The location is nice, 5 minutes to the beach. Restaurants, shops, and everything most people need are in close distance. Rooms are quite spacious. Recommend!
The building is not very new (though it's in a good state), the breakfast menu could be more interesting as well as the breakfast music. Also, chairs outside should be cleaned of bird droppings a bit more often.

Location of the hotel is near the beach, but at the very end of Tel Aviv, so it would take some time to walk to the central part of TVL. But the good part is that it is very good connected with city busses, and bus station is 20m away from hotel. Breakfast was great. Room was nice i clean.
a bit further away from the central TVL by walking, but manageable. Rooms could use a bit of furniture update. Coming on Saturday during shabat i not recommended cause check in is after 18:00. So plan your trip smart.

Small but stylish hotel in an excellent location right opposite the old Tel Aviv port. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. We got upgraded to a suite and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We were there for just a one night stay and didn't have time to enjoy all the facilities in the hotel, but would definitely come again.

Atmosphere was cute. Nice parlor area and staff was very helpful! Theme vibe. Close to nice restaurants..Nice breakfast!
Our room could have used an update. Some have already been done and looked great!

Miss Inna, from the check-in was very friendly, kind and helpful. she deserves a 10. Also the breakfast was excellent, better than most hotels we had before! And the hotel is on a good location, 2 minutes walking from the boulevard and the beach.

Breakfast was marvellous, great setting & great variety of food
It was a long way from the Port of Joffa

The breakfast and atmosphere in the breakfast was awesome. Staff of the breakfast service provider was focused on hospitality.
For the rooms improvements are required. A little bit to old, smelly and used rooms. Cosmetic repair is mandatory required. Windows are broken and you can hear all sounds on a street.
Receptionist was not focused on hospitality and assistance. We asked where we could park our car, as we received notification from the hotel on parking place, however receptionist just said to find about port area. This lady totally showed that she is not customer focused.

The positive:
The hotel has a very unique design - the concept is Alice in Wonderland, heavy furniture that gives a feeling of antique pub with coresponding curtains and lightning.
The location is perfect - close to TLV port and Disingof Street, where a lot of action can be found.
The criticism:
1. Bad maintenans of the room .
2. Room curtains are missing the part that actually blocks sunlight, so prepare to be awake at a very early morning hour.
3. Toolet seat broken.
4. The cleaning crew does not refil shower soap and toilet paper.
5. Air condition is provided by an internal AC blower that is managed from the front desk. The problem is that it can only be hot or cold by the definition at the desk and not set up by the user.
So the cold night that requires warm AC has to be colder since we requested the AC to be in a cold state during the sunny day that kept us sweating in the room....
6. When we did start the AC, it had a cent of urine (!)
No, opening a window is not an option as the location is literally on top of one of the busiest streets in Tel Aviv...
7. This is the first time something like that happens to me - while calling the front desk the 4th time ,after waiting for about an hour for them to stop boiling us with hot air contitioning, the clerk said they have a lot people at the reception so I will have to wait.
In response to me telling her politly that with all due respect, we are already in the hotel and we get no service, she just hung up the call...
8. Check-in is done late on Saturday (6PM), and they constantly send messages from the moment you get there, to urge you to do checkout, set to 11AM as if they really wish you to leave...
9. Last but not least, breakfeast includes coffee that was surved in a broken cup to complete the bad impression we got from this place.

The location is great! The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
Room was spacious, huge shower, great water pressure and awesome Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious and served in a very vibey garden.
The general cleanliness level in the hotel was sub standard in my opinion. The first room we got wasn't clean enough and seemed not to be properly prepared for our stay.
After mentioning it to the receptionist she was very sympathetic to our concerns, we got a different room and were generously compensated for our inconvenience. I was very pleased with the way it was handled by the hotel.

Nice hotel but a little bit dull, need some upgrade
