Lovely stay near Busso attractions.

Staff, price,location and area outside room. Allowed us early entry.

Fridge needs defrosting. A little noisy , especially plumbing but wouldn't stop me staying because of budget price.

More than happy with our stay. A good base to visit the area and we had a restful stay.

Very handy location to local attractions. Nice and quiet- no traffic noise. Friendly staff.

Paving around huge old tree at entrance of the property is a little rough and could be a hazard for older people in particular when walking on it.

Fantastic Place to stay

This is my 3rd time staying at the Ithaca motel, although it has new owners since my last stay, they were friendly people. Rooms were clean and mine had a spa bath. A cooked breakfast is also available on request.

Good for a night but....

The bed was good. The room was well cleaned. Big spa bath but didn't use it. Quiet overnight and in the morning.

No one there when we arrived and some confusion about names on the check-in forms left on desk made me wonder if we were getting the right key. Difficult to contact staff (other customers said the same thing). No bathmat, tissues in bathroom. Walk-in wardrobe/kitchen combo was weird! At $190 pn it was pretty expensive but we needed to be down there that night for a function and it was the middle of holiday season so I guess they charge what they can get!

Somethings need attending to

New bathroom

There was no one onsite after hours, both gas bottles empty mid way through cooking, thankfully we reached someone who came in and swapped them out. Communal kitchen was poorly stocked and no where to wash dishes. Room kitchenette was missing cutlery. Rubbish was piling up around the property and smelt

We weren’t happy with our stay. We were frustrated by the lack of parking. We made up a car park so we were still parked

Very limited parking. Not enough spaces for everyone that had booked accommodation. You expect there to be sufficient parking when you book accommodation. The person next to us had their tv volume up as loud as it could go until 11pm. Not only annoying for us in the room next door, but all the surrounding rooms. The walls must be very thin.

I liked the friendliness of the receptionist and he desire to help whenever we needed it. The location is quiet and the room was clean. The whole environment was clean.

A pleasant and budget friendly option

Clean and comfortable. BBQ facilities were good. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely outdoors. Upkeep of exterior is very good.

Facilities need a refresh. Laundry room equipment rusty and dryer was unserviceable. No sink in the common room where cooking is supposed to be done. Toys are really old. Ping pong table is drooping, foosball is unplayable.

The shower leaked. It looked nice but not practical. Basin sink water didn’t flow, a bit blocked. No second bedside table. Sadly, no power to room upon checkin due to power issues in this area?

Stay away from this hotel if you want a quiet break !

NOTHING ! booked 2 nights spar room ground floor outside chalet. We were not told before hand or on the check in that the entire hotel inside and outside had been booked out to an Indian party .extremely noisy screeming kids running from one chalet to another during the day .evening deafening music and D J shouting full blast right next door to us .

I rang manager to complain he sent around housekeeper . She asked them to turn down music they did for 10 mins then it started again .we couldn't hear our T.V went on until 10pm then people shouting outside excited kids shouting and running around .people banging on doors and talking loud I've never experienced anything like it in all my years of staying in hotels Housekeeper assured me we would get a full refund so we moved out next morning as we were told the party was continuing that night also ... We were expecting 2 nights refund but after 2 fone calls to manager we ONLY received one nights refund . Steer clear of this hotel .

Comfortable, and met all our needs.

Second time staying at IATHACA. Not luxury but everything you need for a great base ro explore Busselton and surrounds or just for a relaxing stay. Easy walk to foreshore and Jetty. Comfortable beds, convenience, lovely location, everything we needed for a two night stay.

Underwhelming.

Rooms where clean and comfortable.

You could hear everything in the room from people walking past, talking, other peoples doors opening and closing, other peoples toilets flushing, not a noisy bunch of people just extremely poor sound proofing. Checked out a day early, and the staff didn't bother asking 'how was your stay?'. Very underwhelming and disappointing.

The manager was friendly, and the location was great

The room felt damp and while the beds were clean, the double bed looked like it was 30 years old, sagging and bowing, the couches were very uncomfortable and it just generally felt unclean (more so the bathroom)..

Cheap overnighter within walking distance to the Busselton Jetty and restaurants. Very clean family room. Having said that, a family of up to 5 would find this space cramped. The bathroom is small but there is good closet space and a large chest to pack clothing in. Kitchenette available with cutlery, plates and cups and microwave
