La camera era molto pulita, la posizione era ottima e la colazione buona. Rispetto ad altre stutture nelle Filippine, loro hanno delle opzioni di colazione per europei, ad esempio pancake o omelette

Overall, good stay at Island hop inn and good value for money. Room looks like the photos.

- Unfortunately, there was a burst water pipe so there wasn’t water for a few hours however they were speedy in getting someone out and to fit the problem. - Bed sheet was small and didn’t fit the bed and needed more sheets on the bed. - breakfast was very underwhelming - Very dust room

Decent room size, the AC worked ok if left on for longer. The bathroom was ok, but the shower sometimes worked well and sometimes the water was dripping. The room was next to the balcony which had nice views of the sea. The breakfast was random and there was no choice, but it was decent. Staff was nice. Looking back, it would have been better to stay in town since we ended up going there every day.

The staff are super helpful.

Room cleanliness (dusty), inop shower drain, inop water heater. General lack of maintenance (stains on walls), stairs to get to PWD room.

Loved staying at this place ❤️

Smiling and helpful staff! Good location - close enough to El Nido city centre (beach) and Las Cabanas beach! Just near the beach - about 3 minutes walk. WiFi and breakfast included (big pancake, instant coffee). Our room was with wonderful sea view as we asked. Value for money - 10!❤️

Water in the shower is lukewarm or hot (maybe i don't know how to adjust) :). I think that is the case in almost all hostels here.

Place smells bad! Water in the shower smells bad! Bed is horrible. You have breakfast included but portion is so small that it’s not enough for 2 years old baby. It’s like one egg and one toast bread. Definitely super overpriced

Really expensive for such a poor experience '

Location is Allright, and bike rental was fine.

The room was very noisy, fan was half broken (I have to fix it before sleeping... Only something unscrewed but they could have fixed it...!), the bed was Allright but not very confortable, and included breakfast was only one pancake (good though) with powder coffee (nescafé...), not a proper breakfast, in a dark room in the basement. I do not bother having poor hostels, but for nearly 30€ (the cheapest I could find at that time...) you would expect something better!

Bedroom was nice

Staff was kind of rude and didn’t care about you. There was almost never power energy, that means no air conditio, no hot water and no wifi (the telephone signal is awful so without wifi you can’t use the phone). Almost all the hotels around have a generator to provide power energy when it’s missing, this no. Breakfast was only coffee with scribbled eggs and it started only at 7.30. One morning we also didn’t had water in the room.

Cozy and very nice place to stay

I really like how welcoming they are. They treat us like a family. We are so comfortable with our room specially is so quiet and our window is facing the ocean. Just seing the sunset and sunrise is so amazing already. We really prefer to stay there every time we visit and i will always choose island hop inn.

Well in palawan i guess having the electricity interruption is the boring part and we knew how inconvenient it is but during day time we are having tour and at night its not humid too so we didnt focus on that really. Because we really enjoyed our stay

Exceptional

We had an amazing stay! The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable! The rate also comes with a complimentary breakfast. The hotel location is also ideal as it is near to town and to the Corong-Corong area. We were having a hard time looking for transport to the inland beaches but they were able to quickly help us with affordable car rentals to Nacpan and Duli. They also booked our island hopping tours for us. It was hassle-free. We'll definitely come back!

Place is ok for money it is under renovation rooms are clean it is located close to corong corong bitch it was raining so I really didn't visited beach

Very good value for money. Nice and helpful owners. Great location.

Great location. Short tuk tuk ride to port or maramegmeg beach. Very short walk to beach side restaurants. Owners very friendly and helpful. Decent WiFi on every floor. Good air con.

Hotel was being upgraded when we were there so a little dusty. Price was so cheap that this was not an issue as our room was clean.

The owner/ manager of this hotel doesn’t care about their guests.

Staff were friendly. We’ve seen only one or two doing all the tasks.

We arrived late at around 8:00pm but still within their time frame of checking in. The receptionist doesn’t know about our booking. We have to show them the email confirmation. We booked 10 rooms for 2 nights and we only used 9 rooms. All the rooms were smelly, heaps of ants and some cockroaches seen on the floor. We requested for air freshener but fell on deaf ears. No hot water, no wifi, there were small screen tv’s in some rooms but all of them are not working. Water is yellow to brownish in color. We raised a complaint and try to talk to the manager/owner but no response. We experienced power outage, no generator not like the nearby inn. No emergency light provided. Only one on the 2nd floor which is safe hazard. We tried numerous times to call the number provided on their site to raise our concern but to no avail. We have to leave early at around 6:30am and yet no breakfasts were available. Very poor service. Disappointing.
