Superb

The location was close the the town and sea front. The room was suitable for our needs. The room was clean and neat. Could do with comfy chair to sit on instead of sitting on the bed. Good to have fridge in the room.

Average accommodation poor communication

Location close to beach and town. Plenty to do in Swanage and surrounding area. Good location if you are walking through Jurassic coast.

Owner failed to contact on day of arrival access details as promised resulting in numerous phone calls and messages to owner which were never answered resulting in us having to contact Booking.com as we were unaware as to whether we would get any accommodation or not that night

perfect location, great key system, lovely room, great touches with extra tea coffee milk etc being placed on the landing plus games and books for ur entertainment

Great location and warm cosy room. Pet friendly and will stay again.

location is perfect, room was lovely and warm, enough space for our luggage and the dog, great to have a fridge and tea making facilities. Very easy to check in and out via txt message. lots of road parking to. could do with a little more dusting and better shower towels but overall very happy, great price and will stay agin.

Location spot on as breakfast wasnt available in price was able to walk short distance for cafe

Was very pleased with oor stay so i wouldn't say we didn't like anything

Very Comfortable bed, there is tea, coffee, making facilities. Shower is a bit hit and miss either too hot or too cold couldn’t adjust it to stay at temperature but not much of a problem. Everywhere very clean Lovely host we asked could we go in early as we had arrived to the property earlier than expected and they let us in 2 hrs early which we really appreciated.

Felt a bit strange having no contact with anyone during our visit. Also missed not having breakfast option.

It was very close to the town with parking over the road (chargeable)

The layout of the bathroom. The toilet is at an angle next to the bath and your knees are against the bath.
