About this chalet rental
Located on a unique location on the front line, in a complex of 5 juxtaposed chalets, Le Grand Large offers 80 m2 of living space with 40 m2 of terrace, 50% of which is covered.
Ideally located 100 m from shops (bakery, supermarket, caterer, fruit, fishmonger, Sunday market ....)
Nautical base at 200 m, beach at 50 m.
2km from the typical circulating village of Gruissan and the marina of Gruissan and its services.
The chalet is through, it is composed of 3 bedrooms, living room with American kitchen, a bathroom, a WC.
The living room opens onto a magnificent terrace equipped with a large bay window with brick partition giving a feeling of inside / outside without any vis-à-vis and with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The American kitchen is very well equipped, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, washing machine 6kg, thanks to its double worktop, it allows you to have an aperitif or breakfast in a friendly atmosphere.
2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom on the ground floor, sleeps 6, with the possibility of an additional bed, all bedrooms are decorated and equipped with a large closet.
The bathroom with large comfortable shower and sink also has a large storage cupboard.
Private covered parking for 2 vehicles and parking spaces outside.

Logement superbement situé face à la plage
La terrasse est très agréable et bien à l’abri du vent par tramontane, ce qui était notre cas pendant ce séjour. Logement de qualité, un très bon séjour.

Superbe région et vue idyllique
L'emplacement est top, l'appartement est bien agencé, spacieux et complet. La vue depuis la terrasse est hyper cool et la mer est à deux pas... Très belle location. Contacts avec les propriétaires très sympathiques également.

Das schöne Wiedersehn nach 40 Jahren
Ich war überrascht dass das Objekt so nah am Meer gelegen ist. Als ich vor 40 Jahren im jugendlichen Alter Gruissan entdeckte, waren da noch keine Häuser. Wir haben auch Ausflüge unternommen und hatten schöne Erlebnisse.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est spacieux (nous étions 4 adultes et 1 enfant) et très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont très agréables.

schönes, stilvolles und grosszügiges Chalet mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Strand und das Meer
Wir( Familie mit drei Kindern) verbrachten wunderschöne Ferientage in diesem hellen und stilvollen eingerichteten Chalet. Der Blick auf Strand und Meer sind unbezahlbar. Wir hatten einige windige Tage und man konnte trotzdem ohne Probleme auf der Veranda die Aussicht geniessen. Die Vermieterin Marie-Helen ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, antwortet auch prompt auf allfällige Fragen und gibt gerne Tipps bezüglich sehenswerter Ausflugsziele. Ein Ort an den man gerne wiederkommt.

Notre séjour d'une semaine a été très agréable dans ce magnifique chalet front de mer.
La vue sur la mer est imprenable !
La décoration de chaque pièce est très soignée avec un beau mobilier moderne dans de bons tons pastels.
Il est très bien équipé en électro ménager, vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine.
Très bonnes literies.
Etions 7 personnes. Nous avons tous été enchantés.
La terrasse est très spacieuse, équipé d'un salon de détente et d'une grande table pour prendre ses repas face à la mer.
Immense baie vitrée séparant le séjour de la terrasse.
Très bel endroit où il fait bon vivre - nous y reviendrons avec joie !

Chalet idéalement placé, bien équipé, avec vue imprenable sur la belle plage des chalets de Gruissan
Après l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, nous avons passé 2 semaines idylliques dans ce beau chalet, bien équipé, avec une grande terrasse donnant sur le front de mer.
La proximité des commerces est appréciable : 5 minutes à pied pour trouver tout ce qui est nécessaire, épicerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, traiteur, fruits et légumes, boulangerie, maison de la presse ...
La grande proximité de la plage est bien agréable, permettant d'aller faire une promenade matinale entre les 2 jetées, une baignade ou un bain de soleil quand ça vous chante!
Beaucoup de belles choses à voir dans l'arrière pays également : châteaux cathares, villes fortifiées, abbaye de Fontfroide ... Sans oublier dégustation des vins de Corbières.
