NIE NIE NIEMALS WIEDER + Zusatzkosten nach dem Aufenthalt!

Das mir 2 Handtücher im zimmer zur verfügung gestellt wurden.

1. Der Weg zum Zimmer ist problematisch, da man überall seinen Kopf stößt, weil es ein umgebauter Gewölbekeller ist. 2. Kein WC oder Dusche im Zimmer. 3. Selbst in Gefängnissen haben Häftlinge ein größeres Zimmer. 4. Selbst im Gefängnis haben Häftlinge einen Fernseher im Zimmer. 5. Jeder kann durch das Fenster hereinschauen; es ist zwar eine Sichtschutzfolie angebracht, aber 2-3 cm am Rand sind einsehbar. 6. Die Heizung lässt sich nicht anpassen oder verstellen. 7. Im Zimmer war kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, um Sachen zu verstauen. 8. Toiletten und Dusche waren vom Zimmer weit entfernt und es war ein Gemeinschaftsbad & WC, obwohl ich bei der Buchung ein Zimmer ohne Gemeinschaftsbad ausgewählt habe. 9. Die Lärmkulisse ist sehr laut; man hört jedes vorbeifahrende Auto. 10. Das Bett war sehr unbequem; selbst das Schlafen im Zug ist bequemer. 11. Es waren überall Haare vom vorherigen Besucher. 12. An der Zimmertür außen steht der volle Vor- und Zuname des Besuchers. Datenschutztechnisch ist das sehr bedenklich, da jeder weiß, wer in welchem Zimmer ist. 13. Wenn der Handyakku leer ist, kommt man nicht ins Zimmer rein, außer man schreibt sich die Codes für die Zugänge auf ein Blatt Papier. 14. Das ist das kleinste Zimmer, das ich jemals in Deutschland gesehen habe. Wie gesagt, selbst Häftlinge haben eine größere und bessere Ausstattung. 15. Der Vermieter versucht nach der Buchung wegen jeder kleinsten Verunreinigung Kosten in Höhe von 250 € mit juristischer Androhung zu verlangen. In meinem Fall wollte er 250 € für die Reinigung von Tabakresten und einem Pizzakarton.

Le meilleur rapport qualité/prix pour Nuremberg

Très bon point de chute pour visiter Nuremberg et ses environs. Le quartier lui-même (à Fürth) est aussi très pittoresque, ne pas hésiter à y flâner. Avec un peu de chance on peut se garer quasiment devant le bâtiment (en journée!).

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Fürth und Nürnberg gut geeignet.

Unkomplizierte Zi.- Übernahme durch Tür- Codesystem. Sauberes Zimmer sowie WC und Waschraum. Super Lage im Stadtzentrum mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV.

Dünne Wände (schnarchender Nachbar). Da im EG gelegen stört ab und an auch der Straßenlärm.

our stay was comfortable and pleasant as on a previous occasion

the hotel is located near restaurants and supermarkets which makes it very convenient.

even the bathrooms do not have a key to secure the door and have privacy.

Unexpected beautiful

Everything was really good and unexpected. According to the price, especially I was afraid of seeing dirty place. But I see, I booked best place, price and location. It is in old town and near bars. Transportation is easy and even my room is next to the street, it was very quiet. They put all necessities in the room. I didn't use the bathroom but toilet was clean and fresh. Also using door code feels safety.. We can also lock inside!

It is in a very bohemian and very cozy place, we liked it a lot, we felt at home, everything was clean and tidy with access to established areas, we loved it

Just one detail, the assigned shared bathrooms didn't have keys to secure the door, but there were no issues. Otherwise, all good.

Good value for a short stay

It was good value for money. Quiet neighbourhood. They also accommodated my request to extend our stay a night further.

One of the rooms was small. Took a while to figure out the entrance to the apartment. The rooms was not cleaned during our stay there, but we didn't mind so much. Kept it clean ourselves.

Toilet room's facilities were lacking a toilet. Shower room was depended on for facilities

Good lowcost option, but not for winter months

The location is central, the room was clean, one can check in easily. In summer for sure 8/10.

The place shouldn't be offered in the winter, unless the low room temperature is compensated by suffucient duvets or other options. Less important: noise from the street/public spaces.

The location is very close to the city center.

The room was a bit cold. The hotel is poor but it's fair with the price. I didn't like at all the fact that there are no paper or plastic glasses to make coffe or tea. They give some ceramic cup to share. In covid time I don't think it's so smart to do that. Anyway staying there one two nights is fine.

Zero organization

I paid for two nights. When I arrived, my room key didn't work, so they gave me another room. In the morning they literally threw me out of the room and I could not enter the accommodation until 4 pm until the reception opened again. Of course, I didn't get an apology or my money back. I forgot my glasses in the room, but the cleaning lady said she didn't find them.

Location is near to S-bahn and on the running road but in old city.

(1) They never reply in time. First for the keys then for every information one need to request and run behind. There is nobody there to help with initial information, just a phone number is given. (2) Property look like a old basement with substandard furniture.
