Mare E Sole is located in the desirable gated community of Sunset Beach, on the southside of 30A. Nested between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, this house is steps away from great shops and restaurants. This 2-bedroom 3-bath home is a short walk to the private access of white sand beach and a community pool. The nicely appointed courtyard will make it perfect to savor cocktails and appetizers while grilling.
Upon entering the house through the double French doors, you will appreciate the open floor plan and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. With a great granite counter and dining table that seats 6, it is a perfect place to entertain family and friends. A full-size bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen for the convenience of the guests. The second floor features a master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. While the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin daybed with a trundle. Another full bathroom off the hallway with a travertine shower completes the setup. We had an amazing stay at this wonderful beach home! Located just steps from the beach and within walking distance to a variety of fantastic restaurants, the convenience couldn't be better. The house itself is immaculately maintained and incredibly clean, with all the comforts of home.
The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The cozy amenities made our stay relaxing and enjoyable for everyone in our family.
One of the highlights was the inclusion of bicycles with the rental, allowing us to explore the area easily. The community pool was a great spot to cool off and unwind after a day at the beach.
Overall, we had an unforgettable vacation and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spotless and perfect beach getaway. We can't wait to return!

Michelle and her Paradise Properties Team addressed every issue, request and questions we had, in a timely manner. Checking in to make sure our arrival was smooth. If you are really lucky you may get Denise Binns as your contact person. She is a valued employee, a caring and considerate person, whom we found so enjoyable to work with.
The owner has a fabulous kitchen to work in and for our 3 month stay we were able to cook like we were at home. The location of this sweet rental allows walking to both, Rosemary and Alys Beach. We’ve never been spoiled in a rental,with a gas fireplace, to take the chill off, on those few January nights. Proximity to the beach was minutes away. This is our 2nd year staying at Mare e Sole. It is the perfect place and very convenient to our favorite restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. We took bike rides every morning with the two bikes that were supplied with the unit. Very quiet gated community. Kitchen had all the supplies you would need. Perfect for a getaway. Already looking forward to next year.

We had a great time staying at Mare w sol. It was so close to the beach and literally everything in Seacrest, rosemary and alys beach. Could not ask for a better location. Was the perfect size for a family of four. Only thing I would suggest is to put a king bed in the master.

Very clean and well stocked with linens. Access to beach and pool is very convenient. Appliances were in good working order. We thought the furniture to be wanting. One couch only in the living room, but these places are small and I'm not sure even four people would find enough comfortable space on the first floor. Overall, it was a good value in a beautiful location!

Super close to the beach, loved being able to run up to the house for a quick lunch break. Also centrally located to Alys restaurants and Barrett Square. Zero complaints! Paradise Properties was very responsive to all of our needs!

Overall our stay was good. However, we were disappointed that the maintenance guy came twice to turn on gas fireplace for us and it never worked. It would have been great to use it on those chilly mornings. The hinge on gate is broken which keeps gate from staying open. We all agreed it would have been great to have a rug inside front door to catch some of the sand from shoes. A cheese shredder would be a nice addition to kitchen tools. Nothing serious. Just helpful hints.

While this was our first time in this home, we have stayed in this edition many times. It is in an ideal location very close to Rosemary and Alys (walk and/or bike). The homes (including this one) are beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. The beach situation was a surprise due to state COVID-19 guidelines, which unintentionally bunched everyone in a concentrated area and actually had the opposite effect of the intended "social distancing." We adapted and it worked out fine. Hopefully as restrictions are relaxed, the beach will be back to normal soon! Either way, we had a WONDERFUL week and will continue to return to one of our favorite vacation spots.

This was our first time to the area and we were so excited with what we found. The house was the perfect size for our family. It was comfortable, bright and airy. The staff at Paradise properties was also so helpful from the time we booked until check out. We can't wait to visit again.

We loved this little carriage house. It was perfect for our mother/daughter vacation getaway. We walked to restaurants each evening and entertainment. Close walking distance to the pool which overlooks the beautiful gulf and the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bikes came with the rental so were able to bike along 30A. This house was within a gated community with 24 hour security. Very quiet!!! Property Managers were wonderful! We will definately book again!! We're already ready to go back!

