Overall we enjoyed our stay here, we weren't sure what to expect but booked due to the excellent reviews. The facilities shown for the room we booked were not quite as expected, we did have a bathroom joining our room (with no lock), Air conditioning was an electric fan on the wall, Toilet, Towels, Linen, Socket near the bed, Tile (not marble) floor, Seating Area (small table and 2 chairs), Hairdryer, Outdoor dining area, Patio, Dining area, Dining table, Upper floors were accessible by stairs only, Clothes rail, Toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. Coffee house/restaurant on site could imply that it is always available but it's not a restaurant, just a room to eat breakfast in. The rooms were unique and had lovely ceilings etc. Although the bolts to lock the doors added character to match the decor, they were noisy when locking/unlocking and you had to bend your head to get in/out to avoid banging it. The host Khalid and his staff were very friendly and took good care of us, Khalid helped us with the language barrier with some bookings we had made prior. Breakfast was very tasty and although there was not anyone around the first morning to check allergies with, Khalid was available by Whatsapp thereafter. The property is not accessible by car/taxi (in an alley) and the nearest meeting point for the taxi is a few minutes walk. We felt safe to be walking around the property and area at all times, it is minutes walk from the square and in a central location.
The following were advertised when we booked; 'View' - was not a view from our room as such, safety deposit box - not in our room, 'bath' or shower - only a basic shower no bath, cleaning products - none in room, Iron - not in our room. Soundproof - not our room.

The staff were super nice and friendly,
really made us feel like we’re home.
they went to pick us at the car so we don’t get lost when we arrived at the riad, and made us really good homemade dinner!
always doing everything so we get the best experience!
thanks a lot!

- Location was everything, 5 minutes close to the Fna square, super nice area (Zitoun Kdim area) with shops and restaurants and even some bars (Pergola jazz bar), but not too overcrowded like the some others areas of the Medina (like the souks). Zero noise from inside the riad, it's quite and peaceful.
- Staff is amazing, Abdoul was amazing, so friendly and helpful and flexible and always available. Mohammed was also so sweet and friendly and accommodating.
- Cozy and very quiet place where you feel alone and can disconnect with no noise, but also staff are always available if you need them. Very green and beautiful rooftop.
- Breakfast was great.
- Bedding was of high quality, bed covers, sheets and pillows were great and the mattress was very comfortable.
- AC worked very well, but i turned it off in the night (i felt no need).
- Free water in the room was appreciated.
- Each room is different so pick the room you want. I booked the ''double room'' which was great. But it's on the rooftop and next to the breakfast area so you might hear some noise in the morning if people have early breakfast and you can hear loud birds, but for me it was no issue even though i have light sleep and very sensitive to noise, it was perfect.
- Maybe add more hangers for clothes in the closet.

Great location, at the end of a quiet backstreet yet only 5 mins walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa square. This is a lovely traditional Riad. Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff.
The room felt smaller in reality than it looked on the pictures, but small rooms are what you should expect in the Medina of Marrakesh.

It was just an AMAZING experience!! We have been treated like royals. The breakfast was awesome and according to our preferences and even when my little was hungry very late night, they have been giving him something to eat and drink with a huge smile.
We have been given great advices on activities and all has been organised by our excellent host with right price!
Nothing to say here.

The Riad is lovely, I really liked the terrace with a view on the whole city. The owner was extremely polite, cheerful and welcoming. He made us feel at home!

Very tasteful, quiet riad just a few minutes walk south of Djemaa el Fna. Great location. Rooms extremely comfortable, very nice North African decor and ornaments. Lovely breakfast. All the team are very helpful and welcoming and certainly go above and beyond for their guests. An exceptional place.
There is nothing to dislike.

Our favorite Riad in Morocco! We were a group of 5 arriving at the Dar En Nawat at different times, and the team working there was very helpful. They contacted us beforehand to make sure we had accurate directions and advised our taxi driver. We were happy with our room size and facility cleanliness.
The location is very, very central to the medina and main square (5 mins max), with a late-night sandwich shop open until 12 AM just around the corner for late-night arrivals. The accommodation was very easy to find - we did not have any data on our phones and could find it by memory. However, it was still in a quiet location where the main sounds of the square could not be heard. As someone sensitive to noises, I felt our room was very isolated and quiet from the city.
The breakfast... best yogurt and honey I ever had! I still dream about their delicious food even now after returning home. Their tagine is also delicious. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone in our group mentioned that as soon as they laid down, they were trapped in the beds and fell asleep fast. They are softer than the average Moroccan bed.
Overall, the staff was very sweet and accommodating - special thanks to Abdul, Khalid, the owner, and the woman who does a great job at the housekeeping! We will return to this place if in Marrakesh again. It feels now like a second home. Thanks to the staff for a great trip, great Riad, and great location!
Didn't want to leave!

