Buen hospedaje cerca del centro

El desayuno es delicioso y muy variado. Tienen habitaciones cómodas y una bonita vista al mar. Está a 8min en carro al centro por lo cual es necesario tomar siempre un taxi para transportarse o en su defecto el bus que pasa enfrente.

El servicio puede ser mejor, especialmente de su administradora que puede llegar a ser complicada de tratar.

Nice rooms for the price .

Ok location for the price. Good breakfast and it was very convenient to be able to use the kitchen. Warm water in shower was a big bonus as were the huge beach towels provided. Comfortable bed.

A bit of a schlep to beach and restaurants. I had a couple issues with the room. Someone came promptly to address but there isn’t always staff on site .

Staff was kind and very attentive. Also very helpful when we needed help with taxis, buses, mule 4x4 and advice about anything. . Breakfast was plenty and included fresh fruit, coffee or chocolate, eggs of many types, bread or pancakes, juice and was very well made. Rooms very clean, exemplary in fact. Stunning view of the beautiful blue sea (not a beach but is of a Rocky shore line). We found the bus easy and enjoyable but warm to get to town. You could take the taxi pretty easy as well, as one was always passing by also. Overall the staff, cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation made it an excellent experience. Well done! 👏👏👏👏

the staff and service was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean. Location was ideal for us as we didn’t want to in the centre. A mere 15-20mins walk into town

the location and the staff was the best on this place, I just decided to keep this as my favourite place in San Andres

this is very clean, the staff is kind and very willing to help you out, even thou the time of checking is at the moment to book, they help you out if you need to save you luggage or if you need to work they are ay understandable. I love in all way the hotel, also the breakfast is amazing, fresh, well done and serve it with the best attention from their.

Best place for a relaxing stay on San Andrés

Everything! This is a great place to stay if you look for fantastic views and a quite stay in San Andres, far from the party scene. Waking up with a view to die for, great breakfast, very very comfy bed, big room, loved the balcony and nice chairs on the roof to enjoy the view and relax. The hotel is a 21 minute walk to the center and beaches, which is not a problem at all. We also walked at night without any problems. Breakfast is very tasty with a lot of options. Very recommended.

The cleaning ladies are very friendly, but the manager could be a bit more friendly/happy.

A comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay when exploring the island

My stay was comfortable, the apartment I rented was beautifully clean & hospitable & the staff were very friendly (with the owner Pamela being on hand via Whatsapp at all times where my Spanish didn't quite stretch & English was required). The Guest House is in a quiet area, yet is also a short walk from the lively centre of San Andres so whoever is staying here gets the best of both worlds.

I opted for breakfast to be included in my booking and was eating a very simple diet at the time, so a lot of the options available weren't suitable for me. The staff were very accommodating with my requests, however an option to see the menu ahead of time may have supported my decision as to whether I opted for the breakfast or simply catered for myself.

Beautiful and comfortable guesthouse but it’s the team that makes it an exceptional experience

Absolute highlight: Miss Ketti!!! She was the best and really ensured I had a Great stay and experience. She helped me with a bike rental when she noticed a company was trying to rip me off and helped me find a great alternative. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful… they gave great advice and recommendations. Great terrace to watch the sunset. Delicious breakfast and overall experience. You really feel at home at this guesthouse! Again Ketti :) she even came back after her shift Was over so I could collect my bag and take a shower before my flight… and I even got a cheeky ride to the airport :) Thank you all!

AC broke down on the second night but didn’t really affect my sleep And the team acted fast to find a solution when I mentioned it. There was a mistake with amount charged which took some effort to fix but this was a simple human error that was addressed immediately and everything worked out fine. Even the not so positive things were handled really well so nothing left a bad taste.

Excellent stay just outside of the busy centro.

We went during the pandemic, but the location seems relatively quiet especially in the afternoon and at night. Great to wind down and enjoy the sunset on the balcony. Breakfast was great each day of our stay and the employees helpful with any questions we had.

A bit hard to get a taxi service in the area, but there are public taxi's going up and down the road at all times which you can stop so it's not a big inconvenience. Internet was subpar, but it's like that everywhere on the island.

This place was great for us, somewhat close to restaurants in el Centro and very close to the airport. Has a two balconies to enjoy the sunset with the view to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I already miss my morning breakfast, everything is made fresh by this lovely ladies who I can’t remember their names. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my stay.