Pros- The location is great! Right between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Bike or walk to restaurants in the area. Cons- the place was dirty. Hair sand and dirt on the floors. Management came to inspect after requesting a vacuum. They swept with a broom and left some extra bath towels. Still turned our feet black if we went barefoot. The place could use a deep cleaning. We will stay in the area again but will try a different rental.

We loved the location with close proximity to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach. Disliked the beach access due to the busyness of the beach and the umbrella rental company having first dibs on prime beach spots.

We made some great memories in this house on our first family vacation. The location was great, but the beach was super crowded with folks from outside the community. The neighbors behind played loud music every night and the ])property was dusty as well as the floor very dirty. Also, though the pots and cookware were okay, the lack of essentials like cooking oil, salt / pepper and herbs made for a rather expensive and wasteful purchase at the grocery (since we couldn't fly back with these). We won't fret the details, all in all great family vacation.

We had a relaxing stay the week between Christmas and New Years. The location was wonderful - we rode bikes to dinner, shop and explore. A short 3 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset and even enjoy the warm sunshine one day. House was comfotable for our family of 5.

Great Property - VERY Crowded Beach Area
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was the perfect size for our small family, and we enjoyed riding bikes with easy access to Seacrest/Rosemary Beach areas along with a nice pool overlooking the ocean.
The beach area is a nightmare during the day, though. The beach chair companies take up most of the beach and apparently need to be booked many months in advance to even have a chance of securing a couple of chairs. The area where you can setup your own umbrellas and chairs was so crowded that many people were unable to use the beach at all during the peak times of the day because there were so many people setup between the ocean and the dunes.
We like using the beach mostly in the evenings, so it wasn't a huge impact for us as it thinned out around then. But if you're the type who likes to be out there during peak times, you may want to consider another location with a different beach access.
Also the hosts were attentive and had everything we needed already on the property, so we didn't really need to contact them for anything.

The carriage house was very clean and perfectly appointed. The layout was wonderful. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house is located directly between the beach and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location but beware of the beach chair monopoly.
This house was great! It was so close to beach and we could walk to everything. We walked to Alys restaurants and to the Rosemary restaurants. The house was very well appointed. The appliances were brand new and the grill was brand new.
The one big negative is the monopoly of the beach by Dolce Vita Chair Rentals. They have the marjority of the beach covered in their rental chairs. There were 5 rows of chairs and the rows were probably more than a football field in length. You MUST rent chairs to have any type of access to the beach because the portion of the beach not occupied by Dolce Vita is probably 100 square feet. Seriously. You are assigned a spot at the first of the week and it does not change. If you are on the 4th row, you can’t even see the beach. You are not supposed to bring your own chairs to set up around the rented ones either. We paid $400 for 2 chairs and an umbrella. I couldn’t afford to pay for 3 more chairs for my children and could not even set chairs up for them next to or in front of us.
I would have to say I would not stay in this area again because if the beach situation. We have been going to Seaside for 20 years and came to Rosemary this year for a change. I would go back to Seaside from now on. You pay too much for these rentals to not be able to enjoy the beach.

The good and the bad
Overall the property was really nice and so was the location. Very close to lots of really cool shops and the beach. If you are looking to cook the grill is in not in good shape at all.. Property management was very helpful each time we contacted them. The neighborhood is basically beach access to other communities and the area of the beach you can use is very small. La dolce vita chair rentals tripled their prices the day we got there and they occupy the majority of the beach. It rained all day Monday and Tuesday the very rude security guard let everyone know the beach was closed until 12 MULTIPLE times for stair cleaning. As my family and I proceeded down the walkway he chased us in his golf cart to remind us again that the beach was closed as we were heading to the pool. The man stopped us 3 times within an hour to tell us the beach was closed. Then proceeded to tell us we could not push our stroller on the greenway unless our child that jumped out midway was in it. It felt like this man just wanted to pick on someone and feel important with all the rules and regulations he could come up with. I hope no one has the encounter with him that we did, but he was plain awful. ALSO, the beach opened at 9:30, not 12 leaving many people besides me very angry at the security guard.
