Well equipped, spacious, clean & comfortable apartment. In a superb central location

Great to see some board games and books provided for both adults & children. The iron & ironing board came in handy too and it’s not often you see a washer dryer in accommodation, good idea for long stays. Kitchen had everything you needed, including some cupboard essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc and cleaning things, washer up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, tea towels…we didn’t need to buy or take anything with us. Very happy, we’ve rebooked for Xmas time 😊

Couldn’t watch TV as the batteries were dead in remote. Not really important to us just didn’t have time to nip out your buy any.

Convenient, but unpleasant location with adequate facilities. I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer

The apartment was clean and there were sufficient utensils and it was only around 10 minutes from my mother in Rowley Regis. It was great that we were able to take our dog with us.

The surroundings were less than pleasant with broken glass outside and someone had been smoking in the corridor. The host was a bit uncommunicative, but said that they weren't getting messages sent via the Booking.com site. One evening, we couldn't get the heating on in the lounge, so it was pretty cold and I messaged Alex, but got no response..

Very clean sufficiently spacious. No fuss. As described. You get what you see in pictures.

Comfort of beds and main sofa was ok but not great. Route to parking could be cleaner.

it was a clean and tidy apartment with all facilities you need for a long or short stay. Alex is great as a host and happy to help with any questions

Clean , well appointed - as described.

Parking is a little messy - tesco trollies general rubbish behind the building - did not inspire confidence. Was expecting barrier-ed parking with allocated areas.

Very good

Lovely, spacious apartment with good facilities. Two very good bathrooms with excellent showers.

The parking area behind the building could do with tidying up and the shopping trolleys removed.

The property were very quick to solve any issues , it was such a lovely apartment and it was beautiful inside well designed and furnished the hot water didn’t work and a kind lady came and checked on us not long after we let them go and it was working after . Over all I really recommend it was so cheap to get Ubers into town . The apartment was close to a shopping outlet center and there was loads of stuff there too.

Perfect

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious - everything was well communicated too.

The only think was that the pans weren’t very good quality so cooking was a bit difficult, but that was a minor problem.

Beds were bit too soft and all the door handles were flimsy.

There wasn't one thing wrong with the apartment, it's was perfect. Definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again 👍🏼
