The hotel met my expectations for a good place to stay near Incheon Airport.

I wanted a place near Incheon Airport that offered a free shuttle.

The breakfast was alright. I did not see any cereal.

ok for the money but poor customer service.

SHUTTLE SERVICE.

THE UNFRIENDLY CHARACTER OF THE MORNING DRIVER (OLD GUY). He was acting as if he is doing us a favor. He's not flexible with the guest's request. Poor communication. Most staff does not speak english. Unable to help with directions or questions.

雖然飯店離市區有段距離，但飯店與機場之間的免費接駁車接送服務，補足了飯店至機場交通這方面的需求。司機大哥服務態度親切！對於退休人士或慢遊者是適合的。本次住宿時間為期七天。

如果從機場返回飯店的接駁車可以再增加一個班次 20:30 會使遊客在時間上更加有彈性

가성비가 중시하는 분께 추천 드립니다.

가성비 좋은 호텔. 방 컨디션은 가격대비 괜찮았다고 생각합니다. 넓은 편이었고 나름 청결했어요. 그리고 위치도 좋았습니다. 근처에 식당이나 카페등도 가깝고 바다도 가까운 위치 입니다. (바로 바다 앞은 아님) 호캉스 보다는 출장 목적이나 가성비 중시하는 나홀로 여행객에게 추천합니다.

공항 근처여서 인지 해외 패키지 관광객들이 많이 묶는 느낌이었습니다. 차를 가지고 오실 경우 그냥 옆에 공영주차장에 주차하시는게 여러모로 편리하실 것 같구요. 해외 관광객 대상, 패키지 관광객들이 주로 머무는 호텔 느낌이 좀 강해서 사람이 좀 많은 느낌이었습니다. (한국인보다 외국인이 더 많이 보임) 방 컨디션은 가격대비 정말 괜찮은데 호텔 자체는 쾌적한 느낌은 아니었어요. 호캉스 목적이라면 다른곳에 머무시는게 좋을 것 같습니다. 그리고 조식은 굳이 안드셔도 될 것 같습니다. 기본적인 것들은 있으나 식사 공간도 넓지 않고 메뉴 퀄리티가 높은 편은 아니었습니다.

Ok for one night

We needed a place just for one night and it fit our requirements. Great view.

They had a free shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. Bed and pillows were comfy.

The bathroom bench around the sink was not wiped down, it should have been cleaner. I don't think the aircon worked? Or I couldn't figure out how to make it work, so we just kept the window open to cool down the room.

Would recommend for overnight layover

Good location close to Incheon Airport for overnight layover, nice large size room, warm & cozy with everything you need, free shuttle bus back to airport the next day was excellent, staff have good English, rain shower head was cool, very quiet, good free wifi

Although the staff is good , for future visits, prefer a more convenient location

Staff especially night staff Jay was great, gave us some valuable information as to where to visit for our short visit. Shuttle service is to & from the airport is very convenient,

Breakfast has limited selection of foods fruits & veggies. Location is remote, room is small

A great stay

A good and fast transfer to the airport included. Nice room with a very convenient bathroom.

Not so easy to get here using a public transport - only few buses come here and they not always stop on the nearest train station.

The staff was unresponsive to messages and call, I was unable to even stay there.

The staff's unresponsiveness to me and Expedia and their unwillingness to provide a refund.

4 étoiles pour ? Évitez cet hôtel !

Nous recherchons encore ce qui justifie les 4 étoiles de cet hôtel. Le séjour a commencé avec la messagerie de l’hôtel hacker et nos données de cartes bancaires recueillies deux jours avant le départ. Nous avons donc dû faire notre voyage sans nos cartes de crédit ! Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait suite à cette expérience. Visiblement ils ne connaissent pas ce qu’est une relation commerciale. La bagagerie n’est pas sécurisée, vous posez juste vos bagages au desk de la réception. Ajoutez à ça des lits durs, à ressorts, un ensemble de literie premier prix et des lumières qui se déclenchent en pleine nuit sans avoir rien demandé. Évitez cet hôtel !

Luxurious, comfortable, clean spacious room and courteous staff. Free shuttle to airport very welcome. Well priced for 1 night stopover

Distance from airport further than expected - 15 minutes by taxi from airport (didn't know about shuttle bus option) Upstairs dining room and saloon bar not open Breakfast area not set up for other meals

Overall a great stay. I would stay again.

I only had a 14 hour layover between flights and the hotel and surrounding neighborhood was close to the airport and a much nicer alternative to a transit hotel. It was great to be able to go outside and explore the area and eat at the local restaurants.

The hotel cafe was closed so we couldn’t get breakfast or a morning coffee. The local cafes and restaurants also didn’t open before 9am.

Superb

The facilities were great and the convenience store underneath was very well stocked. The shuttle was great to get back and forth to the airport.

If you are getting the regular Sydney to Incheon flight that lands at 19:00, they will not wait for you. I didn't have any luggage and we landed on time and I made the bus at 19:28 and we left at 19:32. I know that there were people who missed the last shuttle as they were on the shuttle with me the next morning.

Perfect hotel for a short stay.

it’s very clean, the staff were helpful and the room even had a view of the sea. The room was very quiet and clean, perfect for a solo traveller or couple. They have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, and if the times aren’t good it’s a 15,000 taxi fare.

Exceptional

Great spot by the water with multiple options for dinning inside the hotel as well as in the area. Definitely worth going especially if you have a long layover. Free shuttle with reservations was a big thing for me, so I loved thag the hotel provided this.

Beds were tough to sleep on. Not sure if its a thing were you sleep on hard beds in Korea.

Not bad, but I would choose a closer hotel next to Incheon Airport.

Front Desk Confortable Room

The Hotel was not that close to Incheon airport as I imagined. The shuttle to airport left five minutes before we had booked, so the attendant arranged us a taxi.