What a fabulous place . The staff couldn't do enough for us and the room and roof terrace was stunning. Breakfast was fabulous and you could get evening meal if required. Couldn't recommend this Riad any higher - would definitely stay there again - Rooms were warm and very clean

Great little Riad right next to the main square of the Medina. Surprisingly quiet during both the day and night. The owner was super nice and the manager took great care of us and arranged transport from and to the airport and everything else we needed. We felt really taken care of. The breakfast was superb!!! Bed very comfy. Towels changed daily. The terrace was also really nice. I would say it is absolutely excellent value for money and the hosts are great.
The A/C had some issues and sometimes was working, sometimes not, so we were cold at times, as we visited in February. Also there was a smell sometimes from the shower, but I think this might be a general Marrakesh issue in the old city.

This was one of the best stays I have ever experienced! The staff at this Riad goes above and beyond in every single way possible. They really make you feel at home from the minute you step foot in the front door! The location is in a quiet area yet close to the main square, cafes, and restaurants. The rooms and beds were extremely comfortable and the interior design of the space is wonderful. The staff also helps us so much in organizing transport, a desert trip, recommendations for places to eat and explore. Definitely stay here! You won't regret it!
Absolutely nothing! It was all wonderful!

The riad is located 3 mins walk from Jemaa El Fna main city square. Most Marrakech attractions can be visited within walking distance. Khalid and Abdul are very kind and helpful. They helped us with a lot of things like planning day trip in Atlas Mountains or telling us what fair price for taxi or local products is. Breakfast was very delicious. We were impressed by riad decoration, authentic furniture and equipment made of natural materials only. Highly recommend this place!

Exceptionally friendly hosts. Khalid texted me a few days before the stay to help in advance, and on the morning of departure, the owner walked with me to the square to hail a taxi at an early hour. Thankfully I got a good taxi rate as well. Bfast included a fried egg instead of typical boiled egg in Morocco, and beds and pillows were comfy. The room amenities were well thought out, with good shelves and lighting (much appreciated after 2 prior wks of average stays in other moroccan hotels). Overall, you can tell the love and care that has gone into this new riad. Much appreciated!!
Riad is near the main Jemaa square but can be hard to find, and esp with heavy luggage over cobblestones. Better for the taxi to stop at the main square than Riad Lkim (the other way in which is 2x longer walk). My a/c and hairdryer tripped the circuit, so the owner advised me not to use the a/c and brought in a small heater instead to warm up the room - a kind touch as the weather was about 4 deg in Marakkesh!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.
A cozy lovely Riad with cleaness at first priority.
We have been so lucky to end up in this Riad and had the best welcoming from Kalid, abdul and Peter.
They spoiled us with amazing breakfast( i bet you won t find any better), looking after us for anything we need and recomendations.
People with a big hearth and love for hospitality sector.
Highly recomended!!! 5 stars
Everything amazing

The Riad is a beautiful gem in the midst of the Medina: very quiet, private seating areas, very clean and artistically decorated. The location is excellent.
Khalid was sooo friendly and willing to help. He made our stay wonderful.

great location and the most attentive staff at the property! the hosts were truly the best we have experienced!
it was a little noisy at night as it is located next to another Riad. Internet dot work properly in the evening in our room.

The host is very kind and treats us with traditional tee so as the others. He gave us many tips like where to change the currency which turns out to be the best in Marrakech according my experience. He got up very early to still serve us the breakfast bcz we have to leave early that morning, which we appreciate so much. The room is neat and clean, so does the riad. The location is very convenient like 2 minutes on foot to the square, but in a quiet street.

The riad is in a great central location and is beautifully decorated. The riad managers Khalid and Abdul are super helpful with planning day trips and activities and are always around to get you some mint tea or biscuits and make you laugh. And Abdul is the best chef in Marrakech!

One of the best lodging experience I had for a long time... The intuitiveness and help from the owner and staff what is made this Riad the best option for us... Tastefully re-decorated /restored building and rooms, great attention to detail both with the place and the services provided, exceptional breakfast and mint tea... Highly recommended to those who can appreciate the style and humble enough to connect to the environment... Great value for money, people making the difference
All was great!

The hotel was recently renovated to a very high standard. Clearly, a lot of thought has gone into it and is a traditional Moroccan style hotel. The bed is also very comfortable. Pierre (the owner) and Halid (Hotel Manager) are true Gentlemen. Going the extra mile is an understatement as they help in every way they can.
The hotel is also in a great location. It is in a very quiet spot but is only a 5 minute walk to the main square in the old town.
There is absolutely nothing negative about the hotel to speak of
